Latino, you are probably right that GFIN will now go on a run - maybe as much as x 4 or x 5 - from here at some stage. It looks like from the 750 Million shares placed 400 Million approx have been taken up by directors so taking it private / mbo is still what I think is going on here. That still makes this very interesting. However, I just don't like the fact that on 6th June they said there was no funding required to then raise 2 months later....
Good luck, Brighty
750mill shares placed.
400mill have been taken up by 2 directors
Robert Keith is subscribing for 333,333,333
. David Halley, a proposed director, has participated in the Subscription by subscribing for 66,666,667. David Halley, a proposed director, has participated in the Subscription by subscribing for 66,666,667
Thats most of the placing shares.
Didn’t Robert Keith buy the main asset for £1 ? - isn’t he a major shareholder also ?
I would follow the breadcrumbs.
Dont bite gordon,lol
same as , i was in its @ 0.4 and 0.17.wink wink.
you carnt win them all.
averaged down on the drop here, and all resumed back to normal.
gla
And there it is bang!!!!!!!!!
Down we go
I've just stuck £2k in at around 0.0825. Will be happy if I can make maybe 20% ?
If you are brave enough, theres a good 15% to be had here.
amop.
gla
Same way you have over at ITS? looks like you bought in mid 3's, I had it from .65 to 4p do the maths a small loss at GFIN (If I decide to sell which I haven't) is peanuts.
Thanks for your concern
Knocking,
well over sold.
gla
Looks like Gordon's crash landed.
They even said no fundraise in JUNE!!!!!!
End of.
Could go on a run now, as funding issue is now fully resolved, BoD changes…turnaround
Interesting that the new CEO David Halley is a director of Athlos! Don't like the fact that the new NOMAD is Beaumont Cornish, well known in the city for doing bucket shop placings, as is evident with this one! £450,000 is peanuts, and will just about keep the lights on for a couple of months, and further dilution when they do the Share Capital Reorganisation. Only good thing is our main shareholder is still with us with this 29% holding, but will he increase his stake further or sell some of his stake. Hard to see where we go from here, but David Halley does have a good track record, and was former International Marketing Manager at IBM, if that's any consolation. I will continue to hold, but won't be topping up just yet until there's more certainty on future plans etc. To Gfinity and beyond! Hopefully?
Blighty, its not that bad,
we know something was comeing,
we know have funds,
after reading the rns,
nice funding,
this is over sold on news, myself took another 600k ish @ 0.074.
gla
Nice pump into a 40% discounted placing 🙄
Outrageous. On June 6th Chairman, Neville Upton commented " after a significant re-structuring, we are confident that Gfinity will flourish without the requirement to raise further working capital".... Well that was short lived ....
Brighty
Ouch.
over sold.
top up time.
gl the brave.
This gets more interesting every day there is no speeding ticket as the word must be out in some quarters that something is brewing here. John Story and Robert Keith (RK best known for Eidos /Lara Croft) hold approx 29.3% of GFIN. A x 4/5 or even x 10 rise on the right kind of news is possible....
Good luck, Brighty
*high price for relative low volume traded...
What's significant is the high relatively low volume of shares traded yesterday driving the price rise.
To me that indicates a lot of knowledgeable P.Is buying but possible nibbles by city traders.
The anecdotal accounts of ppl finding problems completing trades backs this up.
If 2 or 3 hundred million changed hands (which is still only 10-15% of all stock) this could rocket.
Ppl should buy and hold; it could trigger a short squeeze as well which would really take the hand break off.
Simular patten as yesterdays , am,
gla
0.127 paid.
5% ish up.
Moving fast now! Looks like something may well be a foot here.
To Gfinity and beyond...
The detailed update must be close!!
Agree at these levels those types of rises are irrelevant when talking MCap.
I did see a flash of .14 yesterday and it was the going offer price for a while although I think most were paying high .13s. A nice set up for a move today!
