I think we have just realised what price the shares will be de-listed at
typo, sorry.
whoever call other people names are ridiculous! Nobody can ever truly 100% correctly to call a movement of a share, even buffeet. So, no need to abuse. I have missed the fun last couple of days as away with family. DH, whatever happens, your original theory couldn't be wrong, since CEO though 150 too cheap, then 50p is cheap! nice day mate. enjoy the lovely summer!
If it was correct that 85% of the SH voted for delisting, one has to assume that they are either LT holders or new positions added to by those LT holders for the vote.. Either way probably unlikely that they are interested in selling anything (down here) so that just leave a few small number of disenfranchised holders and then the shorts....I would think there is probably a shortage of stock now so offers hard to come by.. Just a guess but happy to be told a more compelling version.
WTF is going on :/
No idea what is going on. Best guess its short covering ahead of the delisting .
Anyone have any predictions on this?????
No .. I just sent my email to comms@adv-fusionex.com to ask for advice. I mentioned in it that according to some SH's that they don't answer emails...So lets see. I wasn't invited to vote at the EGM so don't have high hopes.
Does anyone have an email address for Ivan Teh?
DHC is hotdogy Just FYI.... aka, resident fool
DHC.... I note with interest your comment about TW and "mountains worth of commentary regarding WSG".....Could you enlighten me on what you mean as I am a holder there and am expecting good news soon.........B
I'm currently trying to find this sort of information out from the company. Awaiting a reply to my emails. WIll post response if/when it arrives to aid all invested
first thing is let's establish that this is a real company with a real business, now that's done, what gain does management get from delisting especially for the founder and major shareholder Ivan Teh? by tanking his own shares he is losing out too. so logically he would want to relist elsewhere, so if you believe in the business and are willing to stomach a 1-year wait then this is an extremely great opportunity to buy a severely undervalued company. but how will it work upon relisting elsewhere? i have no experience in this and i guess one would have to contact the company itself for clarification.
More comments from Tom W on shareprofits - well called by him as usual. http://www.*************.com/views/29742/fusionex-votes-to-delist-shares-now-33p-to-sell-worthless-ceo-teh-talks-horseshit-has-nomad-quit
When these are delisted from Aim what exactly will happen to anyone still holding? (like me, currently still holding via a nominee account). Will these just get sold out at whatever the closing price is at that time? Or - will they be transferred over to the new exchange (in Malaysia?). Does anyone know? Advice much appreciated..I'm very confused!!
Gutted, robbed again. Almost as bad as being fleeced over PLUS500, although luckily that one came good again in the end. Very interested to know how the Directors will eventually get their cash out of the business, if it's not on a market for them to sell their shares. I wonder if it will be refloated at some point, or if there is another connected party waiting to consolidate Fusionex on the cheap. Either way I hope it goes bust in a big way, and hopefully bankrupts the remaining directors in the process. But i'm not that lucky, as today's events have once again proved.
Ivan Teh, Fusionex Chief Executive Officer says: "I appreciate that the directors' proposal to delist may not sit favourably with every single shareholder, but I am confident that the future will demonstrate this to be a move that will unlock the true value and success of Fusionex. To all shareholders that have kept faith in us, I thank all of you for giving the Company the opportunity to embark on a new journey to deliver the shareholder value that all of you deserve." Good luck if you decide to stay... have a feeling you may need it.
I believe that there is still good value there but it will just be harder to cash in any profits. Directors will now be filling their boots and making a fortune out of us mugs. Never mind - what goes around comes around. They'll pay somehow. Best of luck to all who continue to hold.
As I predicted when the price was north of 160p. Same ulrimate story as NBU, CAMK, CTEK, Jaisen, and the endless list of far east, predominantly chinese companies that have taken investors for a ride; absolute disgrace for the LSE, AIM, Nomads, Brokers and regulators to continue allowing this to go on.
Warning - sell sell while there is value
85% in favour
The suspension of shares can, and do, happen for all manner of reasons. It doesn't mean that it is the end of trading in them.
BarcelonaBill, you clearly have not read the company's delisting RNS thoroughly, because it makes it quite clear that should the vote be in favour of delisting then the listing will continue up to and including 26th June. Why you think that the shares will be suspended tomorrow is beyond me!
This is well beyond my risk/reward limits, it's an absolute gamble! I can't see the Directors having called for the vote without being fairly confident of winning it. Even if they lose the sentiment behind this Company and, for that matter, other listed Companies in that region, will have been shot to pieces. I certainly will not be buying back in as my faith in the Directors has all gone. I still believe in the product but if the Directors do not win this time round there is nothing stopping them from doing it again when they have amassed the correct number of shares required. It's going to be 'interesting'! Personally, I think the vote will go through and the shares will immediately be suspended from trading until the delisting. All IMHO. Anyone know what time the result of the vote is to be announced? It's taking place in Malaysia so will we know before market opens tomorrow?
This report in the Times reckons analysts believe that the vote for delisting will succeed: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/big-investor-lashes-out-at-stitch-up-nqmz96hdx About time IIs spoke out.
