Hopefully the FRR court case will go in shareholders favour, they do deserve a good result.
GMS I recall had an almighty intra day rise from 10p earier in the year, perhaps you will see that again here,Im actually surprised that this isn't significantly higher.Seafox will pounce at 18p if the BOD don't get a grip, hopefully there will be a positive RNS re the banking covenant, that will be too late then for Seafox with a sp appreciably higher.
This is a high net worth company with an exceedingly low Mcap, you shoud do very well.
Hi GFD hope you are well
Just looking at this stock again it does seem to be a steal at 10p given the NAV,and a possible offer, low ball of 18p by Seafox .
Hope you do well with your 800k.
BRGDS
Hi Gfd, no I do not know the financial position of Seafox, I agree that it is a very impressive CV.
I just do bot understand why Seafox have not increased their stake by buying in the market at well below the 18p over the past few months, there was nothing to stop them going to 25% and they would only have to make an offer to all shareholders in they went above 30%.
Would be nice to get some news this week, at least the share price seems to be moving in the right direction today and it has shown in the past that it can move upward quickly.
Hi Gfd, do you know if Seafox have the cash available for a takeover and to fund the debt#.
Cheers
Either way we should see a welcome uplift in in not so distant future. It's more a question of whether a ceiling will be imposed. It would seem folly to let it go cheaply at 18p.
Current market cap is 32 million pounds, thats extremely low in my eyes.
Net asset value is 94p
Current share price 9p
Could be flying first thing next week. Damn my impatience lol.
GL to all in here.
No problem GFD,
Should do well here now,
ATB
I doubt we will get a TR1 because administrators were getting rid of CF stocks
There you go peeps, CF flush there shares, this will now be ready to rise if we get any volume.
A few people were digging me out about CF shares.
Is Mr. Woodford holding gms at all?
10m shares (£920k) went through.
ah well, for every sell there's a buyer. Just wish I bloody knew what/when bod are going to show some mettle?
GFD I can vouch for is as credible as anyone on any of these platforms.
An astute profesional meticulous in his reserach, and above all a thoroughly decent human being.
That accusation is totally out of order
Panic over
It had multiplied all the (small) trades from today/yesterday by 1000 - seems to have rectified itself now.
Was looking at trades for today/yesterday on LSE and notice a raft of extremely large trades showing.
I then left that page and it reverted to minimal trades/volume? If I tab back, I can see them all there and have a screenprint.
Very, very odd - What is everyone else seeing?
2 tiny sells just before the bell again.
Very tight spread.
wow 9.70 to buy and you can sell 150k at 9.64 vert tight spread
What does 200 code mean.....
Looks like 200 is the new 1221.
Somebody trying to keep this down to get cheap shares
looks like bots are waking up
im surprised there not more buying at this level as last week we had floods of buys at 11/12p
The sooner that comes the better
Picked up some more in the dying seconds - unsurprisingly a £10 trade took it down after the bell. At least there's more time to build a decent holding.
good weekend all!
MM's cleaning up on this spread. Really volatile, doesnt take much to move it 10% plus.
