This is dead again
GK is no longer boss. Two former Lonmin guys are in charge.
Yes back then it was called Noricum Gold.as you are aware this is a dodgy practice of directors to dilute the company to hell, consolidate and /or rename the company to trap new gullible investors.
Are sure. Nmg. Share ceo coming here?
Dodgy GK now coming up with new name to issue shedloads of new shares.this guy will never turn anything ,the only growth under his stewardship is growth in shares.i lost a fortune in NMG days but have since moved on.this should only serve as alert for prospective new buyers

The new chap who came on board at end of Jan used to work for an investment company called 'E-metals PLC' . Geo will now be known as 'Empire metals LTD'.. very interesting indeed, bizarre coincidence or something deeper.. ???

Someone sold below the bid
You couldn't make it up. Could you.
Is this some kind of sick joke that fat, balding, elderly gentlemen like me don't understand? Because I have to say that I do fail to see the funny side of it if it is.

One cannot deny that the initial RNS, after a most unacceptable and lamentable period of time it has to be added, did indeed contain positive news...but that which followed on? Just dross...really quite comical in fact.

One million shares dumped in just 20 minutes...makes one wonder somewhat.
Panda even on T20 he would be late declaring - who offers a T30? And btw, he'd still be late in that case!
Probably bought shares on extended settlement T20/ T30 so doesn't need to declare holding until the shares have settled.
How on earth does he get away with not declaring the change earlier! 40 + days. Ridiculous
Big show of confidence from the company's largest shareholder!!!

Scamp, even such a negative chap as yourself must admit that things are alot rosier than this time last week, I've had to pull my geo share certificates from the bottom of my kakapoo enclosure as that's all I thought they were good for, turns out I may of been a tad hasty in writing them off. ..

and no doubt a fund raise looming after the dangled carrot last week.
I'll be waiting for the fund raise at a discount before I looked to buy here again.
Good luck to those who are in though, hope you get your money back.

Thanks for the reply Dave.
I was under the impression your buys were continuous over the 2 year period and of course no profit there :-)
Good to see you’re well in and all the best to us over the next phase of updates. I’ve mailed Mike and have arranged to have a call with him in the coming days.
I’m hoping this is now the starting point of a return on my long term time & investment.
ML
Not sure if your asking me ML but if you are..... I scaled my buy sizes relative to the risk reward which I perceived at the times I decided to buy.
Dont get me wrong each and every time I bought, I thought it was cheap, but there is cheap and there's cheap.
85% of my holding was bought below 1.5p and the majority of that below 1p in the short period it was possible to do so.
My av is now around 1.3p. I have posted periodically throughout the 2 ish years that imv nothing was changing yet the sp was going down and the RvR ever improving.
I was lucky that
a I was watching at the lows
b I had funds available (more so than I had had when sp 3p+)
c very little competion existed for buying - up until the morning of the announcement I got quotes to buy straight away each time (biggest single purchase 150k shares)
The news re the new PM being more pro Russian than the previous and the investment into madneuli buoyed my confidence, and as it dropped sub 1p I added and added pretty much right up to the news (in my mind the sub 1p buys carried 100 bagger potential within 5 years - *before news of tenure reduction).
I could have been even luckier - if the news had been 1 day later I would likely have got to >1m but very satisfied with my holding now.
As I've posted before, your posts over the time I've read the bb have been much appreciated, GL with your investment here and thanks for the info your have provided.
The tone of both you and GG's posting lately tho inspired me that sentiment was really at rock bottom, which I took as a positive (without any bad news obviously).
Turns out good old Thomas Fuller was right eh, so far at least - still happy to wait and see.
Apologies if your question was aimed elsewhere.
Btw I am very much small time, tend to buy and hold most long term, and have holdings in many companies but most are very modest. It's only when I see the kind of opportunity I saw the other day when I start to risk grand after grand day after day.
ATB
If you’re here 2 years do you mind me asking how you’re in profit?
ML
80 million shares traded over the last 3 days and nice consolidation today, hopefully blue within the next couple of sessions?!
Sitting tight till it will pop again!!
Nice buys today and sneaky mms were disguising some of them as sells ttt!!
I tried to buy 1/2 mill at one stage and reduced by half and still went to nt, I think fundraising news will be with us shortly and hope we can progress onwards to production gla

Not disgruntled, Merlin0...like everyone else, surprised and happy. Have a very small holding here with an average of 2 point something...forgotten exactly what is is in all truthfulness. Bought into this for one reason only, the same reason I bought into Block Energy -- just a punt!
Not seen anything in that RNS that assures me this is all going to come off. So, for me, it remains just that: a blind punt with an outside chance of success...and a small chance of success at that.
Of course, my small amount of shares will make me very little profit even if the share price should go up to 5p. But I did not buy them for that. I am it in for the long term. Having cost very little money to purchase them in the first place I really could not care less what happens to this company...I would much rather they succeed of course. And if they hit it big time? Great! I make a very nice return for my paltry outlay. And for me, thats it in a nutshell!
Bought, tucked away and forgotten all about them.
Just a blind punt, Merlin0. Nothing more -- nothing less. P.s Having said that if by some miracle they do hit 5p in the next week or two I might well just sell the lot. Lol.
At least they can plan forward now with the confirmation they have 2 licences granted but we will need a fundraise that is the only option to move forward, but at least we have a base to move forward with now which is more than we have had over the last few years!!
Of course they will need funding, but at least there are a damn site closer to getting things to move forward after tuesdays rns

Errr...wheres the money coming from to provide for operating costs? And, of course, the small matters of the directors hard earned wages? They won't continue to waive on those until we strike rich will they.
