Fair play gmcc - each to their own. I too find your posts informative, so please do keep them coming! Certain naysayers have indeed proved useful on the very odd occasion - they may even have (inadvertently) been influential in aaog switching to a better finance deal. However the more knowledgeable and "useful doomers" rarely frequent LSE - they are elsewhere.
The LSE board does seem to have become a lot more readable since most members are now starving the regular low rent buffoons of oxygen. The current batch seem to suffer from the same cognitive impairment - poor memory recall, causing them to fluff their lines and repeat themselves incessantly. On a positive note they seem to display a flair for creative writing.
I seriously doubt that I have missed anything from this current lot by going down the full filter route over the last few weeks. At the same time I respect and understand others choosing the less extreme route - however we should never kid ourselves that trolls crave nothing more than engagement.
The Riverfort ramping machine will no doubt be whirring into action some time soon.....expect fun and games - let's hope the BOD back it up with solid operational progress to support a sustained rise in the sp in the run up to production. GLA
All this info was in the ether yesterday. Thought the aaog trolls would have picked up a lot sooner. You're not missing anything that will impact your weekend or long term financial health Sardy, so I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Yep, you're absolutely right Sardy.
I picked up on this story while having a mooch at icon on Friday. It got a few of them quite moist over there and knew wouldn't be long before the circus came to town. Sefton can hold as many chairs at any company of his choosing as long as oil starts get booked later this year.
The only thing that really matters over here on aaog atm is a successful sidetrack and that starts with confirmation of rig booked. All these logistics are in JB & experienced team's hands now.
There will be a lot of **** and wind said in the coming days/weeks about DS - ultimately though will have little or no impact on whether sidetrack is successful or not. I certainly won't be driving myself mad for the next 4 months listening to duplicitous clowns wetting their knickers every 3 mins.
I think we'll be alright actually if we continue to let them talk at each other.
A load of them convened earlier at their little self help group which is held on the 3rd Friday of each month. During the therapy session they manically convinced each other why AAOG was not worth bothering with. They then spent the next 3 hours talking at each other, brainstorming old conspiracy theories and compiling a list of inane questions to pose to shareholders to sate their perverse curiosities.
Before the meeting was adjourned they unanimously agreed that those still holding onto any imaginary shares should continue to do so as they were certain to reduce in value. Both new and sleeper LSE iD's were issued to each member in anticipation of increased AAOG activity.
The group remain of the opinion that there are far better investment opportunities to be had elsewhere but expressly prohibited all but the most senior members from posting on any other boards.
It was a valiant effort Tiburn - was a fair question but we are none the wiser as to BC's views.
Some people will choose to fret on a daily basis. That's their choice, but I can assure you that's the quickest way to a coronary. (Some will even fret about it on an hourly basis even though not /ever investing! )
it's a virtuous circle - I'm tuning out of this one, permanently.
The benefit of onshore drilling (into a world class reservoir) cannot be underestimated, particularly in these uncertain times when margins could come under significant further pressure. It's a pretty unique position to be in and the bigger players who have had to invest many more multiples to get to production will be watching with envy. Let's have a programme for re-entry announced asap, hopefully with clear intent of further drill back to back. That would really get the party started.
Last time Clegnut dusted their dedicated AAOG iD down to tell us there would be no news for months, an Operational Update RNS dropped within hours. I have no idea what the little fella said this time round but you can all but guarantee he will continue to call it badly wrong.
He may be clueless, but he's our little lucky charm...bless him!
Indeed Tiburn, the terms of any rig deal will be as interesting as the amount of horses available. It would show a real statement of intent if extension option for much longer period included.
slightly off topic - the BUR RNS re market manipulation is a good read - 5 mins well spent.
Great to see some normality finally return to the board. A little dreaming is good for the spirits and will have those with stumpy little legs dancing in their concrete graves.
A lot to be positive about from herein. The voices tell me confirmation of rig booking ready to drop any minute, along with confirmation of latest SNPC receipt.
Should be a good week!
If this isn't a statement belonging to a troll, I don't know what is. Shouldn't judge others by their own poor timing and stupidity.
"The horrific thing is that if/when the good news finally arrives, day traders will make more on this than any long term holder who might have to see up to a 5 bagger before being in profit."
Best wishes..have a good weekend...blah...blah.blah
Told you it was the boring one - you know what to do!
Nothing radical but better than watching the paint dry - Apols if already seen.
Despite having it filtered, I unfortunately still get to learn that AAOG’s no.1 fan is still “at it”. You know the one that I mean? Former LSE ID’s include Soniap who spends 2/3 of their time on a stock where they hold no position, returning every time there's a downward price movement to gloat "told you so" and that there is absolutely nothing that could ever have a positive impact on the sp.
We all know the drill – This one will keep on going for as long as we entertain it. When AAOG eventually starts to monetise its massive potential it will simply either disappear or suddenly tell you how clever they were buying in at the absolute bottom.
I’m genuinely sorry if it is someone’s pet troll but this one serves no purpose and lacks any redeeming features whatsoever. Surely, they should be put it out of their misery – so please will the owner do a troll a kindness and put an end to their tormented and miserable existence? ......... It’s worked very well with all the others.
