47p trading over in Poland, won't take much to move them here
Nothing wrong with de-risking along the way
Originally bought in at around 15p and still holding the lot currently. Risky maybe but I'm confident. The company are extremely quiet on updates, so presumably they are not allowed to give any progress updates at all. Rockhopper were regularly updating the market on updates from the arbitrators on timelines and when decisions had been made to act as a guideline and even then the dates were always incorrect and delayed. Rockhopper took about 5 years from filing to award so you'd hope for a decision here by end of 2025 at the very latest, I was hoping for something Q2 2024 so anytime now.
Still holding, not folding a fraction of my original investment having banked a few profits along the way. One of my best investments after DYOR identified it as chronically undervalued. We'll see. These days I can't seem to find the time for DYOR so I'm dependent on decisions taken many years ago as far as my current holdings are concerned. One or two jackpots and I'm outta here! Biggest future jackpot: ZIOC and it's still dirt cheap!
To clarify gabrielle - lost
Apologies if confusing
I see they lost.
Is anyone else thinking about derisking and moving profits to pat.l?
I follow lit and recently took a position in pat.l.
From what i see they might make a claim of circa 1bn usd vs market cap of 11m gbp.
Sounds like greenx from years ago.
GBU award/decision to be out by tomorrow

Holders here might want to keep an eye out for news flow from Canadian listed Gabriel Resources GBU on TSXV who are suing the Romanian Government for $4.4BN.
A court decision is due on or before the 12th of March.
Not sure if the below link will post but have a look a the last news the company put out

57p again trading in Poland
57p in Poland and Oz
So far MMAG has fallen while GRX has risen! Early days...
No harm in derisking something whilst we wait for a court ruling.
Profit is only a profit once you press bank.
Meanwhile traded up to 59p in Poland on decent volumes
Yes potentially, just to delay payment should Prairie be successful. Ultimately though it will only add to the total return providing any decision is upheld. Looked through the Rockhopper RNS timeline and I must say their communications with shareholders to keep everybody up to date in the process, was much much better than GRX. The board here have announced arbitration, announced that the case was heard and a result was pending, and that's literally all we've had. I was expecting a decision Q4 2023 - Q1 2024 as an estimate so we could get news anytime now.
Bear in mind any award will almost certainly be appealed against. See RKH.
A decent return, but you'll kick yourself if a successful outcome announcement drops in the next few weeks : ) which would be typical. I'm still fully invested here and holding on till announcement which I hope won't be too much longer. It is dragging on a bit though and you may be able to nip out make a return elsewhere and nip back in if you like. On the flip side I'll kick myself for not taking any profit if it's an unsuccessful outcome.
Today I sold 40% of my holding and banked a 317% profit. Invested the proceeds in MMAG. Interesting to see which company does best over the next 3 months.
53s trading in Poland having hit 52s in Oz over night also
Sooner or later MMs will let this tick up
52s traded in Poland

Frankly a decision could land from any time now onwards, when it actually lands is anybody's guess. Would be nice to get a great xmas present!!
Not much to say unfortunately, just a bit closer to hearing court decision
Nice pop upwards in Poland on Friday has continued today
