Boris gone, many parts of German industry on cusp of collapse, now this. I can hear the s******s from Moscow from here.
'JUST IN - Vonovia, Germany's largest housing group, begins to throttle its tenants' heating at night to save gas, a spokeswoman said.'
Hundreds of thousands are affected, Berliner Zeitung reports.

You really have lost the plot C0ckeye, haven't you?
Any chance you might ever provide informative contributions on GKP's current performance trajectory?
And your estimable opinion maybe?
Or is it all about Russian propaganda and personal insults nowadays?
What an odd response, Straycat. I have just posted live breaking news from Germany and you suggest I have lost the plot? How so? I posted the link. Do you simply deny matters that don't suit you?
I sense you're an old man, or women, it matters not. The greater sense I get from you (and a few others) is you really don't know how the world works, or is being run, or what is planned.
If you read your last few posts on GKP, they are rife with if, buts and 'probably's', and you think that is inciteful?
No more GKP related opinions then.
Far less any backed by factual/financial weight.
But anything that propagates the 'Russian special military operation' gets prime time C0ckeye interest.
What a joke.
"The greater sense I get from you (and a few others) is you really don't know how the world works, or is being run, or what is planned"
BSeye, is that why last week when we debated on Russia, you proved you didnt have a clue what you were talking about? you lost on every single point we discussed. you diverted, lied and rebutted only with nonsense.
your MO is to spout ludicrous conspiracy theories, to side with the immoral lunatics and to provide zero substance to any of your utterly laughable and pitiful views.
and then you have the sheer audacity to claim others dont know whats going on..........the mind boggles, it really does.
i noticed you provided a daily mail link recently to support one of your covid conspiracy theories. not only is that laughable on its own, but this is the same source that pumps out several times a day articles that completely contradict your view on Putins actions.
so basically there is no consistency either.........priceless
p.s anyone looking at Enquest down near 20p...........?
Here he is. The bright spark.
what a really, really, really weird response.......you are a very strange little man BSeye
i tore you apart during our recent debate, not a single (and i mean SINGLE) point of mine could you counter. you lied, rambled on like a mad man and you sarcastically call me "bright"...........you could cut the irony with a knife!!
we already know you're several sandwich's short of a picnic, but out of interest could you give us your view on the following subjects, as i am trying to gauge just how staggeringly moronic and deluded you really are.
1) moon landings - real or fake?
2) is the earth flat or spherical?
3) did the US carry out the 9/11 attacks?
cheers babe x
Indrid, because you have this child like way about you that means everything has to be spelled out, which wouldn't normally have to take place with dialogue between two intelligent adults, I'll break this down again. I'm not going to ask if you know how the law works, pointless, and if the DM could name and implicate Wellcome Trust's Director, Jeremy Farrar in, as you say, 'Conspiracy Theories', even though it clearly stated he was being called to the US to address Congress, and as I and the DM pointed out, he is part of, numerous times, the Fauci email threads that were leaked by the New York Times in 2021. These are irrefutable facts. Not 'conspiracy theories'.
The Fauci emails are all in the public space, again due to their release last year, but as I said in my earlier post, because you're intellectually stunted, you won't take the time to search for them, least read them, as you'll discover they exist. And that I'm right. Or what you might discover.
You're Welsh aren't you? Here is the same story, factual news, of Mr Farrar being called before Congress, which won't be the last time I assure you. Are Wales Online engaging in theories too, or could it be this took place, regardless of which source reported on it?
Finally, I can't tell you how many Div's I've encountered like you. Countless. But one thing you always...always have in common is, you're always the last to know what's going on.
https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/uk-news/top-uk-scientist-face-congress-23004239
cheers ****eye, but you've, not surprisingly, missed the point again.
why is the daily mail a source you trust when it comes to covid nonsense, but when it comes to Russia it isnt?
you either trust them as a source or you dont, its not a hard concept to grasp? where is your consistency, Einstein?
and then yet again, i have to re-ask. if you are so much brighter than me why couldn't you even score a single blow in our more recent debate? why did you resort to lying and deviation? there's that irony klaxon again....full bore
an imbecile and an immoral one at that......what a combo
and what about the 3 listed questions i put to you? not afraid to share your views on that are you?
This is what I mean, I didn't say I trusted the DM, I simply posted a link from them reporting on an event I know has taken place as they are all in the public space. I have read about them. I have read Fauci's incriminating emails.
I don't trust the DM any more or less than Wales Online, they are simply two of many many news outlets who reported this. See how it works, and how Google searches work? Again, none of this would ordinarily need pointing out, it would obvious to an intelligent adult.
As for your questions, I'll humour you. No I'm not a crazy flat earther, or believe the moon landings didn't happen. As for US involvement in 911, that is a possibility. Not the blowing up of buildings or hologram planes etc, I fully understand the physics behind a building collapsing after being on fire at high temperatures, but when you understand how the US Industrial Military Complex works, (and you should being invested here), you understand that it will stop at nothing in the pursuit of continual conflict and war. N
You won't know this, but Joe Biden recently postponed the release of classified reports on the assassination of JFK, which were due to be released last year, 60 years following his death (again in the public space). Why did he do that? Let me give you a prediction that you can take to the bank; The CIA were involved in that assassination and some close to it are still alive. I hope we are both are if it is ever released, as you can remember this 'conversation'.
