Like I said before I’m in to deep to chuck it in
Well Kong, before they are to release their results, they are giving us some clues.
Aim higher
I don’t disagree with your comment, we just need to know how they are progressing
Kat there are a couple of massive contradictions in your supposed summary.
1. If expectations in the general market were massive, they would be reflected in the sp and we wouldn't have a market cap less than £20m.
2. The company hasn't produced any numbers so how can they be suspect. People on this board may be hypothesising but that is totally different.
3. Your comparison with SAR is totally flawed. SAR is an early stage pharma which is doing a phase one trial so has no product or revenue. It is also about 97% down from it's all time high. It is actually a good buy right now imho but that is a different debate. It is managed by scientists not entrepreneurs. GST has absolutely nothing in comparison
4. There is no doubt that there will be a huge market for stable coins, it's a when not an if. The question mark is more about how large the market will become and how quickly it will happen. That, admittedly for now, is conjecture
I first bought here years ago and was one of the few buying at 0.4p as well
The business has largely done what I wanted it to but clearly the SP hasn't. At some point the two things should align if the business continues to do the right things. Once again timing can't be estimated which is why I never talk about 10p by xxx. I expect it to happen but haven't a clue when.
It's also why short term trading here is risky.
Nobody saw the update coming when it did, nor the placing, so anybody claiming on being an ace trader in the last couple of weeks is deluding themselves
The dilution and current share price are irrelevant if you believe in the company Wayne. If you don't, you don't invest or sell up.
Simple.
Ahs
Ah but the dilution is getting bigger and the sp is dropping
The company have completed 3 raises since the end 2021 when they raised 1m at 2p a share for Angra.
All 3 raises have been quite recent and they have been going up in price each time, 750k, 800k and now 1.2m. Small raises but getting bigger each time, which is what you expect to see imo as the company grows. Each raise has been for something specific, don't let people scare you into thinking these placings are a bad thing, they are not when acquisitions and bolstering of the company occur, in fact it's perfectly healthy and totally expected. You only need to start worrying when businesses are nit making any revenue and they start raising funds for things such as 'working capital'
Working capital raises should ring alarm bells, it means they need them to survive, Gst clearly don't. What Gst needs are more trading licences, more security for client confidence, and to achieve their end goal of GsMoney, which is exactly what they are doing. You don't invest in a company to become rich overnight, you invest in a company at your earliest convenience at a cheap price to maximise your potential, there will be hurdles along the way, research is key, personally I couldn't be more happier with that the BoD are doing so ill be here for the long term. If the only negatives people can come up with is PR, then you should be pleased. Raises are not a negative when they are for the right reasons.
Kong totally agree.
The revenue guidance for this year, as long as we get it, should be a big sp driver.
As a minimum I'd hope for upwards of £30m
We have the big Semnet contract but we don't when that actually starts and how many years it lasts. My personal view is three or five years, either way it should bring a healthy slug of revenue this year
Just a thought, what if they are making good money and had some cash in the bank but were still just a little short of what they needed hence the relatively small raise? All speculation but if you are an investor not a trader then much patience is needed which I have in buckets. Years not months to see this fully evolve.
Kong, 100% of listed companies raise cash. Why would they risk capital at this stage of the journey? They are only just getting going. I'm sure one day they won't need to raise funds again, but at this M&A stage, they were guaranteed to raise funds to get it done. Anyone who thinks otherwise is mad to even suggest they can go alone right now. I admit I didnt expect a raise so soon, but I've been saying for ages they will raise funds and continue to do so throughout this. I was hoping for another raise around the 2p mark but for their reasons, soon to be revealed, they've done it now. I'm not expecting billions in revenue this year, but I am expecting 100' of millions to have gone through Angrafx and Gs20, we will have to wait and see for Angraglobal, but any decent progress on these will be almost welcomed by the market, especially as it will give us some future projections. Profit is key, we already know that Angra, Gs20 and Semnet are profitable, I still firmly believe that Angraglobal.com will be the key profit driver here once up and running properly. This SP is an absolute gift to investors imo, this sector is worth trillions, 7 of which pass through FX's every single day. The % we need to rerate this Mcap is miniscule, and I won't be sat on any sideline when the announcements come in.
Kat, stop infesting this board with your garbage please.
Aim higher
I hear you, but I still don’t think they will be as good as you think.
