While waiting, you might want to have a look at the Texas website where a load of documents have been uploaded by SN + team rebutting ZZ with docs including the Temporary termination of the PSA by GOGC etc.

Hi looed, apologies if its been covered recently but what else do we have in the pipeline for hearings after this one, anything soon? I noticed mention of a 2022 case, just wondering how many we may have this year prior to possibility of them telling us anything about the restructure etc or if i should go back to sleep for 12 months as their idea of ‘shortly’ tends to be quite different to mine.
Excellent work btw
The hearing today is an attempt by ZM to dismiss the TRO / case against him. ZM would seem to be basing it on technicalities - 'I don't live in Texas so the court doesn't have jurisdiction' even though the court found otherwise - rather than reply on supporting evidence. FRR lost the first attempt at a TRO because of a technicality, so maybe thats why ZM have chosen this route - or this is stronger argument than their evidence. The judge previously rejected the evidence presented by ZM at the last hearing when granting the TRO.
R8pilot - I thought the hearing was 2pm local. Do you have an update? -

There is meant to be a court case today. Not sure what it's content will be.
Believe the main event in the Zaza Green Capital court case is happening today isn't it? Is it something that can be watched? Thought I saw it was happening by video link or something. With a bit of luck we'll hear today how it goes down, hopefully not the detriment of FRR shareholders.
Would think that the latest info unravelled by the super investigators has been read by Looeds contact.
So will be interesting what their next brief statement says.

You may well be thinking along the lines of my own thoughts, however I certainly do not think there is enough to stand up YET. I also have that same view as Mole that the approach of a Light touch by not only Authorities in the financial sector may not be helpful ( this includes my own professional where in my view Professional; standards have hit the floor and feel sad for the younger members who think they are held to account too heavily!) however the game in my book on information has a while to run. Who knows what may come out and perhaps more importantly where and who else was involved. It may allow other Authorities to get involved!
When Gordon Brown was Chancellor it was suggested that he proposed that the FSA Now the FCA, ( funny how they change names following a F up) should have a "light touch" as far as the Banks were concerned. Then think back to the banking crisis and the bail out of RBS which followed.
Do you really think that the regulators will chase down an American Co. operating in Georgia listed on the new " light touch" AIM market in our life time?
Good Luck with that!
zaza maybe knew what he was doing when he offered the 5 m loan but wanted it to rank above outrider but it was blocked
was the green capital scam after that or before i cant remember
Sibgay...... you might be right ... you might be wrong ... but it ain’t over till the fat lady sings ...!!! Now Gemma was at the awards last night but thankfully she never sang...!!! With luck us LTH’s will see a rainbow with a big black swan flying past it soon...!!!???
Good luck all LTH’s....!?
Dulwich who knows - I'm sure they are good at covering their backs in such things on AIM non regulation. We know little of the investigation referenced beyond whats in the emails and board presentation. But its an angle.
The PWC auditors however I would love to know how the 2016 YE (June 2017) or 2017 YE (june 2018) audits did not review the terms of the notes and missed the material interest changes (they either did not see, were not shown or did not understand the mortgage security and the terms).......as it included a security being established it should have been a major focus of an audit above everything else. Had they ever got to do the 2018 accounts I'm sure they would have. The problem with 2018 so far is that they are interim and had no audit and just look odd in regards the revenue and loans and interest items given what we know. PWC had already shown an interest in FTI activity in the New York case that relates to the directors.
Since then FRR seem not to have bothered maintaining a set or demonstrated they have any books of account which is one of the lines of attack by FTI in Cayman. It is a complete mystery how the paper shell of a company is currently operating. But having said the company was solvent in 2019 Steve and Zaza put themselves at risk. That and FTI getting round to petitioning to wind up whats left of the parent company remains a real risk and is where this may all finally come to an end for us.
As I've said before alot of the players here aren't going anywhere....and I think we have a few more revelations to come yet in this sorry saga. 14th is it for the Texas case so not long to wait for that one.
Ziggy - to answer your question. No we have no idea who the prospective Niko well funder was other than an institution investor. Seems different to Green though and you would think was superfluous if they had ever tapped either the New York funds or got Baker Hughes going. But again had if gone ahead it would have created another deal under cutting Outrider. The bigger issue for that would have been the litigation with Outrider and the arbitration. It never made much sense if you really had MOU in place or T39 was flowing good volume. So how Green go to $5.8m remains a mystery even if we can now place its origin in the timeline.
Count me in.
Dulwich / Mole
i think it would be prudent now for us to look at possible future actions that may result in us getting a percentage of our cash back.
This is a long term orchestrated fraud and it may have evolved from an unintentional point, but the hidden and sneaky transactions along with underhand actions.
Someone should have known and be liable
Mr Mole
Given your last Para RE the FCA , and I accept we all may not be there yet but things are looking that there MAY be an issues with a failure with shall I say for the moment at least an issue over due diligence of the FCA. Are you suggesting that it may be worth putting together a group action of some sort against them?
Perhaps TSB1, that's the reason why SN + team preferred arbitrating (privately) with ZZ rather than having a trial which has necessitated bringing out all these info to the public domain....
Time will tell
