Oooh 2 x RNS yay
... rocket emoji's!!! Oh wait.... ah..... wtf?
Dosanddonts, I totally agree with you. Wasn't a great RNS, but pretty standard from this BOD. You'd of thought that they would learn that communication was key. There was nothing exciting in the statement.
Lets hope they come up with some decent statement in the Interims in Sept (which is when they have released figures before)but I won't be holding my breath , but happen to be proved wrong.......
Very dissappointing.....
when you have big blue chip companies like nvidia making 300% increases since last year & 13000% since 2016 about the time i invested in this! no wonder people are opting to invest elsewhere. **** poor rns & will suffer the next 3month until mid year financial update!
Why not give a revenue figure as they did last year at this point?
I agree with you The.Italian. More positive than usual since they realise things are changing in a truly positive manner. It’s also heartening to note that they allude to the fact that the 20% market share was not just a blip but continuous in all regions.
Unf there will always be those that sell. Hopefully they won’t regret it too much later.
Last post: Rob23460, 20 Jun 2024 16:01
The company heading towards profitability in 12months and we languish @36p !!!!!
Did I read a different RNS and set of results to everyone else… Can see absolutely no justification for a 2% drop in SP today. This stock really does like to punish its long term holders!
The share price isn’t rising. But by today’s rns peni*es are rising (and in additional 10 countries). But shouldn’t that drive the share price to rise lol
Reads well; Upbeat, positive and more good news to come.
If I had spare cash laying around, I'd buy more shares on the back of that statement.

Would hope to hear a financial figure at least come Thursday! FUM have now launched in an additional 9 countries this year with Saudi one of the 10th largest by value for ED last Nov! Surely the figure must be good considering it’s the top seller in many countries. They have also needed to create supply for the launches so figure must be decent even if a little skewed by the supply for launches.

A very Happy Birthday to you. We are all waiting for the rise! Hope that you have had a lovely day and remember, you are only as old as you feel. Best Wishes David
And a happy birthday to you too, “weareallguessing”.
I’m 80 today. Aargh!! Can’t believe it – I thought it was only old people who were 80! Hope I live to see the shares come right. Hey ho.
What is your exit? To be fair anyones game as to why being driven low, by bed wetters is my guess
Happy birthday maninthewoods. Mine too: 60 today. Starting to think I will have to wait another 60 years to get any rise out of this share!
I can only assume this is being driven low prior to next weeks AGM Thurs 20th! We will see a rise into next week I guess, then a fall again when the BOD tell us F all! As for years I’m out when we hit my exit price unless they get bought out fingers crossed x before then.

Rinse and repeat.
Rpg7?
Looks like dross inc. will start the 'refill' part of the cycle shortly .
How are things going with your formal complaint to FINANCIAL SERVICES , BOTTOM ?
Now we are a month closer to the USA launch don’t you think that we long suffering shareholders ought to advised of the official reaction to your complaint or perhaps you thought it wiser not to pursue the matter ? Perhaps you’d let us know ?
Arturo.

true rpg, very. this is prime to explode next year for suree, will be many times north once the uas launches and the heard arrive back to the board to pump but..... revenue will be up and up by the mills. remember, their 2017 presentation about price points and years elapsed to where their revenue from the product would be, by year 5 est 330m! i know its probably their *** packet maths but it could do that and where will sp be then? dunno poss bought out by then lol. now is the time to bag a bargain for next 5 year hold. investment groups must have that in mind somwhere
Share price is dragged down by the incompetent BOD, who in the past have failed to impress & who are failing to attract investors even with what’s looks like will be a best seller otc product in the US based on other launches? Which makes me wonder what deals were struck? as at the current SP seems like easy money to a big investor? Institutional investors are still holding here so that gives me confidence for the time being anyway.
Sp is dragged down by too many small negative prics
Not working so far that 'rule' is it? Lol they do whatever. Heading to that 35p again.....
Err-- Company is obliged to inform market as soon as any material info which could affect the sp .becomes available.

How can the SP of a company with their leading product that has become a best seller in multiple countries, taken 20% share in UK & Belgium, and about to break into the US market as the ONLY otc product be so low? Disappointing

Shame Berenberg , who recognise that Eroxon is going to be good fro Haleon, didn't release a note saying a buy for FUM...
but then how can organisation make a buy or sell for FUM when nobody has any idea how they are doing because of their "secret deals"....
Agreed but with Haleon putting that out there to the market it look like they expect a very big cake. I'll kick my diet into touch for a piece
"Berenberg initiated coverage of consumer health company Haleon on Wednesday with a 'buy' rating and 407.0p price target, stating that its investment case was based in part on the US launch of Eroxon, which it expects to drive better-than-expected organic sales growth of 5.8% in 2025."
Again great for Haleon but we dont know what the slice of the cake is like for FUM. Thats what is part of keeping this surpressed.
I would like to know what that 5% sales growth figure represents.
5.8% of sexual health products.
5.8% of net profit.
5.8% of gross profit
5.8% Turnover..
Entirely agree ,Brumm. thanks very much for bringing the berenberg coverage to our attention.highly significant imo.

