RNS rather
does the RBS not state we can elect to keep or holdings if we wish?
Brilliant RNS in my mind, glad my vote was for Rita, regardless of her renumeration and hiring family members for key positions. At least hiring family members virtually guarantees they wont turn on her and stick the knife in her back. Surely now then if SS and NTOG do attempt their actions, not only would they possibly have to pay back the companies loans instantly, they would also forfeit the agreement with WED? WED have done the deal with Rita and the current BoD, so to me that would vanish if a new BoD were to come into power. Wouldn't be surprised at a nice blue day today following this
apologies I mis-read slightly, busy morning today. I agree that there was definitely better avenues to go down such as the duel listing, but maybe they wanted to delist prior to relisting anywhere else so as to get the price they want upon IPO. like I said in my previous post they maybe haven't dealt with the situation perfectly, but I have a feeling that my value will be returned with some profit. All in my opinion, and im not saying anyone else's opinion is wrong either, that's why they are opinions. are you a holder lign, or were you prior to this and sold out, or just ask my to mind my own business :)
Dear ****** Unfortunately we are only allowed to disclose information available in the public domain at this juncture, so we seek your kind understanding on queries raised by you that we do not respond to. We are in discussions to appoint a match-bargain facility to facilitate transactions after the 26th of June, and will release an announcement on this once finalised, before the delisting. We encourage you to keep a lookout for the announcement on the LSE on this. Also, we encourage you to engage again with us after the 27th for us to assist you in relation to any facilitation of your shareholding when this is more firmed up. Kind regards Fusionex Comms well they're already delisted, but technically only 'temporarily' until the 26th. ALB to any who stayed, and ALB to those who parted ways
profits aren't stripped until your shares are sold. if this relists at a much higher value on the NASDAQ would you complain then? but would you want to stay in that long to find out. im not saying the situation is perfect or ideal for many peoples investment strategy, but I've known worse
cant believe I missed this RNS last night, sneaky little buggers. My votes will all be going to rita
Hope people didn't leave it too late to sell, @50p on sell and @70.2p on the buy. Hope all achieved what they wanted today
it will delist in the morning following todays notification. everyone who isn't wanted to stay invested in the company should be out yes, those of us who wish to still be invested (like myself) are firmly still in. If The wants my shares he can buy them off me for a reasonable sum. With II's filling their boots I can't see any sneaky manoeuvre to take it private
im with you capt, been invested here too long to bow out now. looking for a relist on NASDAQ in next 12-18months
i'll put it out there that im staying in for the long haul. supported this company for several years and can see good potential, my only reservation is that it's Malaysian based, which im not of course. first time for everything, and this is my first time at attempting this.
as stated in last comment I think I was reading the website wrong at first, like you I cant find fusionex. apologies
I might be reading the website wrong actually, never used it before
http://shorttracker.co.uk still looks to be a lot of shorts open
The decision has been made to delist, any pi's wishing to get out have had time too since that announcement, no point in them stopping around for another week when they don't need to
I'm currently trying to find this sort of information out from the company. Awaiting a reply to my emails. WIll post response if/when it arrives to aid all invested
@Cavendish, yes but what i'm saying is, if they wish to delist anyway, what's the worst that AIM can do to them for not disclosing it? From what it states on the websites the punishments are: issue a warning notice; — fine it; — censure it; or — cancel the admission of its AIM securities; and — publish the fact that it has been fined or censured and the reasons for that action. So yes it wouldn't be great for business, certainly would show them in a bad light, but the ultimate punishment is delisting. I'm probably just being a little paranoid however, rather bitter about this as I've always sang the praises of fusionex after being invested with them for quite some time
Its a struggle to even know what are buys and what are sells. I can sell my holding with one broker above 46p, yet buy below 46p with another broker. I have the sneaky suspicion in the back of my head that Ivan and other fusionex staff may well be loading up now with the PI selloff to give them a greater chance of making the 75%. Would they actually release the RNS of holdings, why would they bother if they're delisting?
You don't think this is a ploy to drop sp massively so Ivan and his mates can hoover them up cheap to take the company private?
down at 40p now. Where are you even able to short an AIM share?