Reason being a lot of the new companies we purchased and the strategic implementations that were put in force, only registered towards the back end of the year.
I don’t think enough time was there for any of their plans to have made much money.
Also if they have been making good money , why the placing for such a relative small amount ?
Dosent seem to add up for me at the moment .
This finiancial year we are in now is the more important.
Let’s see what they give us as a trading statement moving on
Kong
Anyone who can be bothered to look at the 12month chart will see that rises and falls in the sp allow you to increase your shareholding without investing more than the original investment.
if you want to just keep adding cash then that's fine. personally, i try to make the same money grow my volume. in spite of what the serial rampers (who, incidentally, hadn't even heard about the company before i'd been investing in it for a couple of years!) say, i'm betting that all the rampers have also traded this share but 'neglect' to mention those occasions as they know it'd get them labelled as '10%ers'.
bloody obvious to state, but if anyone here had sold even before the recent spike and bought back last week they'd hold 20% more shares than they did.
if you think being a '20%er' makes you an idiot then... duuuuur!
you do you and i'll do me... but anyone who throws insults merely beause someone has a different investing plan just shows their anger that someone else made a better decision, even if only temprarily.
and anyone who feels better about themselves by trying to take lumps out of another poster just their jealousy.
enjoy the sunshine..
We've been though my 'origin story' before so don't be a duck!

Anyone who labels themselves 'katstrangler' tells you all you need to know about them,

Not just boards. They obviously find Semnet security to be very financially beneficial to their products.
Anyone found out any financial info on Ypsilon? Not much on their website, can't find any real financial info on them. Intrigued by the $36m cyber security contract for a company that produced boards for media equipment
Next week we'll be back firmly in the 1's and probably have acquisition news. Everyone gets excited again and the placing is forgotten.
I'm just have a little joke Aim - I agree with you.
Massive, think you missed the point.
"Name another similar share out there that has all this going on that is sat at this ridiculous Mcap?"
Solg?
3 year wait over there I'm afraid, I called it right there @36p and I'm calling it again.
😉
Well I'm expecting some much better results, we dumped EMS a while ago now, Angrafx we know was profitable last time, since then we've employed a heavy hitter so transactions/profits I'm expecting have increased significantly.
Angraglobal is a brand new global exchange and has been onboarding since Sept 23, we should see 5 months worth of revenue with a forward looking statement.
GS20 we have been told is profitable, looking forward to finding out how profitable with another forward looking statement.
Semnet, well, that was already making a small profit and weeks after acquiring a major holding, they announce a $36m contract! Unreal.
Results in July, Easysend completion Q2/Q3, Govt bringing out new stablecoin regs hopefully before July, raise done and behind us now, cash in the bank, more acquisitions coming.
Name another similar share out there that has all this going on that is sat at this ridiculous Mcap?
You won't be able to. Now look at other shares that aren't generating any revenue who's market cap is 10 x this, you'll find quite a few.
For the Parkers that live among us, share price is always relevant to the company valuation, there may be 2b shares in issue, but if Gst gets to a measly 100m valuation, that's 5p per share, 200m = 10p a share. You get the drift.
I'm here as I believe Gst can blast past 200m Mcap when all pillars of GSmoney are firing, beyond that who knows, however small competitors in this sector are over 1b in valuation, and got there fairly quickly (10 years from starting out ish).
All we need to see in the results is progress on all fronts, we need to see a positive Govt/Fca update on UK crypto where Gst are poised to capitalise, and we're all laughing.
Wake me up at the 10p party. That is all I have to say.........................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
This board is the usual trading vs investment conversations that go on every board when people are not in profit and people are trading because Renault swings occur.
For me I only became aware of GST earlier this year and after some digging around I am happy to invest and continue to add a little where I can to get a small holding.
My view for what it’s worth is I can see results showing too much although acknowledge there is some potential for a shift that’s decent for share holders.
My time line is end of year / 2025 to see where this goes because if they do get it right this is one of shares that can generate a lot of revenue/profit and not require huge capex/opex so a genuine chance of significant SP progress.
Dirviing, that sums it up perfectly in my opinion. I’m placing you in the GST fan club like myself.
As the years pass you do wonder when the sp will reflect the progress that has been made.
I’m confident LTH’s will be rewarded eventually.
Once again roll on July.
