The Company intends, as soon as practicable following the Delisting, to facilitate a dealing arrangement to enable Ordinary Shareholders to trade their Ordinary Shares. The Company intends to make available a new matched bargain service. Under this facility, Ordinary Shareholders or persons wishing to acquire Ordinary Shares will be able to leave an indication that they are prepared to buy or sell at an agreed price. In the event that the order can be matched with an opposite sell or buy instruction, both parties would be contacted and then the order effected. Once the facility has been finalised, details will be made available to Ordinary Shareholders via the Company's website: www.gtefficiency.com
Thanks for that, look like this is going to be a good buy for me or a stinker........not sure if its worth pulling my money now or seeing how it plays out.
Further details of the proposed recapitalisation and delisting will be included in a circular to shareholders calling a general meeting to seek approval, amongst other things, of the recapitalisation and to consider a proposal to delist and cancel the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares. It is the Company's intention that, following delisting, a trading facility will be established so as to give people the ability to trade shares; further details of this facility will be included in the circular
What will happen if this delists is all lost
Sure what,s happening but had 1.13 to sell gl all and fixed on 100000 when you couldnt buy more than 75000 on friday!!!!
thanks for that "i told you so" lecture m8, good to know who your friends are LOL. Be of some use and let me have another tip like that PXS one the other day. Cheers Wilsman
avaraging down is not a good idea imhpo (of course the shareholders might vote against the delisting and it may find an alternative but then they could call in the admistrators couldn`t they?) High risk...I did suggest to sell the other day....bit late now.
DO YOU THINK NOW IS THE LOWEST? OR MAY DROP BACK TO 0.03.
difficult to say, future is pretty uncertain and could sky rocket or nose dive into oblivion depending on the next tranche of news. If you like a gamble (as I do) then get some. I will average down as much as possible but only what I can afford to loose if it all goes pear shaped
DO YOU THINK NOW IS GOOD TIME TO BUY SOME MORE?
oh well, as they say these ones are resigned to the back burner for now and lets hope they go back up as fast as they have fallen.
open 1.6..hope
Mate what would happen if you hold shares in here and they go ahead and delist?
I’m still here! Without that RNS though would have been better? What company pull the plug on there own rising share price and what’s more! My shares worth my portion. Looks like to me they crapped them self’s, a spanner in there devious plan, I would say there’s great divisions between the major share holders here, and even top men running the company are raising eye browse in private, maybe a bit before, but even more so now!. The voting date is in black and white and all the proposed dates and outcomes are there to been seen by all! They have said that trading is looking good in the RNS They have a trading platform left open to the last (in black&white) Shares are being traded big-time!! And gone/going up in value so they can hardly suspend them, it all depends on the vote date and they can’t do any thing till then really! But i think and hope they might drop this delisting scam! And someone comes forward with a deal that suits everyone, me included.
