Considering we were sitting around 2p for quite a while when the hope for a Kumba deal was on the table - I suggest / believe our prospects are currently even better than then. I can see that level being attained again (at a minimum) as we move into and beyond Q2 with cash flow coming in. More deals in the offing as well to boost that cash flow higher. It's looking like a no brainer now. GLA to all LT former Ferrets and new arrivals (Kerats are we now?) :-)

Get with the programme - we're all over on KRS! I thought I'd posted the last FRX post on Sunday! I'm somewhat busy at the moment but would potentially be interested in producing an article. AB, I'll be in touch in the New Year

Hufc, with regards an article, I would ask Oilmagnet, I'm sure he would produce an excellent one. He's very Kerasmatic.
A lot of investors are worried about past dates missed & it's understandable new investors are sitting on the side lines & watching. But reading that honest interview & having meet Dave sociably, things to me look to be falling in to place. If the licence news comes sooner rather than later, this will be a game changer for this little company Anyone wanting to put a article together are quiet welcome - just contac me AB at LSE Share Talk dot com

Watson, that's a cracking interview. Quite elementary in some ways - I really don't think the market gets this one as yet. If the EBDIT is equal to our current MC in 12 months time, rewarding shareholders with new ventures or dividends then it's looking great from 0.45p IMHO. Been here over 3 years now and I really. Feel we have turned a corner. I didn't know that DR used to be 2IC with the new Peter. That has to say something about how much the new BoD members trust DR to deliver. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas............
LSE Share Talk "Directors are fully leveraged into the company and have supported it at every raise. I am not sure if people really appreciate the effort Directors have put in with our non-execs having not been paid for 2 years and all senior management on 75% salaries plus contributing cold hard cash to the business. Having said that, we are doing it for a reason, as we believe it will be worth our while" I think after this interview a few more peeps will sit up and pay attention.
After reading that again you would think more people would be interested in this share. Cash flow positive in 6 moths with the potential for divi in time.
Interesting Q and A session.

Andee - for goodness sake, I've warned you before. If you keep on with these awful jokes I'm gonna have to kick keras
You lot seem to care a lot about this name change. Not me, I certainly don't Keras much as you ;-)
The future is bright "Gold" Didn't you pick the ticker code name Oil.........?
Long live Keras Could say that being in FRX has been a blast but in reality it has failed to deliver and been a tough ride in spite of all the promises. Hoping that KERAS launches from here and takes us to unimagined highs with a golden future. GLA
Itellyastraight probably, no one will know as everyone one has her on filter.
Who will be first to post on the new BB?

I hope your investment decisions aren't based on these feelings 😀
Although I do not have any evidence to support it and the lack of significant trades does not seem to suggest it, my gut feeling is that the mining licence has already been awarded, and that the necessity to pass the resolutions at the meeting today may have had some bearing on it before an announcement could be made to the market. I know that Companies are supposed to release immediately any news which might have an effect on the share price but doubt if this actually happens in practice. I cannot believe that DR would have spent so much time in Togo recently on just an 'update,' nor do I think that the people from Chaffers would have been willing to come on board without something definite, rather than speculative, to entice them. Just a theory, of course, but I would not be surprised if there is an increase in the level of trading prior to an announcement late next week or early the following week.

That's what I was thinking . Just wondering why they have reduced the nominal value to 0.1.
If the nominal value of the shares is 0.5p, FRX could still do a placing at 0.5p or above, irrespective of the prevailing SP. Obviously this would require an investor to take shares at 'above current trading' but if they were tempted by potential that is not impossible and indeed has been done by other AIM firms on occasion - IOG being a recent example.
So am I right in thinking that previously the shares had a nominal value of .5 and as current sp is lower than that FRX couldn't do a placing? Now that the shares have a nominal value of .1 a placing is now possible?

Did anyone notice that if you follow this link they are actually posting the RNS release re Jaffers, there is a pdf file at the bottom. Clearly our future is very much of interest to them too. http://www.republicoftogo.com./Toutes-les-rubriques/Economie/Nayega-Ferrex-va-se-financer-sur-ses-mines-d-or
Hi Smidsy, santa here. Really sorry but haven't got time to get down to Togo before The new year. But as you've been a good boy, the next best thing I can do for you is to make you happy and that's by making you laugh all through the next year. All you need to do is click on this link at regular intervals when you're feeling a bit down and it'll soon get you laughing again. Enjoy....... http://www.lse.co.uk/member-info.asp?nick=itellyastraight
Dear Father Christmas, I am writing to you to ask for a special present this year. I have been a good boy all year, honest, you can ask my mum. She says that you may be able to perform your magic and bring me some good news. I know how busy you and your little elves are on Christmas Eve but I wandered if you could find the time and Rudolph and the rest of the team are up to it you may be able to fly down to Togo in Africa. It's not that far really. I want you to visit the Mining Minister and ask him for our mining permit. It's no big deal and I'm sure he will listen to you. Regards, Smidsy. PS I will leave an extra large glass of sherry and a big plate of mince pies for you as a reward and not forgetting some hay for Rudolph and the team.
Lano - I've been in here since Feb 2012! Got a big holding now and averaged down a lot also (0.8 now) and despite the setbacks I'm still confident in the BOD giving a healthy return.
Nice little top up bj. It all helps to bring your average down. Sounds like you was first in around same time as me. Ive been doing small top ups to get lower myself.
I did only had just over £300 quids worth late on but more to come over next few weeks, I shot the main bulk of my load back at around the 2p level so just topping up when I can. So much more optimistic though and happy to top up when I can
BigJonny did you get your top up Fri as declared ? Maybe news will be released when DR receives news which I hope will be "Hey Dave your permit is here and thankyou to you and your shareholders for your saintly like patience . The painful months waiting are now a thing of the past so go forth and multiply" No inside knowledge but could you imagine if it actually read close to that .. Xmas is a time for giving .. GLA
Well Monty, Dr was in Togo last week and said if their is any news he can put his hand on his heart with, he would release news. From the lack of it I can only surmise no progress on that front. So as far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't hold your breath for news on mining license before Xmas. Hope I'm wrong and who can second guess Africang governments?