Sparky and Disco: watching water boil at the moment. So, excuse the poor humour in advance,
Don't forget that this Sunday the European elections are being held. A good advert for FUM, across Europe could be:
"Futura Medical offers support to the Hard Right?"
I did give advance warning!
Nice to see some upward movement
Maybe all those " Italian Stallions" need a little extra help?
Somethings happening! Up 3.25 on spreads! BB
Sorry kdonkey1000, I thought you had put I know, not f knows.
Think I need new specs.

"June 20th should give us genuine fumsters a good idea as to how things are progressing".
Well I hope when we find out on June 20th it is progressing better than it appears to be currently.
I find it hard to understand criticism of Futura management for signing up Haleon for distribution & marketing in the USA on the basis that it’s taking too long. Personally I’m thrilled that we have a serious blue chip company with deep pockets, loads of experience and a fantastic network like Haleon batting for us. If they take their time to get it right, that’s fine by me.
Been a member here for 6 years yet you only post on FUM. Perhaps you work for the company or you are an inexperienced investor who cannot see the wood for the trees? Doesn’t matter to me but you don’t appear to know a great deal about how companies and markets should function. I have been consistent in my view here that James has developed a terrific product yet the ‘ not so dynamic duo’ don’t have the requisite skills to monetise it. Pity.
always an entertaining read on this bb even though i rarely agree with the ******** by those presumably former ftse 100 directors , since they appear to speak with such authority, who criticise the bod of futura.
half the trouble with u.k. industry today is too many rules and regulations overseen by far too many accountants and lawyers charging enormous fees for the very dubious service that they offer.
what is needed are more entrepreneurs like barder ,hildreth , and james and the people who are prepared to back them . those who sell their shares but still spend their time criticising the company clearly are of no use to the company or themselves and appear to have lost their bottle.
june 20th should give us genuine fumsters a good idea as to how things are progressing.

I have a hefty holding here and sometimes in the middle of the night I wake up in a sweat thinking that at 8 o’clock in the morning I’m going to read that the shares have been suspended.
However, in the cool rational daylight hours I comfort myself with the thought that the board awarded themselves a substantial number of shares recently and cannot think why they would’ve done this if there was a disaster scenario in the offing.
Am I deluding myself?

Just looked in briefly after selling out completely after the last webinar when Barder spent most of his time looking out of the window. It seems that others are slowly catching on that Barder and Hildreth are IMO out of their depth. That can be evidenced by the fact that they hid behind ‘ commercial sensitivity’ yet could provide much more granular data on sales to date yet choose not to do so. You may wish to ask yourself why. Now, our CFO, who is a rare breed in the UK stock market in that she is not a qualified accountant, may be struggling to put together the data or perhaps it is just not very good so they are holding off for the US launch. I sold out due to a complete lack of confidence in our ‘not so dynamic’ duo evidenced by signing up Haleon despite the fact that will take well over a year to launch in US. Either they signed the deal before they knew how long it would take otherwise just hold off or choose another partner with greater urgency. In the meantime they take salaries and bonuses and options so no hardship for them protem. Now, I will unable to vote against Barder and Hildreth at the AGM but I sincerely hope that LO put the pressure on behind the scenes. I retain this on my watchlist in the hope that we see a change in top management at which time I may invest again.

Unfortunately this share is a vampires ,sorry traders wet dream. They are as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit as far as i am concerned.
As a LTH I hate this share & to me the only option is a buy out, I think we are looking at a slow rise even when US rollout begins as UK shares are massively undervalued, and until the cash comes rolling in which it will! the SP will trail behind its true value. I think the US will see its true value and snap it up! Let’s hope otherwise I feel we are in for a long wait to see the forecasted value of £1.20 especially with the BOD giving limited updates.

DD ,
This was my question to Investor Relations on May 2nd, no response, repeated my request again this week, no response.
What is the point of having Investor Relations who appear to not want a relationship with small investors. Maybe they only want to have a relationship with institutional investors, can you imagine their reaction if they were repeatedly ignored.

Did everyone clock the annual bonuses awarded? Not far off the actual salaries. Wow. Clearly not linked to share price or profit then! Imagine what they will be if FUM actually break even? Nice work
Shame info only available up Dec 31st.
I would like to know how this years launches have impacted accounts.
Will be interesting reading anyway.

Cheers - Just thinking if Haleon had launch whilst GSK still held shares, they would have benefited and got a better return on the sell out price.
In a word Jay,no. i think it will have absolutely no bearing on the US rollout programme, which i think is being very carefully orchestrated and planned.patience is needed here imo. if us launch takes place this year i shall be pleased, but perfectly happy also to see it run into early part of 2025.just my opinion of course.
Now that GSK have sold their remaining shares in Haleon, do you think this may speed up the launch in the USA?

Fully empathize with your frustrations. It's free market in action.
However, the UK financial confidence has been shaken by the likes of Truss-Co-nomics, Brexit (elephant in the room) etc . The metaphoric UK foot must be really sore from being shot at. ...and just as the economy is raising it's head above water, we hear the gun being loaded! Rant over.
See that all three American indices achieved all time highs yesterday. Meanwhile we are stuck in the doldrums, with p-ss poor valuations , does not help that any sp rise is immediately sold into by so called ''investors''

Eroxon was advertised today on France 2, one of the main public TV channels in the country. It seems to be for sale in pharmacies and even supermarkets (will check next time).
