Part 1
Just formulating a few (more) thoughts on what appear to be a number of drill pads being constructed at Ilemba, within a licence area applied for by Noble.
Parts have already been put on here, but more thoughts spring to mind.
This is the evolution of the roadways and pads between last November to date
https://www.flickr.com/photos/194934344@N06/53693795349/in/dateposted-public/
The first vehicles appeared in the area as long ago as 4-8-23, with the first parts of the roadway begun by 17-8-23. This date is interesting as the first vehicles at Mbelele-1 appeared on 8-7-23, with the pad outline completed by 27-8-23, with pad complete by 11-9-23.
For Mbelele-2 the first construction began around 7-8-23 with the pad largely completed by 21-10-23.
So initial construction at Ilamba has largely taken place at the same time, but more slowly, as M1 and M2. Once those pads were complete construction of the roadways appeared to speed up until interrupted by rains. It is not clear when construction recommenced but when clouds cleared it was clear that the I-1 pad was well underway, as shown here on 30-4-24
https://www.flickr.com/photos/194934344@N06/53692564392/in/dateposted-public/
Judging by those earthworks the pad could be in a position to spud in around 6-8 weeks time ie the latter half of June 24. Questions abound - why so secret given the razzmatazz over M1 and M2? The TCMP shows the licences applied for but not yet granted? Why 4 potential pads, 1 of with is within the He1 licence area, if it is indeed to be a pad? Where has the equipment which was at Itumbula gone to? Is it now here? Why are these drilling plans so secret? Why the go slow on the build?
This shows the drill location in relation to the main fault suggesting that these could be deep wells, much deeper than M1 and M2.

Part 2
And these are the potential drill locations in relation to Nobles declared plays and declared 2D and 3D seismic.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/194934344@N06/53693388527/in/dateposted-public/
According to the publicity they haven't done any seismic at all, but of course they must have, they simply haven't said so. Noble aren't usually so publicity shy. They say they are funded for their pilot plant and shallow wells at Mbelele, so who paid (is paying) for all the earthworks and movements at Ilamba? They are fundraising and possibly struggling at the moment, so you'd think they'd want to come clean here - oooh, look what were doing - but no, just silence. Very curious. and this is a map with a He1 AGG Gravity Survey added
https://www.flickr.com/photos/194934344@N06/53693388747/in/dateposted-public/
Surprise! All the new drill site appear to be on a gravity high, just as Tai and Itumbula. Furthermore these drill sites are on the only large flat bit of land for which Noble have applied for a licence. All their other licences are on skinny bits of lake shore. These well sites are also much further from the main rift fault, suggesting much deeper drills than at M1 and M2. And they are much closer to He1's drill sites, 45km from Mbelele, but only 35km from Tai.
Indeed drill location 3 and the roadway leading to drill location 4 are actually within He1's licence area.
If the southern volcanoes are the source of the helium (I think the Itumbula result may throw that into some doubt) then Noble stand a chance of a better result here than at Mbelele. And they can't go further south as those licences are owned by He1, Kidunda and the Mining Commission who recently seized 5 of the biggest licences in this part of the rift from underperforming Helium Rift Valley.
Just to finish off another view of the licences and overall map

Hope it all comes out okay!

HE1 and proud. Staying here and not interested in the other company being mentioned. Personally and as mentioned before, I have only dabbled in AIM before but HE1 is where my biggest and only AIM investment because the business fundamentals ticks all the right boxes for me.
I am not knocking the other company but I havenโt looked into it and it doesnโt interest me. If it interests you, then please use that board as this is HE1.
Derampers had a day off today as people here cross ramping.
HE1 will rocket and patience is required. An operational update could come any time and then we will see people come back here.
Key to investing, is be greedy when others are cautious, ans cautious when others are greedy, and I am topping up occasionally here at this massively undervalued SP.

