Tom:-)))
I had an extreme busy day yesterday so could only watch from the sidelines as I finally got my shares in GGP back into the green! Long overdue and extremely happy for us all.
But what I'm confused about is... Why did we get a 25% rise on only the news that we're were having the PFS land on the 12th Oct? Surely we already knew the PFS was coming any day now...? Wasn't it supposed to have come in September? I'm just surprised as I thought it would have been priced in. Am I missing something obvious?
What are the expectations in terms of NPV in the upcoming PFS?
LTL, you should really read the last few RNSs from Newcrest. An incredibly efficient company with respect to cost.
Happy Birthday Rotherby!
Best wishes, old chap!
Happy Birthday Rotherby - hope you are right about GGP.
I got up this morning and did not think about my Birthday, which it is, my son reminded me with a WhatsApp message.
I was just looking for a present from Greatland Gold still wait but expect delivery to start @8:00 and keep coming all day long.
Risible!

Lol
SD just dropped a RNS which effectively made every shorter a major shareholder in pampers and this twat thinks he has something important to share. Gold was $1000 three years ago ffs.
Hope you get wiped out
88p SP being touted on Twitter sees a 4x upside in SP from these levels. GLA DYOR.
Hi Speedy, you see this ?
"JPMorgan: Institutional Investors Dump Gold for Bitcoin Seeing It as Better Inflation Hedge"
This is them down playing gold, because they are desperate to reverse those massive short positions, before Basel 111.
Its also important to keep an eye on any potential threat to your investment, so remember, we're invested in a gold stock so gold price is important to us.
It would also be rude not to indulge in these GGP prices right now too. Where else right now, can you buy 50p coins for 20p ?
Saxondale good find.
Definitely time to shine, been in the doldrums far too long.

There are other reasons why Havieron is so vitally important to Newcrest Mining, one of which I know i keep banging on about, and have done for some considerable time now.
Just look at the mining lease issues that Newcrest are having, and which may well continue, at Wafi-Golpu in Papua New Guinea. Havieron is vital for the growth plan at Newcrest, and, unlike Wafi-Golpu, Havieron is, of course, in one of the lowest risk and safest mining jurisdictions in the world.
Did anyone notice in the Joint Venture risk assessment section of the 2020 Newcrest Report:
"....the risks normally associated with...joint ventures commitments...and particular risks associated with entities where a sovereign state holds an interest, including the extent to which the state intends to engage in project decision making..."
Did anyone see a Rick Rule interview on Stansberry Research on Weds .
He was talking about precious metal miners , and said it was like wanting to buy a coat that was $300 ( I read as GGP at 30p ) only to find the shop is selling it at $160 ( GGP at 16p , which it was on Weds ) . So he was helping himself as it were .
Coincidence I'm sure lol

That’s just not fair on amoebas

Lol
Perfect platform for investors to buy into ggp whilst seeing the potential towards the end of the year of this share.
PFS will bring so many answers to cost and growth also, 70% of value handed over to Newcrest, hopefully more about the overall long term development of Havieron which SD been preaching, over the next 2 trading days we could see 30p, Depending what comes out, I also think the bigger plays seem to get the edge on most private investors let's see where the SP goes, sitting on those hands Paddy, IMO.
