Hi All,
Why is everyone arguing over nothing, value your time and don't spend it in little spats here.
Nothing will change until there is an RNS of some type, we can then debate the state of the company which we all sort of know at the moment
Nice to see you back SW - hope all is good.
All good thanks, just getting on with other things whilst we await a meaningful update at some stage
Keep checking in here SW
I think its 50/50 JC
I think its 90/10 Mickey in favour of coming out good
If you check out my posting history join me on another board for a different chat
Goldstone back trading tomorrow so surely GCAT can get their house in order....?
Were Goldstone waiting on PKF to get their act together as well??
RM has raised £3m over the last 15 months and the Company said in it's latest update
' The Company is dependent on receipt of further funding to continue operations'
This suggests critical financial challenges are maintained within the Company.
People think with the publishing of the financials the Company will automatically complete further funding, the Company said in its latest update
'The delay in completing the Company's audit for the period ending June 2023 (as announced 9 May 2024) has affected the Company's ability to complete the financing'
This does suggest any funding agreements can only progress so far without the published financials and therfore they will be unable to close a deal without them.
The Company also stated
' We have continued to engage with possible JV partners for or on a sale of our assets in Tanzania'
This suggests that the current funding path could take considerably more time than expected and or the funding being offered is much less than previously agreed/asked.
PKF will do there thorough audit and entities like the FCA (due to the prolonged suspension) will make sure the Company's processes are followed correctly.
Unlikely this will return anytime soon.
Is that a fact Greg? Back up your post.
Greg25, I hope RM has some protection in the event that this goes bust. Cheaper to hire a hitman than some investor losses herein !!
Aye he's doing a grand job of losing all my monies
Make up your mind please Greg - I thought that all your money had been lost here - although I see that post has been deleted by Admin.
Come on Greg - if you are going to bash this company, can you please be consistent when doing so?
Aye my monies in here and I think it's all lost Dead Duck
That’s progress Greg - you have moved from it’s all lost to you think it’s all lost. From a statement of fact to opinion. We are all entitled to our opinions.
Jersey still ramping a dead horse I see.
You are the Max of UFO but Gcat version. Either paid to ramp or just cant come to terms that you are flogging a dedicated horse and got it completely incorrect
They should have a massive rights issue and if Jersey is so confident he can fill his boots.
It's not normal behavior to write a confrontational post directed at another poster, naming them seven times and JC did that towards me.
I think they're emotionally unstable due to the pressure they have put upon themself regarding the Caracal Gold PLC situation.
Understandably struggling having over-invested and encouraged family and friends to do the same.
I've no wish to engage with them further as we navigate the situation here, I'm glad for them that they do the same.
Personally, the cherry on the top for me is when I get filtered by people like that.
Time will tell whether you are right or I am wrong Gunster . If I’m wrong I will offer my sincere apologies for my positive outlook.
TheMoss - I am not expecting a rights issue but if there is one I will consider the business case against the offer price and make a decision based on the information to hand. It’s how I make my investment decisions rather than prejudging.
So you would stand to take a full share of any profits but would have to weigh up the pros and cons but you would expect any lender to take the same risk for a set interest rate leaving enough for shareholders to make it worthwhile to continue trading. I hope you're right it's just I can't see it.
TheMoss - I have tried to fully understand your point and have reread a few times - maybe I am being a little slow this morning - would you mind rephrasing?
The proof is in the pudding, if they manage get another non-binding terms agreement for substantial funding, (they came close with OCIM but were producing double the amount of gold) then we know it's a real possibility.
Without a non-binding terms agreement, there's no sign of real intent to go through with a deal other than word of mouth.