2.2% Gold Hydrogen & 4.7% Helium...
Belgian CMB.TECH has started construction of the first public filling station in Africa where green hydrogen is produced on site. The site is located in Walvis Bay in Namibia and uses solar energy to make hydrogen. The associated solar park will be 10 hectares in size.
The strategic location should provide direct access to major shipping routes. CMB.TECH (CMB stands for Compagnie Maritime Belge) already has a similar station in Antwerp. โOur facility will supply hydrogen to trucks, ships and rail,โ it said.
Saverys
As part of the project, CMB.TECH also aims to establish a hydrogen academy to train local staff and create jobs in Namibia. The hydrogen filling station is expected to be operational by mid-2024.
The CEO of CMB.TECH is Alexander Saverys, the man who in recent months wanted to change the course of the oil tanker shipping company Euronav towards a more sustainable model.
โThis is an important investment for the CMB Group,โ Saverys concludes. โIt is the first major hydrogen production project in Africa and it will prove that green hydrogen can be produced efficiently and cheaply with renewable, African sun.โ
So IPO 3 week ago with drill coming value it at 10p?
HEX is a new IPO and so there is no oversold scenario. It was pretty strong throughout the day. These are the safe levels to buy at in that you know you will end up in profit eventually, if not straightaway. It would not surprise me at all to see HEX go on the same run that HE1 did during its first drill. HEX can easily move 1 - 2p a day due to the small free float, and once that happens, you get the frenzy like today. If it comes out of the traps quickly tomorrow, then it will take out 15p. Probably why MM let it go today, as there's nothing like a Friday for a strong close to the week. From 15p, you open up 20p as the next target. And because its still 3 months to the drill, and with all the media and ramping to come, you can start to see 30p on the horizon pre drill.
Remember also that HEX has no overhead resistance, as its a completely new chart. No trapped sellers or anything like that. So when it moves, it will move. Exactly the kind of story stock and trend that you want to be in... and EARLY! Just like when He1 launched. It was the story stock of that summer. All imo and dyor
Is HEX as OVERSOLD as HE1 was?
This is question to ask really. It is ones you can identify that are really oversold to understand Opportunity in rise.
๐ฆ
HEX is fully funded and rigged up ready to go. With a free float of 100 million shares (many of which are in sticky hands), it would not surprise me at all if DM/HEX now goes on the same run that He1 post its IPO. You can easily see HEX bagging (and then some) prior to spud. An opportunity not to be missed.
HE1 will have its day in the sun again, but needs to sort out its financing first. So advantage HEX for me.
I think HEX look interesting but but but. They haven't drilled yet. It looks a lot like HE1 did in the early Minchin days - not least because Minchin is directly involved. Can't really judge SP performance on one day now can we.
HE1 have achieved much more at this point.
I also don't accept that there is an issue with HE1 comms to shareholders. I feel I know what the timescales are and haven't had an expectation of significant news so far this spring. Q3 is where the action is at. It's all good as far as I am concerned.
I'm growing tired of the scripted interviews. While they are undoubtedly crucial for this project, I believe it's time for Lorna to elevate her presence, carve out a distinct personality for herself in the market, and garner exposure. It's time to see her featured in magazines, newspapers, the Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal. As a female CEO, she has a unique opportunity to leverage her position in today's landscape. With the transition to a major production-based business model on the horizon, one that will be self-funded and yield significant returns, getting ahead of the curve with these stories is paramount. She needs to proactively engage and establish her presence. If I were in her position, I would certainly take these steps.
Message from the CEO: Energising Long-Term Shareholders and Project Momentum
We recognise the disappointment LTHs may feel. While our journey hasn't been without its challenges, I firmly believe in HE1's immense potential. As we progress the project, secure offtake agreements, and leverage short-term debt, we'll bolster equity and seek out additional funding avenues. Our objective remains unchanged: to establish this province as a premier Tier-1 Helium Production region. I stand committed to our shareholders, confident that together, we'll realise success and generate wealth for all our long term stakeholders. Our discussions with the government have shown their eagerness for our advancement, affirming our commitment to a production-based, self-funding business model. With ample land yet to explore, I'm grateful for the opportunity to share this message with you!
