I think you are right just rises from here and lots of good news, this is one share that i can see just creeping up week after week, glad i bought that last lot of shares at 0.19 as its brought my average down, i should have bought a million at that price but thought i had enough shares, wish i had of done now

The directors of Intellego, the AIM traded training consultancy specialising in productivity improvement, compliance and process change through training, are pleased to announce a new product launch: The first library of financial services products is being launched this week in conjunction with Money Marketing magazine. The library comprises a set of workbooks available on-line http://shop.intellego.co.uk for candidates to study for the JO exams to achieve the Diploma in Financial Planning in compliance with the Retail Distribution Review (RDR). This is the first in a series of novel products and services designed to address the needs of the 50,000 advisers who have to achieve level four standard accreditation to continue to practice after the 2012 RDR deadline. Angus Forrest commented "Ensuring that their employees and associates achieve the necessary qualifications before the deadline is a serious business challenge for financial service businesses affected by the regulation. The economic and business benefits of success contrast with the cost and business disruption caused by failure. The products being launched will help candidates and employers to manage the studying process and prove to be a more effective training system with improved pass rates. It is expected that this product set will be the Company's fastest growing revenue stream, become a substantial source of revenues and contributor to margins as further products are introduced to provide the continuous professional development training which will be required in the future." http://investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=20100713070000H1171
if like me you will have received the details of the meeting next thurs 08/07 which soon after we will know the CVA results, which imo is not going to be a problem being passed as the major creditor is HM Revenue & Customs who have indicated that they would support the proposal ( of 11P in the £1 ) which would leave the c/o to concentrate on trading ( or prime for a Takeover even with the CVA ) so i suggest we all top up before the meeting day as after you will miss out.
Very quiet today... CVA due any time now, could see some good upsaide, worth an educated punt. GLA
Hoping to see a little more blue today! To be sitting at the recent placing price of .3p seems fair before the announcement of the CVA. GLA
If you remember rightly you were telling everyone to sell at 4p,5p,6p,7p,8p,9p etc...
35,087 Buy on PLUS @ .285p GLA
If i remember rightly you were slating the '3 amigos' as you liked to call them for mentioning 50p and 75p on ACTA, you were saying it was ramped and worth significantly less then started ramping it yourself a few weeks ago, that is a bit hypacritical in my eyes...
You seem to be forgetting how much you were ramping TMP at 2p and look whats happened! Unforgiveable from a trader with so much experience IMHO.
Really not is it... how many times did you get the spread wrong earlier? How is TMP doing?
I have just recieved this email from Angus Forrest: 'CVA should be resolved by mid July. I cant comment further but do not read anything positive or negative in that we will make an announcement as soon as possible.' Not long to wait... GLA
In the last update the company said that we would have a further update at the beginning of July so could come at any time now. Angus Forrest has spoken to me previously and he expressed his concerns of a hostile takeover bid when the sp is at these levels, he said this in a previous email 'You should be aware that management is concerned about share price and marketcapitalisation, at present the Company's capitalisation is at a significant discount to its value if it was to be sold.'
Hi, yes after the dramatic fall yesterday i found myself topping up with a few more lol The current sp is pricing the company to go bust and any positive news will see a good rise IMHO, if the CVA gets agreed then i can see this possibly doubling from current levels as the company can then trade again as a going concern. This is by no means a solid investment as there is an element of risk but IMHO this is a good educated punt. GL
Denton is shrewd... If you call and speak to Angus then Denton still supports the company 100%. His holding used to be just short of 29% but was reduced through the issue of more shares (Dilution). The CVA is merely a formality... Again speak to Angus as creditors were approached. Its risky, but heck if they pull it off then it could really provide excellent returns.. And from the noises emanating and new contracts won and orders swelling, it is ticking all the boxes as a recovery share. The market though loves nothing more than to mark stocks down over enthusiastically.. We see it every day, 10% drops because someone sold a tenners worth of shares etc... The stock has no buyers, and that is the problem... It is unlikely to attract serious "Investors", because its not the kind of company serious investors go for.. It will attract speculators and gamblers though... If someone had sold another stock and maybe had a bit of profit they wanted to "punt" then IMO this would make a good home.. If takeover news should come that will attract the speculators... If the gamblers come, then that will also have the same effect... I suspect IHP is not on anyone's radar at all... But how to let people know?? Post on other boards and be accused of ramping? Not to sure... In the meantime keep your posts up... Nice to know I am not alone here... :-) Best of luck. AE
Significant Shareholders: Charles Denton 14.9% NetDimensions 12.7% Williams De Broe 11.0% Forrest, Angus George Patrick 4.76% Green, Andrew 4.45% Charles Denton still holds a sizeable stake in the company, would he be able to have any influence on the CVA going through smoothly?
Being quoted .285p to buy through Halifax, so spread a little better than 50%. GLA
If/when we get confirmation of the CVA being fully agreed i can see us having a good tick up as currently the company is priced to go bust... they said early July for the next update i am wondering whether it is coming sooner rather than later as the sp is ticking up on no trades lol GLA
We are top of risers board, by the way i tipped Acta as the best performer of 2010 on aim at the begging of the year and i do think this has a good chance to come good
25% up now... .2-.3p, now its a 50% spread riddler but you can trade within. GLA
Funny how TNCI fell back down so dramatically after a bit of news though and i notice how you didn't mention TMP there at all...
