Sanboy, I dont know what telegram is and even if I join, who am I posting to? I need someone to chat to on it. An ID or something, I presume. If you give me the ID or what ever I need, I will post the picture.
JJ
@ JungleJane please DO NOT share that email with anyone other than Paddy because it could come back to bite you. I have had experience with that. And best for the board to have you for any future info not in the public domain.
This is all because the information is so promising ( and never heard before ) - it is always good practise to see the source of the info, and as I also couldn't find it online it made me wonder. I expect that JJ is above board and I see no reason for anyone to make stuff up judging by the fantastic position this company is already in. But DYOR is what everyone says so there is absolutely no harm in querying.
Hi JJ
Have you any views on what to expect at Kraken especially with the MMI not picking up much gold.
ATB:))
i have often seen more info in an emailed job spec than whats on a website. more in depth requirements and more specifics on location, travel arrangements, salary range the role itself, who you would answer to (board/stakeholders). etc.
bit ridiculous to call someone out on that.
Jungle jane are you on the telegram chat? If not get on that and post a picture of your email.
San
Sanboy, If someone sends me an email, I'll send them the file. JJ
Sanboy unfortunately i dont have a premium account.
Facts we know its still open at depth and most of us know the grades usually get better the deeper you go. So in all fairness there is a chance its trye but wither way we are on a winner
You need premium LSE to do that btw
San
So get it verified. Send a private message to JungleJane with your email/ company email, she will send it on and then you can confirm the validity on here and we can then all bang on about how much money we are going to make :)
San
I would suspect that the funny line spacing on JJ's original post would be highly indicative of a direct copy and paste from an email.
>2000 m is really very exciting! I wonder if we will get any more info on that in the next 7.5 hours! Thanks for sharing Jane.
Jungle, im just saying i got excited when you put it up but as its not in the public domain every one needs to take this info with a pinch of salt. Like i said hopefully it is all as you say as that is great bews for us all :)
napthman1, I am not in the habit of lying or posting a lot of ******. I got the email today and I thought it looked like they had perhaps let some future thinking out of the bag. I can send you the original if you want. I understand that it's odd to include info not on the website in a job spec. That's why I posted it. You can look at my posting record any time. JJ
apart from the weekend antics, this is a great board. Well informed and knowledgeable members.
Hi Jane, i currently run my own recruitment business which has traded for the last 4.5 years and I have never know more information to be on an email than on a website add. Look if its true great as i have half a million lucky tickets with ggp but i find it very strange that that info is not on the main add. GLA
napthman, it was in an email job specification sent to me. So you wont find it anywhere else. I have been on the books of an agency in Australia for many years so they send me their top drawer jobs. JJ
damn if i wasn't phd'ing i'd be all over applying for exploration jobs at Havieron. Welcome JungleJane btw, great to have an experienced exploration Geo on board
@JungleJane - thanks for sharing.
In a single post you've proved the value of this bulletin board, and why it has a detrimental effect when "technical" issues take it down (sort your bandwidth out LSE). You can do as much research as you want, but that kind of information simply wouldn't be found in the public domain.
Why is non of that information on the Newcrest website. 8 rigs to 12 in 2021 on any role ive looked at
Thanks for that Jane but my geological experience could be written in the back of a first class stamp.
I've read up a lot and tried to interpret the Maria etc initially myself but thanks to the likes of Hydrogen, Magic and a few others my understanding has come on in leaps and bounds over the last 12 months.
I hope you keep adding to the conversations here in the coming months, as GH says - we're only just starting on the journey.
ATB Paddy
Jane needs to be fasttracked onto the experts committee
PaddyGall, It's you I should be thanking. I love your updates and your stirling work to keep us all posted. This project has ludicrously exciting geology. I would have loved to work there but what with Covid and the visa situation, I am stranded at home looking out at the sea and cursing a lot.
JJ
Hydrogen, I'd love to work there, but I'd have to sell my shares in GGP, and leave the bulletin boards. Anyway, I dont have an Aussie visa, and at my advanced age, I wouldnt get one either. So I'll just make loads of money sitting on my arse and watching the markets.
"Open at depth" ...
Thanks for sharing that info Jane, 2000m sounds very promising and if they up the rigs to 12 while the decline is progressing we can see why the exploration camp is rapidly expanding
Thanks again - Paddy
