sp real time price: bidding 51.5 vs 51.75 (52)
Glad that my dream about the sp on rebouncing has to go negociation , it indeed has to go, all the way up. Nobody is offering for sale, apart from a few PI small sells on the way.... Huge potential here. Simple math: CEO complains too low sp at 135-150, now, at 47, just worrying he can delist it. Further math: It may not delist, he needs to find 33% share holders agree to delist! incredible! B. if it delisted, this company's future performance will reward the holders sweetly!
i am sure you are very happy here....we all got in too early, but glad I topped up a lot at 39p....
I am confused here too. Esp. today's sp performance. a few small sells, a few middium large buys, sp, is offer all the way on negotiation.(lovely) the two large sells at 55p made me wonder, but they only made the bidding stronger....280k shares each... now real bidding 47.5 vs offer 47.5 (too) (go negotiation)
bid 42.125, offer 42.25 (has to go negotiation) jumped one penny in opening, but caused some small sells, only after the 90k delayed purchase, the bid accumulated to much stronger, offer weakens.
39.85 vs 40 (negociation) it has to be time to release some RNS for holding, I do hope II are increasing, it doesn't need much of their money to be invested in this level to be against delisting
39.1 vs 39.8 increasing slowly.
Anyone think it is likely he has achieved 75%? I have seen some large buys recently. So far I can only see 2 significant shareholders Inflection Point Investments LLP owns 1,879,252 (3%) Standard Life Investments (Holdings) Limited ( 5%) If I am wrong please correct me and remember to vote no on delisting
Advice appreciated I hold these via motelyfoolsharedealing (interactive investor). I have a corporate action note in my account NOT giving me the option to reject the delisting? Anyone else in this position? I see that Hargreaves Lansdown are giving holders the option to reject the delisting. How do holders ensure they can vote? Do we just print off proxy vote as Double Headed Coin suggests previously - apologies for being so dumb I've never been in such a position before.. (Furious as I was in profit last week..) Have sent request to interactive investor and also to: market.abuse@fca.org.uk (although fully expecting the fca to do sweet f##k all, as seems to be their purpose)
Just that I have another account with Halifax normally they send me the forms and I just sign it or call them. So I was kinda shocked I didn't receive any information from computershare. But thanks now I know what to do
Thank you for information - many thanks
I rang computershare, they told me they are unaware of the voting and need get back to me on Monday. Anyone with computershare ?? I just want to cast my vote
Dream on
they will have to buy it back where it is still listed, just in case, and pay back before end of the month. I tried to check how much was shorted, but still haven't got a real clue. This afternoon, seems bottom reached, I am hoping it will rebounce Monday, when this rebounce, it is going to be very hard to purchase. it is cash value now. Great co., wonderful product, superb future, but a silly founder and ceo.

at 39p, nearly the cash prize for the sp. lovely. has you lse.co.uk been offline, mine was most of the afternoon, extremely slow.
You only delist when companies go into admin or at takeover. If the bod thinks its not fairly priced then you know whats up.plus big data is huge business and fxi got amazon deal recently.
Fk these guys.make sure this idiot doesnt get his 75%. What a fking douche. People here talking about how shareholders will lose all is talking absolute crap. You are still share holders and im certain fxi will relist.
We also have institutional investors such as Standard life. I haven't seen any large sales, so what are these guys likely to do. Presumably vote against and hold?
If you are register to vote with ur broker. You will receive voting proxy by letter or electronic and tick tick done .
Sorry for the dumb question, but how can I vote? Is it done through the broker or directly with the company using a voting form?
Would you buy a property if you knew you wouldn't be able to sell it on in 2 weeks. I don't think so. Anyway good luck all
Nothing to do with shorts who in the right mind would hold shares in a company that you are unable to trade? Dead money 100% loss on the cards
ok thanks for that...just a very odd few days. Now I have calmed down, I have just bought a chunk. Long term play it has to be an almost no risker here. if it goes off exchange, I can live with that.
Sold out at a huge loss. This is becoming a familiar story with these corrupt AIM companies. I won't ever touch another one disgraceful behaviour
