For the bigger picture codders.
Agreed and we have been waiting for the RNS since the huge volume cam after re-admission, they are getting there money back and the sooner it is out the better.
Darwin have a simple business model which works well for them, they never hold long term. They were always going to convert asap it's what they always do. This rns totally expected.
Come on Bloch, you no jack about patents. Seriously pal you ain't the naked investor.
Less than 100 grand so that could be a fiver then. LOL.
Was that sarcasm Thechukkers? You have been here long enough go know that was going to happen. Time for you to buy back in.
What a balanced view.
Hayitsu1978 The patents are worthless and I mean totally worthless. Why do you think they can be filed one week and granted the next. Any software patents of any commercial value are challenged globally. Furthermore I do not believe BOS are not patenting software its only names and applications. Bit like me patenting the name Block0910 as an application.
a good read
Each of the DJFG Convertible Notes and the Capresi Convertible Notes are convertible into Shares on the terms and conditions of their respective arrangements which provide for the conversion into Shares at 70% of the lowest market price of the Share on AIM calculated over 5 trading days immediately prior to the date of the conversion notice. The Company has obtained confirmation from DJFG and Capresi that, prior to Completion, they will not be converting the loan funds that they have provided into Ordinary Shares pursuant to the terms and conditions of these arrangements. The Company has obtained confirmation from Darwin Strategic Limited that it will use its best efforts to seek to work with the Company, DJFG and BGL to ensure an orderly process takes place for Darwin to recover its outstanding loan funds (primarily through conversion of the Darwin Convertible Notes into Ordinary Shares) and for the Company to complete the Acquisition and Admission within the timeframes stipulated in this Document. Provided that any outstanding loan funds are less than 100,000, Darwin Strategic Limited has undertaken to agree to enter into mutually constructive discussions with the Company to resolve any outstanding loan funds which may include the entry into of a standstill agreement for no less than twelve months and/or the entry into of an agreement to reduce the outstanding loan funds on mutually agreeable terms.
is still a pile of **** though as i did not expect it lol...the fact it is crap is definite now, all is confirmed...oh well....
New patent https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/provisional-patent-filed-michael-travia
BOS Global have filled more patents really good for a company that you have said won launch and just wants to milk us don't you think Bloch?!?
They have agreed to enter into a standstill agreement for the last 100k
Wait until Darwin has gone I repeatedly read. The next step up from here is to ask why are Darwin going when they are only weeks away from multibagging their 0.0043p shares. What do you guys know that they don't.
More patents filled by BOD Global really good for a company that you say just wants to milk us an not bring a product out don't you think Bloch?!? https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/provisional-patent-filed-michael-travia
I used to be invested here but still keep an eye on things. It has turned in to a shambles and I can't see a case for investing at the moment. I'm watching with a view to buying and catching a spike to sell at but I can't see anything other than continued dilution for long term holders. It's a massive shame as j used to believe in the future for the company.
im i right in thinking that out of the 200 grand left they are only allowed to get rid of 100 grand worth according to Admission Document???
Once Darwin out, oh boy have we got so some ground to cover.
When Darwin were converting prior to suspension it was almost daily so I expect another RNS for the final conversion within the next day or two. They will be a result in my eyes.
I agree Tidd. Wait till tomorrow or Friday when there completely gone. Payday as well. ;0)
I presume that means they'll want more than the 0.0044 they 'paid' for their shares if they haven't been forward sold? The current sell price of what appears to be 0.0036 would have to go up presumably? That's 16bn shares pre-consolidation now so a conversion factor of 2,133:1 down to 7.5m...
Darwin will sell into any liquidity.. you can't blame them for exiting but it's not a pretty site, more like a bloodbath. Best thing is to wait until they're out to buy otherwise you'd be just as well writing a cheque for a few £K and posting it directly to them.
Exactly. Good riddance. On-wards and upwards afterwards.
all over the place and not the BLUEberry kind
