Get it over the line...
Been following the narrative here. All i ll say is that if you honestly believe of all the stocks in all the world that this just happens to be the one with delayed filing of accounts because of legitimate reasons...under the circumstances... then i d be staggered. It reeks of foul play but i hope it works out. I think you might get robbed though sadly.
Come on G3E make our wait worth it
The accounts have to be filed. Or they are no longer required. Or they are required by JOL’s / JOL’s. LSE did not trigger Suspension. So it returns asap to conclude one or two of the above requests. Nov 7/8th before they announce a notice for interims, is what I hope for.
The suuspension was by the company’s request due to late acc filings. So once submitted ot not required the suspension is lifted unless JOL’s see otherwise. They has to be a valid reason on both sides which falls within the set rules. As laid out by LSE.
I’ve been in a temporary suspension at wrn for just over 6 years :)
I did think a temp suspension was only max for 10 business days ???
3 weeks this week
Hope the new lockdown does not delay the accounts!!
Email, fax, drop box - Get it done. everyone else has.
Mark,
Thanks. Could not have worded it better. I read It as it is.
There are 2 cases
The parent by the way is Greka, and part of Nordic Trustee directors are steering it I think with part Management.
Yes that right.
Mark - if you have an order to wind up g3 exploration ( parent) then you have control over the subsidiaries since the subs were 100% owned.
Two hearings it appears.
First was the previously adjourned winding up of G3e.
Second up was the winding up of GDG the subsidiary.
First went through and second was adjourned jol appointed for the first and the jpl that was previously appointed acting as jol in the second.
Imo the reason why it was adjourned and not dismissed is because they are still working on divesting the GDG assets. If that happens then they will go back to court and hear the GDG hearing whilst simultaneously dismissing the G3e winding up order.
In one scenario the GDG assets get sold the winding up order gets dismissed and we trade again as an exploration only company and a huge cash injection
In the other scenario it all gets sold debt gets paid and shareholders get what’s left
Why do we think the case was adjourned? The rns was pretty clear that The JOL was appointed. The directors are no longer in control the company. The whole liquidation process will take at least 6 months and I do not think it will relist again. Hopefully the outcome is that all the assets are sold and there is a payout to shareholders. This is a preferred outcome rather than continuing with Randeep in charge.
Funny..lol
If interims are Sept 30th
Reported likely Nov mid in case needed for JOL’s/ court.
Assume they give notice 7 days prior.
Then Nov 1st week sp could return.
It is temp suspension.
Mark with a chart like that expecting a return from suspension of biblical proportions
like wrn into suspension 3.25p came back and kissed £3.30p 4 sessions later
my Hamsters pet Danger Mouse siaid his mate Ronnie the Rat has been sniffing around

The CEO is founder of all company’s under GREKA (about 20+) and their eco friendly gas / CBM extraction technology.
Click on charts at the top and go on the intraday we’ve gone from zero to 27.4 in a day.
:D
On G3e?
The intraday chart today looks great :D
I wonder if news of some kind is on the way?
If you’re long you do recieve dividends.
If you are short you have to pay them.
THat is while a company is trading tho, this is a little different here, best to call your broker.
There is a 2 line paragraph in last update regarding LSE suspension and reg requirement. The co is solvent and its in everybody’s interest that sp returns. Could be next week.
Yeah, exactly. So my hope is that the SP is live again and it goes up. Otherwise whatever we get back I wouldn't see it. I was illiquid in my ISA to do this properly!
Roobs,
I believe if you use cfd’s, you don’t receieve dividends. Nor can you vote. Being a derivative
Not sure if that has changed over the years.
