Genghis
When I spoke to NP about the GWA drills apart from asking why they changed the order of drills. I also asked about the gauges and whilst I cannot remember his exact words he did indicate that it may take some time for read across to register. Bear in mind that LC and WW are quite some distance apart so the absence of comment in the RNS should not be regarded in any way as negative.
I read this article on GT some while ago.

John next the rebellion or extinction movement or whatever they call themselves will be calling for half the earth's human population to be culled for producing too much co2 because of excessive farting
In terms of presentation I think big mistake was trying to ape Martin Luther Kings 'I have a dream' speech. 'How dare you' embedded throughout just didn't make it with me!
She is irritating as hell and is most likely backed by someone shady like soros ....
I entirely disagree. I find her intensely annoying - not so much the message - but her and the way she is being exploited and manipulated. Shameful.
johnpwh,
"Lastly could I just point out that I wasn't calling Ms Thunberg a little annoyance in my last post. "
Well if you won't, I will.
Genghis,
This is 'part 2' referring to your same post.
"Yes, the result RNS will be very interesting. I'm not relying on it dropping Monday, tho, with all the connectivity checking they will want to do with both LC and the EPS, it could take a little longer."
Again (sorry) I disagree once again. In their previous RNS, Hurricane told us they'd inform the market of results of the Warwick West DST.
I admit to having instigated speculation here about a possible 'read-across' to Lincoln, though it's quite possible that others were thinking the same thing at the same time. It's a not-illogical thought, and has spread to other BB's. But there's absolutely no reason why Hurricane should feel obliged to mention it when reporting simply on the DST result. Even if it's true. Sure, it'd be icing on the cake, but don't neccessarily expect any mention of the subject. I wouldn't be surprised if we have to wait 'til the CMD for that sort of thing.
This is the last well of the current campaign, so all we can now solidly expect is a post-DST RNS, and another announcing demob of the rig. Anything else will be 'extra'.
Johnpwh,
You said WHATTT??!!

:))
Genghis,
"However, I'm not even banking on that ; Spirit are paying for these drills, and I suspect we are marching to their music, not our own Doctor's."
I disagree with you. Hurricane remains the Operator, and as such calls the shots. Spirit's personnel may be responsible for the 'leaks', though... ;-))
Yes, the result RNS will be very interesting. I'm not relying on it dropping Monday, tho, with all the connectivity checking they will want to do with both LC and the EPS, it could take a little longer.
MB the morning or evening of the 28th, which would slot in quite nicely with RT's talk at the RGS.
However, I'm not even banking on that ; Spirit are paying for these drills, and I suspect we are marching to their music, not our own Doctor's.
So Mon 2 Dec is my bet.
It's all about the Lancaster EPS for me.
Assuming Dr T (and by extension Hurricane and relevant third parties etc) confirm the Lancaster reservoir is analogous to the others then I'd suggest that with 6 months+ production behind them then in my view that underscores the Lincoln C and Warwick W results.
I think watchers must by now be aware that the EPS is working so the confirmation of a good result at WW only then needs Dr T to join everything up officially and there should then be a re-rate (if not before)
Lastly could I just point out that I wasn't calling Ms Thunberg a little annoyance in my last post.
Heaven forbid, I wouldn't do that.....
Thanks ADUK, appreciated.
With (we assume) Lancaster, Lincoln and now Warwick crestal success, and with consistent (apparently over) production from the producing wells there must surely be a re-rating. Unless the market now wants reassurance on Halifax, interconnection of Lincoln and Warwick etc etc.
I guess all oilies may be experiencing the 'Greta effect' in the short term but hopefully little annoyances like that will pass.
johnpwh,
"is this flare on WC definitely confirmed by someone regarded as a reliable chap/ chapess?"
Other than 'Diego', who seems reliable, there's someone else who posts here whom I personally trust has confirmed flaring on WW, so that's good enough for me.
Also I don't think Bernstein, despite having the integrity of a pit-viper, would have retweeted a photo saying it was WW unless he'd checked the source.
Thank you for responding, and thanks to Dieagos for the information.
Defo reliable, I would say.
Dieagos good enough for me
Sorry to be last to hear the news chaps/ chapesses but is this flare on WC definitely confirmed by someone regarded as a reliable chap/ chapess?
Treat me with tenderness and compassion please, I'm a bit slow :)
It is absolutely the case that HUR modelling shows the Brynhild fault zone separating Lanfax from Linwick, and also shows the Westray fault zone sealing off Halifax in the north.
I am not a geologist, so I can't quibble with their model in any way.
But HUR have said -I think it was RT , but don't recall when- that this is unproven, and that until it is, they remain open to the possibility that the fields are connected.
As I recall, tho, in those comments the inference was that separate fields would be a better outcome, why I don't know.
One way or another, this DST should, I think, largely settle the matter.