Then ask me again about 911 and how the world works.
I think the BB has had enough of us now Indrid. You're missing lots of life experience on here, and it shows.
Indrid, NOT a 'Conspiracy theory'. This was planned. Conceived by the US government and CIA. You think 911 is inconceivable?

You will be the first contributor I've ever filtered C0ckeye.
But I'm done with your inane rantings.
Please don't make me do it.
Can't we get back to GKP?
Having said that, you've never posted a properly supported positive on the Company in all the time I've been on this bb.
Just try will you?
Tell me about GKP's financial outlook.
Talk to us about your view on this year's performance...as a LTH you must have a view, surely?
At least give us something to work with rather than your ridiculous use of this bb to spout your f*cked up view of the world.
Please don't let yourself down like this. I'm embarrassed for you.
Having been here a decade, I've relayed my outlook on this share, the 'company', the region and its credibility as a long term investment play and my exit strategy from it numerous times. Go read them.
Before you do Mr 'If, but and probably', tell me in light of recent event's (alone), who's outlook looks more 'f*cked up?'
Straycat, here's a question for you, as you're such a fervent cheerleader of GKP. It's simply; why has it never sought to diversify away from Kurdistan? If it's a truly legitimate, functioning, now cash rich, debt free, company, why have you never questioned the business acumen behind this bewilderingly precarious strategy?
Excellent.
That is a really good question which you have raised before.
And the answer depends on the initial contractual terms agreed between the KRG and GKP.
I've never been able to establish why it is that GKP haven't considered this possibility...maybe they have; I don't know. Certainly it's never appeared in any RNS or any other information I'm privy to.
However, if I were sat in the KRG's shoes, I wouldn't want any 'Shaikan' cash disappearing elsewhere into any other investments that I didn't know about, somewhere else in the world.
Because I'd want the money re-invested exclusively into ShaIkan.
So I would contract accordingly. Wouldn't you?
What about the other Operators in the area?
Have they been able to develop their company investment positions elsewhere using KRG cash? Not sure, but don't think so.
Thoughts?
Welcome back btw...
There you go. I knew, and no doubt you did too, that however you answered that it would not reflect well on GKP, and leave it looking like a very dodgy basket case investment racket for the KRG.
What did you just suggest? That a regional government wouldn't allow a British based company trading on the main listing of the LSE buy assets elsewhere? Well, he had Algeria, so that can't be the case, at least contractually, and if it was that would have been exposed long before and after your arrival, Straycat.
However, it cannot be ignored that continual CEO's have stated that there are no plans to seek assets outside of the KRI, or indeed since we had 3 stolen from us, to seek anymore assets there either. How very, very, very, very odd.
So it seems, unofficially at least, we are prisoners to some threatening Stockholm Syndrome like relationship with captives in Erbil which many of our leading happy clappy shareholders attempt to ignore, or share this state of mind that we'll be freed one day maybe, and if we're not, well it's not too bad here after all.
The only two other operators who I can think of off the top of my head that operate solely in Kurdy are ShaMaran and Texas based outfit HKN, not that that in anyway suggests they too aren't seeking to diversify as a strategy.
It's a very bad strategy for any oil company isn't it, Straycat?
'a very dodgy basket case investment racket for the KRG.'
No I don't see that at all.
But I did suggest that contractually the two parties would have had to negotiate terms that were acceptable to both.
As for your Stockholm Syndrome theory, well you can always sell up if you feel that way.
So it's not quite the same is it?
Anyway,I don't feel that way at all.
For me, I walked into GKP with my eyes wide open and I'm not in the business of blaming others if I've got it wrong.
Which I haven't (despite some 'blips'!!).
Not yet anyway.
In the absence of evidence of such terms, what do you think of this strategy? You seem very vocal and supportive of the business prowess of JH, and not, in the case of Jaap, so you must be able to define your thoughts on this. If it's not contractual, it's something untoward, no?
"How very, very, very, very odd. "
I would rather diversify my investment portfolio than ask GKP management to do so. Far better for them to NOT diversify and to focus intensely on this one asset. I don't want them distracted by anything else. JH is being tested now. He has yet to prove himself.
I'm saying it almost certainly is a contractual term that GKP cannot invest in any other proposition other than its commitment to Shaikan.
From the KRG's point of view, no other arrangement would make sense.
What do I think of it?
Well I've invested haven't I.?
I sense you're uncomfortable with the question. Your answer seems to confirm, albeit in the absence of the details, that GKP isn't a real functioning company able to make normal business decisions and acquisitions, despite being listed on LSE, but a KRG franchise. This might explain why the other 3 licences were first 'awarded' to GKP, developed partially to varying degrees at great expense, then taken away with such ease to the point we even had to pay £10M for the pleasure.
We were simply keeping the 3 licenses warm for their eventual owners. Then there was 1.
