Well we know how quickly this can move and multiples of the current sp is not out the question given this was £2 a share historically.
GDR are looking increasingly likely to get placing funding from sticky hands, much like EVG did a couple of weeks ago...
Dilution, sure but when the shares go into new fund managers it shouldn't really worry Pi's.
Thnaks for the info, much appreciate it
After the disastrous turn of events at Bushveld Minerals I wanted to warn AIM investors that there is a concert party that ramped that share incessantly and caused a lot of individuals to lose significant amounts of money. You may have your own “to be ignored” list but watch out for these charlatans:

It's the uncertainty surrounding the funding that's holding the price back ...investors holding back why would they buy at 6 p when tomoz maybe they will be able to buy at 2p 3p 4p..??
Clearly excellent news and some disgruntled shorts here have been caught out trying to deramp. A clinical trial agreement is postive news and paves the way to tap into the huge US market as alluded to in the rns. Tie up with other collaborators one great option.
World wide adaption lol.. we are currently in a few wards in Manchester and one in Brighton
Funding doesn't always come at a large discount as some have recently suggested, going by the history of the company. This info can be cross referenced from the RNS reports.
Past performance isn't always predictive of the future. That said, find some info on previous fund raises as below:
- 23 June 2016: at 80p per share which was an 11% discount on the mid-market price from 22 June 2016 (next placing was 29 months later as the company made money from the disposal of part of the business and received grants from the American Military)
- 16 November 2018: at 23p per share, which was the mid-market price from 15 November 2018 (No % share price discount applied). The next placing was around 18 months later.
- 5 May 2020: at 80p per share which was a 60% discount on the mid-market closing price from 4 May 2020. The next placing was around 16 months later.
- 10 September 2021: at 25p per share which was was a 40.1% discount on the closing price from 9 September 2021
- April 2023: The Riverfort drawdown
Next fund raise????
I think they'll go for a raise of around £5M - a years cash burn.
We should have natural revenue for the CYP2C19 test from July 2024 anyway, so the money can be used for FDA submission for the MTRNR-1 as JC alluded to.

I'll send you some share issue history in a couple of minutes eotb1958
No punt money there
IF both kits get world wide adoption this has to be an easy 10x maybe 100X
Your a bundle of fun ;(
If this was supposed to be the good news that would make the SP soar with a raise off the back of it bad luck. Massive dilution is clearly on the way and there is no way on gods green earth you would buy now. The placement will land within next few days and no doubt they were waiting to see a jump before final offer. Unless there is more really great news about to land. Which there isn't. Or they wouldn't have to raise hahaha.
Random guess....Raise £10m @ 25p a share = 40,000,000 shares
Lets me buy but not allowing me to sell...Don't be left holding the baby ;)

We ain,t going anywhere until funding sorted...imho
Get the weak out, not many shares in issue this is massive news
Can anyone tell me the last share issue price? Then I will 'crunch' the numbers.
Yes, that was already know, so what a nice intra day rns - clinical trial agreement in a huge US market - need to digest this news as many have not read it. They could collaborate and get partner so plenty of options
Massive tree shake coming in now , The MM have some big buyers coming to join the party .. i feel it ..
Not necessary from share holders
Yes, but the RNS also says that more funding will be required. Rough with the smooth.
