"Hague and London Oil PLC (AIM: HNL), announces that the Company has received notification from its Nominated Adviser and Broker, Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, of its resignation with immediate effect."
I remember someone commenting after this RNS along the lines of, has anyone known a company relist subsequent to the Nominated Adviser resigning. Inferring that a relist was very doubtful. I would be amazed if this company re-lists. Never say never but it looks very unlikely.
How many months does it take to put a set of accounts together ? It's not as if we were a billion $ company with sales in multiple markets and different divisions.
I work for a large multi -national and we are bang on the button every quarter with our accounts.
;-)
13595251.56 mwh x €104 = €1,413,906,104. Over what 8-10 years? TTF will likely come down though to normality in 6-12 months.
"price escalator clause in the S&P agreement" that's his yacht paid for at least then. I'm really pleased for him ....;o\
MT
how much is Schooner worth ? 8 MMBOE left, plus areas untapped.
I hope he had a price escalator clause in the S&P agreement
WS
1900boed is 3229 Mwh/d so x 117 x 365 = €137,894,445 in gas turn over alone. I must stop doing this but I can't help myself.
€117 per Mwh. Unbelievable.
Javier Blas on twitter:
EUROPEAN ENERGY CRUNCH: European natural gas prices hitting fresh record highs, with UK NBP and Dutch TTF up >13% on the day to the equivalent to ~$38 per million Btu. In turn, European electricity prices are jumping this morning too |
To put the rally in European natural gas prices into context, at current prices gas is trading above $215 per barrel of oil equivalent. Yes, that's not a typo: triple-digit starting with a two
€94 MWh......(8-O)
Have held since the WSX days. I can assume my shares are worthless or worth some real money - how would I know? Its been years since any information given to us shareholders. This is not right - the regulators should step in.
Well he’s got that one well and truly wrong let’s be FRANK He fcucked that one up big style panicking over low price’s and dumps when going actually on up turn. But as long as him and family ok then GUESS WE SHOULD ALL BE PLEASE nice houses, private schools holidays, ponies…just would love to know what regulatory bodies doing let’s companies get away with treating us investors like this no teeth, no ball, no use just jobs for the boys n girls
Hi ghost while many on here appreciate everything you’ve done and are continuing to do, ME INCLUDED given lack of respect, and continuing arrogance and plain contempt from the HELM OF HNL unless we’re completely wrong and positive forward thinking and planning have come into play. I THINK WE ALL DEEP DOWN KNOW MONIES GONE AND AC BEEN LIVING HIGH LIFE every who deals shares know really regularity bodies do SWEET F.A. time and time again so rogue ceo do what ever leaving share holders out of pocket and pensioners scraping by after pot looted . Sorry for doom and gloom but think ITS ALL GONE HERE, but truly thanks for what you’ve done and I do sincerely hope I am wrong
RIP seems more apt
Interesting information. According to Companies House Mr Cochran holds Directorships in 3 companies. However, it looks like Halo have some investment in Northpet who are not listed - as you say at private company.
I still have some shares from this and was wondering if this is transformed to northpet investments ltd (private company)? How is this possible? Somebody has phone nr of Mr Cochran?
Up for doorstepping this clown now if we can actually locate him Holland probably best best if we can make sure he’s there or company office best if we can get a group togethet
Reasonable to confront AC unannounced in person now, particularly if AGM is further delayed? In office reception, on his hols, or at home.
Rob
the only thing Mr C responds to are journalists - know any good investigative journos ?
WS
Is there any authority who one can complain to regarding how Cochran has managed to disengage HALO from its investors by getting the company de-listed, yet still receiving his GBP 240k annual salary - and presumably expenses etc?? I realise since HALO is de-listed, so no longer on AIM, but surely this is such an obvious scam, ie delisting to avoid having to answer to shareholders yet still getting a salary, that the regulators would want to make sure this doesn't happen regularly? Is it worth making a complaint to the LSE or the Financial Ombudsman as per this website?

good spot. Have we been barking up the wrong (Neptune) tree ? The common denominator for Acorn and Schooner is Harbour who have the Boulton Field in the licence area
W?
With TTF at €34 you would hope giving away all the producing assets for nothing was part of a strategic play by AC. The blind panic throwing the towel in option doesn't bare thinking about.
Least we will have some news this year, i'll stay on the side that the news will be good.
Unpicking what we know.....
Pegasus shall now be tied back to Cygnus, inferring that Cygnus is due to come off plateau soon. There shall be quite a significant drop in production as the flowing BHP limit has been met. Pegasus is small so to maintain platform production more tiebacks shall be required - enter Schooner. However, history has shown new players on Cygnus are not welcome, so Schooner will have to have same equity owners as Cygnus.
The CCS licence area has multiple fields in (Trent, Boulton, Kilmar) which are all not producing - expect some still have active wells. Not inconceivable that a CCS and a production pipeline are laid at same time to area for simultaneous CCS (Boulton etc.) and production (Schooner) for the H2.
Spirit is up for sale. Looking at its portfolio Cygnus is really the only valuable asset in the UK portfolio (a basket case portfolio). New owners will be investing on the back of CCS etc. credentials. New owners will also want an IPO - HNL or Hurricane are potential candidates for Spirit.
If we can join the dots, so can Neptune/Spirit. For Boom scenario with CCS £1 a share is the low side imo
TTFN again

I hope it doesn't bust ??. It has been 4 long years and no realising as of yet. £1 relist or nothing ??
