.......for bearish fundamentals read bullish fundamentals.
And Gillingham will be in the Premiership by 2022. But he's two predictions for you on the basis of a bottle, or several, of Tesco's Chateau End of the Aisle Red. Firstly Brent crude price to be up 4 to 5 dollars by the end of the month as technical factors weighing on prices are replaced by awareness of bearish fundamentals and extension of OPEC agreement. Secondly massive correction in worldwide stock markets by over 15% by the end of the year as the credit bubble bursts in China and the U.S. and destroys confidence.
IGAS: 5p / 2450m shares in issue. Value with 21.8 MMboe proven reserves: £103m ... BP: 443p / 19,750m shares in issue. Value with 17,000 MMboe proven reserves: £87,643m ... RDSB: 1200p / 3,739m shares in issue. Value with 13,000 MMboe proven reserves: £204,105m. D&M has estimated that IGas has 2.5 Tcf (ca. 440 MMboe) of net risked shale gas resources and unrisked net shale gas prospective resources of 11 Tcf (1,936 MMboe). If 21.8 MMboe = 5p/share then 440 MMboe = 100p; 1,936 MMboe = 435p. So why isn't everyone buying this share at 5p?
PROTESTERS have graffitied Barclays bank in Stroud to show their displeasure at the company’s investment in fracking. The slogan #ToxicBankers, FRACK OFF and DIVEST NOW have been spray painted on the side of the King Street bank by the group Rising Up! They claim the bank has a 97 per cent stake in Third Energy, a corporation seeking fracking in the Ryedale area of Yorkshire, they say this places them “on the wrong side of history”. On top of this they also say Barclays are the banker for and fourth largest investor in IGas Energy, which has the most oil and gas exploration licences in the UK.
Hahaha! Cheeky Vernony, hoping for 10p only Cheers buddy.
Aww, Well I believe Igas will be at 25p, by the end of next week, is that the sort of news you want ?
Morning. Boring is good at present! Far too heavily invested in VOG and have been looking at IGAS topple over the past few years. Given the fact that debt has been mainly repaid via D4E, and it would appears that the co can make some money/profit I hope, it looks remarkably cheap/well valued. Investors overlook the huge bariers to entry of these little energy cos, and IGAS seems to be a strong proposition now that they do not have the heavy debt shackling and free carries. I have been picking up shares from 4.5p and hope it stays sub 'x' p for a little longer, purely so I can buy more tranches.
Thanks m8. This is the most boring forum ever, no one say nothing
IGAS now on thew move up which is to be expected as two shale gas wells now have planning permission and could be news any time to drill them-I expect big upside here from this point -maybe 8p predrill and then ?
Sorry. Europa
EOG= Europacity oil & gas holding's Aim sp. 0.0685p TEOG= Trans European oil & gas. Private and part of KKR
Should read Igas not UKOG
I think that they would have to up the anti considerably to buy a controlling interest. The asking price is currently 5.09, any further massive, takeover type buys will shove that up to 7- 8pence. It has always been on the cards, of course that UKOG is too small to fend off the predetators . What is surprising is that no big oillie has jumped in although, one never knows the full story , who is EOG are they just a holding company responsible to somebody else up the tree ?
#Bea: EOG & TEOG are same company?
Show us the "MANI"! if only you can afford it.
Intrigue is afoot. Not to state the obvious, but there is a reason why EOG has taken a position. A buyout at the right price wouldn't go amiss with me if the price was realistic to reflect assests.
I agree , the main risk now for all the private investors is a buyout , someone will pick this up and take our shares from us, just as things are looking better.
TEOG and their backers KKR are the outfit who tried to buy Igas by the bond holding route last year. Now they seem to have acquired a 15% stake by a more direct method. It was reported that their plan last year was to split the company in two and acquire the conventional assets for themselves. That was at a time when Igas was nearly insolvent. Tomorrow's opening price will tell you how this plays out for the ordinary investors. All this power wheeler dealing is beyond me.
Who are trans European oil and gas that has purchased about 2% shares in igas? I smell 8p here in no time
The great unwashed were out today causing misery to decent hard working people and local industry, Causing huge tailbacks of traffic effectively pumping more of the pollution they say they are against. . . . Morons. . . they are probably back home now in their (massive carbon footprint)imported gas central heated homes, They are a drain on society and the costs both financially and environmentally policing them is huge, Their whole stance is one great oxymoron. This is only going one way from here in the medium term. Big funds / insto's taking substantial stakes is clear demonstration of this. SP might not move incrementally this month or even next but be rest assured it will happen. These guys ain't here for sh*ts and giggles, they're here for solid $$ returns. YES there will be manipulation and swings along the way, that's all part and parcel of buy and sell and locking in new money. The company had >2TCF of gas onshore UK with a ready market which is waiting to be tapped. Some of the best brains in the business have vindicated the potential here - just look at the directors of our institutional holders. They know serious potential when they see it. GLA
