I have been around a long time and as it’s main market listed it didn’t require a speeding ticket , also it’s been priced much higher so there is defo no reason for the Rns , as for concert party non has been declared but it no different than a collective of holders being in a group wanting the best outcome for themselves and the company they have invested in , currently it’s single investors but that could change , just reading the situation
I have no love for the current board, in my view playing the game, but some of the posts I've seen here and on advfn have bordered on the manic.
Talk of 'speeding tickets' by the board is just common sense talking given there is nothing but guesstimates and market tittle tattle driving the price at the moment. Not a negative at all.
Stake building in a shell company is so difficult to call that the pure unadulterated pumpers need their bottoms smacked.
Finally, rules 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 are quite clear on 'concert parties'.
I am a holder and thanks to the recent price revival I am now in a paper profit situation. What I, or any other retail shareholder, would want to see is rampers ruining what could be a nice little earner...
Retter needs to remember he is meant to be working in the best interest of shareholders , he showed total disregard for that today, he was happy to place at 5.25p before in similar situation , the share value is what the market decideds, he today influenced the price to fall hardly in our interest , think we will see the concert party increase their position here and give retter no choice but to speak to them and listen to their proposal , maybe a new bod appointment and search for rto asset concluded quickly
From Twitter!
#FPP retter didn't even have to do a speeding ticket as it's main market listed and no nomad to request , main market is free to rise by any amount without notice , also he said no contact but there has been requested contact , so bull**** rns, tr1s tomorrow I expect increases
I'm only 173,000 shares away from a TR1 from Mondays prices. And I'm not a big player at all
so 4 tr1s in 3 days - KP growth 4.18% , Tim Adams 3.21%, Aiden o hara 5.79%, Keldale LTD 3.21%, nearly 17% of the company locked away , I would imagine they have increased on the dip today as book is forming now or another interested party has been mopping it up, another tr1
Word on the grape vine is Retter is history :-)
What makes you think that?
For what it's worth I'm only here for a potential leadership change and metals RTO. Nothing to back any of that up its just my guess and my punt.
GLA
New Bod incoming?!!
Correct. I was taking this from Yahoo and not the FT or doing simple maths!...
Someone still buying big more TR1s to me thinks
Wish MARKET CAP was £3.5 million
Current Map is £1.5M not £3.5M
Being realistic, what else could they say?
They need more cash just to keep the show on the road and the new shares will be issued at a discount, possibly 2p given the options already out there with 18 months still to run.
The price has probably got a little ahead of events with the current market cap touching £3.5m.
Any move by the new stake builders will require the current management's participation in some way and no approach has been made as yet.
Given we are currently in 'fresh air' mode it shouldn't come as too much of a shock if a period of consolidation is in store.
Patience will be required me thinks...
its deliberate to try to deter people, meanwhile the big buys continue
At the RNS this morning. It sounded defeatist to me and makes me concerned about their willingness to get a deal done. Are we now hoping this gets taken off their hands and they step aside? We know they need to raise, at what level is the question?
Retter, time to move aside... I wonder if the new TR1s could create a nice consortium... hmmm
lol if u belive that, ull believe anything
they released it because it's a fact.
Otherwise it would have touched 50% imho
for accumulators!

Speeding ticket is transparent at #FPP. Every forum thread from LSE to ADVFN to TWITTER to FB to STW to TG to WA are barking on about it. Im calling it now. Break 3p and its kaboom.
wrote the 3rd rns is a ahole.
Well get ready to throw your house at it.
who are they?
seems obvious whats happened here, someone wants to RTO and FPP dont like that party so they are buying on the open market. FPP wants their mates to take it so done that rns to let them keep buying.
