But you did pay a 52 week high!
Encouraging that the price has steadied at the 60p+ over the last few months
Audited results due this month
I think those who think Gama shares are hard to come by have been misled. Not saying you can pile in and buy 100,000 but 5000+ the jobbers will accommodate you without moving the price too much against you. I picked up 5,000 this afternoon with no hassle.
Exciting times ahead for shareholders.
Takeover imminent. 137p.

"Gama Aviation offers ‘HEMS for hire’
11 May 2022
Sporting events, film locations, motorsport venues now can hire a dedicated package of medics combined with Gama Aviation’s Airbus H145
Gama Aviation is continuing to build its UK air ambulance offer by introducing a new service specifically aimed at the UK’s motorsport, events, and film and television industries.
The service seeks to provide fully crewed turnkey helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) for situations that require additional medical infrastructure to support a specific safety case or insurance requirement. The service will offer helicopter air ambulance support that is fully crewed, allowing a variety of options to be deployed depending on the event, location, and medical support requirement.
The company is predicting interest in the ‘HEMS for hire’ offer that will see its Airbus H145 D2, G-GMAH deployed. The aircraft, equipped for day and night operations will fly under a single pilot and Technical Crew Member (TCM) model with the medical team being allocated according to the required mission type.

"Gama Aviation begins medical repatriation service
11 May 2022
Combining its aviation assets in the north and south of the UK with its medical team, the company will provide turnkey medical repatriation services for insurers, governments, and private individuals
Gama Aviation is continuing to build its medical services offer with a new medical repatriation service focused on repatriating patients to and from the UK.
The service will combine Gama Aviation’s Dorset-based medical team with its own dedicated air ambulance aircraft, those of audited third parties, and commercial airlines to provide medical care when repatriating patients into the UK or from the UK. The service has been in trial during the previous two months after the abatement of Covid-19 commercial flight restrictions.
“We have now successfully delivered a number of these missions including supporting patients moving from Qatar, India, Indonesia and Europe. We expect an increase in seasonal repatriation requests as both the business and leisure markets open up after nearly two years of stasis due to Covid-19,” commented Dr Simon Forrington, Medical Director for Gama Aviation Special Mission.

25,883 buy at 69•50 late on 29th.
Code 1. Takeover RNS incoming.
Got 5K...
Hit it with NMS of 1500 shares. They have to fill it on the phone.
No quote for 2 days!!...wtf
And I see that the bid/offer price has moved up a fraction in anticipation
Results next week. As Rivaldo mentioned, the Company is successfully being turned around.
Potential takeover target.
The year end trading update is finally out. It shows that in H2'21 GMAA made a very decent $1.1m EBIT from its core activities.
This is because in H1'21 GMAA made a $0.4m loss, whereas in the entire year GMAA now say they've made a $0.7m profit after stripping out the $4.7m exceptional losses.
In addition, GMAA now have $12.5m net cash plus $12.4m RCF headroom.
It might be said that GMAA are - slowly - being turned around successfully.
The proof will be in the H1'22 pudding, especially with the "challenging operating environment":

Undoubtedly increase demand for GMAA's services
Rozzi at it again?
Wow, a 15,655 share just reported at 67p - 5p above the current 62p offer price!
Someone's keen
There is no stopping this at the moment. May it well last in the medium and long term. Extremely undervalued.
Thanks for the article, Rovaldo.
A few gaps to be filled above 100p.
GMAA's Sharjah operation was "buoyant" in 2021 - and this has continued into 2022:

The CASL sale for $2m was completed on 31/12, so GMAA will be able to show 2021 results net of discontinued businesses. H1'21 showed a not too bad $0.4m EBIT loss from the continuing business. I've got no idea what H2 will show - the H1 outlook was pretty vague. Fingers crossed the February trading statement (assuming it follows last year) is positive. Here's the new article:
"Gama Aviation : Sharjah FBO continues growth in 2022
01/13/2022 | 12:41pm GMT
Buoyant 2021 continues into start of 2022
2021 was a successful period for Gama Aviation's FBO at Sharjah International Airport, and that looks set to continue into 2022. Head of FBO's Tom Murphy explains;
despite the constant challenges, we saw a 30% increase on pre-pandemic volumes in Sharjah. Whilst this is an encouraging number, what we have been most proud of is the amount of new aircraft and clients that have visited and since become regular customers. For prolonged periods our apron reached 90% occupancy, which considering our capacity is a success story in itself!.
Tom also states that this momentum is extending into 2022.
"less than a week into 2022 we have achieved 60% of our budgeted monthly movements - the feedback we are receiving from our new clients is of their surprise of our proximity to Downtown Dubai, the added benefit of a zero slot restricted airfield and a 6 minute taxi time from runway to parking apron"."
Indeed, not much free stock with Rozzi hovering up and remaining with Simon To and Marwan. Around 70% held by these parties...
Nice - marked up 5p after a mere £5k purchase earlier this morning. Not much stock around?
A 30,000 share buy at 43p has moved the price up almost 9% today :o))
Rozzi Business Inc. have increased to over 19% now, with 12.15m shares. Looks like Rozzi have cleared out the market of stock:

To average down or not to average down, that is the question:

"Jet East Opens Las Vegas Mx Facility, Plans Hiring Fair
by Jerry Siebenmark
July 7, 2021, 10:31 AM
Following the opening last month of a service hub at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (KLAS), business aviation maintenance provider Jet East is looking to bolster its staffing there by hosting a hiring event on July 26 and 27. In all, the Trenton, New Jersey-based company has more than 50 job openings at KLAS for maintenance, avionics, and structures technicians, as well as several other support positions.
At KLAS, Jet East is operating from an existing 30,000-sq-ft facility, a spokesman told AIN. The company plans to eventually have more than 100 people working at that location.
Designated by Jet East as a Citation center of excellence, the company's KLAS site will focus primarily on supporting the Citation Sovereign, the spokesman said, though “we are already seeing some super-midsize and large-cabin aircraft visit as well.” Jet East inducted its first Sovereign at KLAS on June 1.
Acquired by Gama Aviation in January, Jet East has a footprint in the U.S. that includes 400 employees, more than 90 AOG technicians positioned across the country, coverage of 65 business aviation airports, and more than 10 line stations and heavy scheduled maintenance facilities."
...on no volume and no news. Perhaps MM's trying to stimulate some sellers (for Rozzi to buy up). Any views on likelihood of corporate activity to take out the small public float?
Did not take Q. advice to sell. some months ago. Still not sure i was wise to stay with Gama, but recent news at least suggests the future not totally grim.
