You should have received notification stating shares have value, looking re-list to come come back on AIM. Basically that was all that was covered, hope it's good news as I had long written these off!
The only thing I can suggest is go to the website and email Carl. His email address is on the home screen. I'm not sure if they remain a shell company or there is a takeover on the offering
Hi All,
Is there somewhere to register to get email updates on HER as I've heard nothing since they delisted from AIM, but I can see people in here are reporting updates?
On their website, it says they made a profit in 2022, but not sure how they've done that with no staff or assets?
There has been a 1000:1 share consolidation I believe and they have being trying to reverse in to assets for a while now. Goodness knows if this will relaunch but great if they do. I have emailed one of the two Directors a number of times but never has a response
I'm the same, thinks I've got about £4k tied up in this, if I see anything like this back I'll be happy. Looks promising after all these years GLA
....who knows might just be a realisation/sale of assets & a pay out pro-rata to holding .... I await to see ...haven't got that many in the great scheme of things although they cost a fair bit when I bought them, many many MANY moons ago 😂
Life in the old dog yet, wonder what this will come back at, pleasant surprise to be honest :)
Having been advised early Jun that HER shares were deemed 'worthless' on the 06th Jul it is advised that this is no longer the case!!
Interesting .... Watch this space then 👀
Part of; Herencia Resources plc is a UK company formerly listed on AIM looking for expressions of interest for new investments or a potential reverse take over.
1000:1 consolidation has already been agreed.
The last business opportunity in AUS may not have come off as that was at least 12 months ago
Well found! I guess we wait and see.....
New accounts published in July 22

Three points of focus are
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Recapitalise company
- Relist in London. There will be a big consolidation when or if this happens
Fingers crossed....got loads in here!!! Any return would be welcome.
Hi. Thank you for the update. Well found! You wouldn't think they would be doing this unless something was going to happen. Can I ask your opinion? Thank you

Hi - for anyone on the Halifax share trading platform, with the forthcoming charges - although you can't move HER away from the platform, because they are not trading the Halifax gave me the following reply
"accounts containing delisted holdings with a nil balance will not be liable to pay the upcoming fee of £36 per year. As discussed whilst the stock remains delisted you will not be charged. However, if it does recommence trading you will become liable for the account administration fee. If the stock never re-lists you may share gift the stock to charity in order to close the account."
Also, you have to have a nil cash balance in the account in order to avoid the fee.
I have been able to move all my other shares either to another platform or to share certificate (Tristar TSTR), so was just left with HER in the account
hope this helps someone!
Compulsory Strike Off Discontinued
If you receive a letter stating this it bears the usually happy news that the threatened strike off is not happening.
Clearly, you’ve taken the appropriate actions – usually something as simple as filing a confirmation statement – which means your company can live on for another day.The letter will usually say something along these lines:
“Cause has been shown why the company (insert company name) should not be struck of the register and accordingly the Registrar is taking no further action under section 1000 of the Companies Act 2006.”
See Companies House Jan 17th 2022 for above
As far as I'm aware, nothing changes. We still have our shares.
Hi All,
So if her was to relist again what would happen would we retain our shares that we had before or are they lost now? After it delisted on my broker page it just says no info available due to the delisting.
Sorry if this is a daft question but I have no clue how this works as I've never been in this situation before with a share.
Hi - as the Halifax are going to be charging soon for a share dealing account I wanted to move my shares to another platform. Have managed most of them to another nominee account, and shares in a company that is now private to getting a share certificate. But they say they can't do anything with HER as some rules prevent them from giving me the share certificate. X-O (Jarvis) won't take non listed and trading shares which is where I have put my listed/trading ones
So, any ideas what I can do? I am still hanging on to HER in the vain hope that things might revive from the ashes and certainly don't want to be charged for holding them. Thanks in advance
Thanks for the update. Let's hope we get something positive in the new year.
Companies House 11 December 2021.

Is there life still left in the old bird?
Possibly has delayed next steps, we all live & hope this comes back to life! GLA :)
I notice that the company website is still up and running. It's possible that covid has disrupted their plans. If anyone knows anything, please post. Thank you
Emailed twice, no reply.....just a little hope would be nice!... :)
