Seems like they've been talking to Gov officials for ages. But nothing come out of them. Perhaps in the meantime they could actually inform shareholders what the detailed plan is for Q3 and how they are going to pay for it. We're long overdue a proper update Lorna, not just tweets
Maybe they dont know yet - trying to fight off people low balling them with offers of cash for 0.25p stocks
Remember they mentioned in previous comms that they have 2 long term strategic funders - they are the people that come in and 5-10 bag their money with HE1 each time I reckon - perhaps now Lorna feels that 3-4 billions stocks is making the project unattractive to stock exchange based investors so now trying to get short med term cash from govt sources there - they still have June to work out the funding side of things - note the CFO is always in the pics so money definitely be discussed
There won't be any concrete outcome from ongoing talks with the Ministry about conversion from exploration licences to mining (production) licences until at least the autumn.
Forgive us Blubay, we should have asked you first as you know it all 🤦
But talks on finance are anyone's guess, they're certainly hawking around for investors but I think that would be lining up for a successful EWT result. You'd be selling short if asking larger investors to come in now when there's still residual risk in the game. The long term 'supportive' investors will be there either way but probably more of a last resort.
Read the information published by the company PubCrawl, keep up
Blubay, will today be a red day or a Blubay?
GLA genuine holders 📈🚀💪💪
For those been here long enough, Blubay pretends to be balanced but in fact is a subtle deramper
From the April RNS...
"The ESIA is part of the feasibility study which is central to the licence conversion process that is required by the Mining Commission in Tanzania. As the ESIA is expected to take approximately six months to complete, the Company has commenced the work now so that the results can align with the EWT and, upon completion of both, will then allow the Company to complete the feasibility study ahead of submitting the ML conversion application."
Six months from April is October, at the earliest.
Mama Sam is not Magufuli she is 100% for TZ, you don't know what will happen.
Don't be an idiot PubCrawl, I've been invested in this share a lot longer than you and have never de-ramped it.
Aww, so cute Blubay. We believe you, we really do 🥰
I’ll remind you BluBay:

PubCrawl "The analyst consensus target price for shares in Helium One Global is 5.59p"
You post this nonsense multiple times a week. There is no 'analyst consensus'. There is only one and that's from Liberum, who are HE1's own brokers!”
Yet you totally ignored wall street analysts. Now tell me the point of your above message then if not to cause negativity on this board. PubCrawl doesn’t forget, but may forgive if you apologise?
GLA 💪📈🚀
Modest in my view but…
According to Wall Street analysts, the average 1-year price target for HE1 is 5.406 GBX with a low forecast of 5.353 GBX and a high forecast of 5.565 GBX.

Blubay - Why October at the earliest?
Read your own quote where it says "is expected to take approximately six months to complete, " So it could be earlier than October?
Talks on finance are a 2 way street here. This is not just about what HE1 wants and needs but what the Government wants and needs.
Here is a reminder of recent statements from the Government and the final paragraph does potentially provide a different roadmap to funding rather than another raise.
Mining Minister Hon. Anthony Mavunde has outlined a government plan to help solve the challenges facing small-scale miners in the country.
Minister Mavunde made the remarks today on May 9, 2024 in response to a question. Dr. Christine Ishengoma MP for Special Chairs who wanted to know the Government's plan to help the small miners in Ulanga District.
He added that the government's plan to help small-scale miners in the country, including the Ulanga District miners, involves a range of issues including
investing in extensive research to discover the presence of minerals in various areas to better guide the miners.
"Mr. Other areas are the granting of mining licenses to small miners; provide education on the use of the right extraction technology to increase productivity; low-cost mining service through the National Mining Corporation (STAMICO)," said Minister Mavunde.
He also said that another plan is to facilitate access to affordable loans for miners; and the opportunity for mechanical and equipment leases under the supervision of STAMICO.
Looks like it’s definitely a big deal this Helium and Hydrogen find.
Hope the sp holds steady until I move more fund in next week.
A stock to build up in , imo.
