May have been a tad premature buying in yesterday. Trend line is still firmly in a southerly direction, albeit only half ahead. The BoD need to perform a Williamson turn pdq and go full steam ahead to rescue the SP, otherwise it's in danger of sinking into the abyss.
All aboard me hearties.
This shows major institutional holders:

Does woodford hold any stock here ....
I've never been involved in a T/O before lol
Anyone got L2 what market makers dragging this down
Will be eyeing this up.
As soon as bottom in this will rise.
But who is the seller ?
Large seller or cf shares
How many left to dump 2- 3m ?
This will certainly rise when done.... still not in but waiting
If Seafox were serious about getting 25% they have had plenty of time to do so and there would have been a holdings Rns.
If they were to make an offer they could do so at 18p, it is the highest price that they have paid in the past year, not the highest price that the shares have been.
It would be nice to see one or more of the three new directors making a share purchase, perhaps that would steady the ship.
Just not sure what to make of the whole thing but the three new directors seem to be very well qualified and that gives me some reassurance.
You haven't looked hard enough. The bots run most shares that show signs of stress.
Yes, I've kept my eye on this since selling out. I'm not too sure on the benefits to the average PI of a Seafox T/O, but synergies, streamlining and better management should be taken a a huge positive if it ever happens.
Rightio, I now decree the brakes can come off here, as I've managed to pay over the odds and buy a little stake again in this truly under valued pedigree lol
It wouldn't work out too shabbily for us if Seafox were looking to make an offer. Any offer before December would cost them a min 35pps (max 48pps). Would still be a steal for them at the higher price - here's hoping!.
If they were happy to pay 18pps, I'm surprised they aren't having a field day with the current sp, unless they are doing it covertly. These auto-sells have confused me from the start, I rarely see any at all in other stocks, and yet today there are autosells pretty much every 2 minutes. Utterly baffling.
Ahhh, not too bad. Surviving, just, since my beloved FRR got delisted in January lol. Here's hoping GMS can go a little way to recouping some of my horrendous losses there. You must be a little bruised here too? True value will out in the end. Fingers and toes crossed :)
Never thought GMS would revisit these prices again. Am trying to buy in, but proving difficult. No idea whats going on, but when a SP is driven down like this, there's often an upside not too far behind.
GLA
Must be the last off thos city financial shares dragging this down or a shorter knowing they can buy them for a silly price off 6p or even lower.
Some City financial shares still need a home imo
As GFD has eluded to before, the pricing on LSE (regardless of any 15m delay) is all over the place.
Picked up another £3k at 9.47p.
Someone is taking the xxxx here.
Tiny sell 70 shares
It really is a farce - you can't get a quote to buy even a relatively small amount - just tried to buy £5k
It's just a mess at the moment, the spread keeps becoming huge, the tiny sells cripple the price and the larger buys have little effect. It seems only some good news and a huge buy volume will get this going otherwise it will just continue to sink.
Watching the Bid and ask shift as they have, I just view it as someone with their snout in the trough being greedy. I don't have L2 atm and can't see which Mm is leading the way in this scam. Would appear to be filling an order (remember the £370k purchase a week or so ago that didn't make a dent?) and they want it as cheap as poss. As if it isn't cheap enough already! Who's doing the buying, I haven't got a clue - Seafox?? Takeover?? (wishful thinking on my part).
Anyone got L2 to check what market maker keeps lowering the bid?
Jber are known dirty dogs with this kind of thing. Anyone that can next next week...?
I am sure you are right Evenstevens and I'm certainly not qualified to question your judgment but as an amateur investor I am really struggling to understand what is holding back the SP. I realise there is the obvious issue of banking covenants, refinancing etc to address but given the substantial assets the company holds surely it makes sense for the SP to be much higher.
are conservatively worth more than 10x mcap. Even a fire sale would realise 2, 3,4, ??? times current value.
Priced to go bust but far far from it.
I agree Timmy. I must admit I am starting to get a little concerned at the continuing fall in the value of the SP. How much lower could it go? I have considered cutting my losses and getting out but will wait a little longer to see if any good news emerges.
This stock is becoming an absolute joke. I would have thought the trading update would have stopped this decline but obviously not, we seem to be reaching an all time low. I guess the only thing to save us is news on the banking covenant or some other miracle...
