A system for
removing metals out of ground
Sorry, MF, but what is a /4 .3 system?
Playing a /4 .3 system
More feedback on ETM conference in DC recently, from John Feneck, about 21 mins in, backing up OF's observations.

There's been a lot of selling during this current consolidation, so maybe many have been flushed through already.
@LW - who knows is the honest answer. BUT that said I think most of the warrant holders, were pretty sticky large shareholders like POW, Madame Chang and a couple of other large shareholders that hold about 70% (?) of the shares so I think there is of course potential for sales, just as ordinary warrantless shareholders can sell into any rally, but I think that potential is limited by the share structure.
Drill bit turns from Saturday. All change next week.
Was looking at this closely, but slightly concerned whether these warrants going to create a sell into news scenario here? Will the results of a single hole be 'BIG' enough to absorb any such selling?
Thoughts welcome.
The volume of sells is not any where near enough to cover the cost of the warrants .
Looks likely sales are from PI's thinking more sells coming.
Just look back at daily volumes
The Company has therefore received notices to date for the exercise of a total of 14,431,633 warrants at an exercise price of 10.75p per ordinary share ("10.75p Warrants"), raising a total of £1,551,401 of new equity for the Company.
The exercise period for the 10.75p Warrants ends at midnight this Friday 10 May 2024, other than in respect of 991,277 10.75p Warrants held by parties that are deemed to be in possession of inside information (as defined in the UK Market Abuse Regulation), where under the terms of the 10.75p Warrant Instrument the exercise period shall be extended to 7 days after the date upon which it would no longer constitute a breach of the UK Market Abuse Regulation to exercise the 10.75p Warrant.
In addition, there are a further 18,420,222 warrants outstanding with an exercise price of 17p per Ordinary Share ("17p Warrants"). The exercise period of the 17p Warrants ends at midnight on 10 May 2025, unless the holder is deemed to be in possession of inside information (as defined by the UK Market Abuse Regulation).
Only 3m warrants left, plus the 1m inside.
According to Tray who has gone through it.
Excellent news indeed - 1.5m raised a
RNS more warrants exercised:
“ Warrant Exercise
The Company has received notices to exercise warrants over a total of 4,236,091 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Warrant Shares") at an exercise price of 10.75p per Warrant Share, raising £455,380 for the Company.”
POW could have been in the last batch of 4 million warrants exercised. The shares from the exercise of those warrants are due to be admitted for trading tomorrow so that is probably the point at which the new shares are notified to the company if it changes a notifiable holding. It would be very surprising if POW don’t exercise in the money warrants.
I'm surprised we haven't had more RNS on warrant exercise - I think there is still a significant chunk available. Hopefully, at the last moment. I'm guessing that POW have not exercised yet (bizarre) as there hasn't been an RNS to update their % holding in the company, as we did for Madame Chang.
Important to remember Garfield is separate, all yesterday's update was still around PM.
Older that's an interesting one Phoenix and had a quick look at it. In the end that resource is "only" 50,000 tonnes of copper at .49% so perhaps no surprise no one is getting excited? small size and average to low grade. agreed if the result at Garfield eg ended up looking like that the share is going nowhere, definitely hoping for better tho
Hoping the best for GMET's fothcoming drilling campaign, but let's be in no doubt, the market is brutal if finance can't be arranged to take into development/production mode, and/or the contained Cu is barely economic to mine.
PXC's update reserve RNS yesterday is a reminder. Now sporting a MC of just £21mn, after 485 drill holes and a 109mn Lb Cu proven and probable reserve estimate, at a 0.49% open pit mineable grade, in a safe jurisduiction, Idaho.
Exploration is one thing, but development quite another. GLA.
I'm not sure the warrants have applied much of a break/hold on SP, apart from a psychological one perhaps. Felt as though all the warrant exercisers are adding to their holdings rather than financing them with share sales.
IMO Get the feeling this friday is a huge inflection point.
Warrants have applied the breaks, a fantastic opportunity to accumulate, these breaks are about to be released.
Not by coincidence warrants expire on the 10th May, and drilling starts on the 11th May.
We will have constant flow of news starting this weekend, and any indication of a Porphyry, and GMET goes parabolic. Oliver said just by looking at the core we will know if there is a Copper Porphyry!
What many people under estimate, is the effects of such a small free float, small market cap, next few months could get very interesting.
Love CEO's knowledge, expertise, and open communication channel, a breath of fresh air.
And then we have the golden goose of possible US government funding for the largest US Tungsten deposit!!
DYOR
OF is such a coherent speaker, who has the ability to allow a layman into his professional life and much better understand the geological set up here.
If I was the interviewer, though, I would have asked with all the focus on a porphyry-type target, shouldn't GMET be regarded as much as a Cu play potentially, as a Tungsten play.
And I would have asked, knowing what you know now about the magnetic inversion and IP anomaly at Porphyry South, what is the chance that it is NOT a Cu-W rich core deposit at depth.

Explaining todays RNS.
Good to see where they intend to drill to gain maximum intel.
I don't think the market buys on expectation any more - will rerate if drill results confirm this potentially excellent analysis.
