i bought sub 3p twice and at least doubled up. i was planning to throw a decent amount in again at this price but i just have a very bad feeling following todays news. i hope im just being over cautious and it comes good for you guys though because it is very cheap if all is above board
Yes, it is a pretty grim list (with exception of UVEL, which I think is decent) . Saying that, Always made money herein the past.

with culs payment due its not a good sign to see the cfo resign
It isn't cash generating? As myfairlady says - just read the successive results
You know this stock a lot better than me but it looks to me that the net cash balance has drifted slowly downwards in recent years as its trade receivables have drifted upwards. I just don't really understand the business model and am put off by that accrued income number.
after £100m+ mcap companies either don't make any money or not in 1000 years. GNG is a cash generating company.
This was mentioned on another BB so took a look. Cash less debt of £1m and slightly loss making so hard to get too excited about it especially as there are a few red flags: Continued delay in repaying CULS Ridiculous amount of accrued income (almost 2 years of revenues) that may or may not be ever collected. This increased by £2.5m in first half out of total revenue of £4.4m - very strange. Doesn't this just get paid for providing software, I don't even understand how this level of accrued income develops. China I'll pass for the moment - don't understand the chat on here about 40p or 50p but good luck to the current holders.
Massively undervalued at the moment.
Share Capital = 37m Turnover for 6 months £4.4m Order book £10m Gross Cash position £3.5m Revenues are expected to be weighted towards the second half of the year. Nett asset per share is more than 50p.
The total shares 37m but not many shares are in the market. Very hard to even buy 50,000 shares.
The Company continues to gain traction with its top 30 existing clients and generate more business from them which is encouraging for the future. Despite the difficulties with cash collection over the last few years the Company is still endorsed highly by its clients and peers, and remains competitive within the industry. Whilst the change of strategy is slowly coming to fruition, the Board remains confident in the outlook for the Company
Trade receivables £21.6million (At 31 March 2014: £20.1 million) including accrued income of £16.8 million (At 31 March 2014: £14.3 million)
Yes. This must the only share in the market that has more than 150% of the market cap as cash in the bank. Order book is more than 6 times..!!!
Going to fly off? Still waiting silently till she does
Bit more reseach for me to be done.
Seven new clients were added in the finance sector, including Bank of China Insurance, Bank of Hubei, China Jingu International Trust, National Trust, Shanghai Aijian Trust, Sichuan Rural Credit Union and China Banknote Printing and Mining.
Massive spread today...22% earlier! Thanks for the head ups by the way....if thats what it was....
£3.5 million . If we reduce £1m for the loan, then still we have more than £2.5m in the bank. See the market cap..!!!
1) Further developed the mobile finance platform for China Bond and China Construction Bank; 2) Enhanced the direct banking platform, and signed contracts with Minsheng Bank and Guangfa Bank; 3) Minsheng Bank and Agricultural Bank of China continued the use of (GEONG UxD); and 4) Renewed the core supplier agreement with IBM GDC and GBS for another year.
Tell me more. Seems to have flatlined for a long time....what changes do you ser that makes a breakout likely. I saw your"off topic" on another board (another word for 1st). Thanks. Looks like he bb here could do with waking up!
Asset value is over 40p..!
A 128,763 share buy just reported at 4.65p, well above the 4.5p share price. Someone's keen. And it moved the share price nicely.
Nice to see such movement. The m/cap remains just £1.6m though - the upside is huge if there's just the slightest sign of improvement in cash flows - even though the company has at least £1.4m net cash - or trading - even although the company remains profitable.
