Ciitech must be waiting for Europe or as least Britain to allow CBD to be a viable alternative to the addictive mind bending concoctions used in health industries today.
Looking forward to the date my money is released!!
Two options were put forward in the draft Prospectus 1)SP @2p and 2) SP@3.85p
To my knowledge no decision has been made but either way it is a lot less than my/ many other average(s) .... basically the Cash Shell of FPP was over valued by the retail market but I/us will live with the initial consequences on relisting.
Very confident that in a short turnaround time CiiTECH Group will be pushing higher. The BOD is experienced, of good age to be dynamic and will be astutely lead by CEO Clifton Flack.
Not sure about timings for relisting but probably by the end of the month. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience on these matters.
Currrent SP of Kanabo KNB 14.5p MCAP £54m
Currrent SP of Cellular Goods CBX 6.2p MCAP £31m
Yes the new MAIN MARKET company CiiTECH will be diluted due to the combined shares and the £3m book raise but I would put forward that it will be a better company with it's strong BOD ,with it's more diversified and strong product line including a medical product, its higher revenue and a short time to settle down.
So glad the resolutions were passed and we are not in the position of the investors in Ridgecrest RDCC
Cannot come quick enough for me.

is the only spac ive been in thats gone wrong, the others all gone well. 2p is a turd of a price and im expecting problems on reopen. simple as that.
To answer the original question....
AGM was required for existing shareholders to vote on a number of key resolutions relating to the future business e.g. location. All resolutions agreed. I assume this now needs to go back to the FCA as i am assuming some of these resolutions were critical for the business to be approved / progressed.
Once approved, i assume a relist date will be confirmed.
Agree comms have been crap / limited but i guess the company may not want to commuicate further until they have definite information to share. Once they have this, I expect comms will ramp up.
As for the post from alwayswinning - i can totally empaphise, i also had an average of 5p ish so am very very disappointed with the raise at 2p, however i took some of the placing at 2p as I can see it increasing from this range pretty quickly to be in line with / close to, the market cap of other similar companies.
Does question the purpose of SPACs though, as this has disadvantaged early investors.
The company diluted most people into the ground by raising funds at 2p and justified doing so with weak excuses is what happened. Some of the most vocal shareholders here and elsewhere talking about how great the future is took the placing and are now trying to ramp people in so they can sell and pick everyone's pockets on the bell. They are trying to convince people who are underwater to hold on relisting if it opens above 2p so they can sell at a profit and further drive the boot into the ribs of all the poor souls here. It truly is disgusting to see.
...Or dead and buried?!
Please can somebody explain to me in simple terms what is going on here?!
Best,
Mr T
I can’t wear it FCA relentless here I go ball locks
Lads, I would like to commend you both with your choice of words! Nothing further to add!
I think this has been an absolute disaster. the ramping on twitter last year was fricking awful too. yes your right, im surprised theres not more outrage.
Yes Fax, a few weeks and you'll be glad you're in, because with the help of a miracle, most people here may be almost back to where they were nearly a year ago. With the aid of a good dose of ramping, some people here may actually be breaking even in the near future. The tuppeny pickpockets really are living on another planet to everyone else.
Everyone has been done. I'm extremely surprised there hasn't been more outrage. It's as if people just accept they're lambs to the slaughter nowadays. Then we have the wolves in sheep's clothing who try to take charge of the flock and lead them to the slaughterhouse without asking any questions.
I’m no genius just thinking about the injustice of this process.. A question to the enlightened in this matter I hold 250000 of FPP stock with a share issue of 62 million. Change name and relist under ciitech with 800 million shares how many share of the 800m will I hold?? Simple question it’s either the same proportion ie around 3.5 million or have I been done with a wine bottle opener???
Another informative RNS from this wonderful company and it's board I see PMSL
No Mr Davies I don’t get paid just a dumb investor.
RNS - All resolutions passed... Wait for the listing date...
Ciitech is going to open with 800 + million shares 10p = £80 MC ok……..we will see I will keep breathing though no holding my breath here !!
AGM today - then FCA need to approve the prospectus I think before relisting. Should be an RNS today for the AGM result.
It must of been in the ‘There could be slight chance of getting your money back times’ !!!! There is a list of thousands of other companies in there that won’t tie your money up for 8 months and then tell you to be greatfull for a 50% loss. I must of been a dreamt it or something lol The wait trundles on
I thought they were Relisting today ???
loved one
carson, you need to ring the Halifax and chase them up as I did with ii.
Sorry I never replied earlier but I was at a funeral of a love done and was not involved yesterday with anything to do with the markets.
It is a matter of urgency because the AGM is on this Thursday Jan 13th.

Where can I vote on this, i have searched and searched and cannot find anything. I am with Halifax and nothing under corporate actions either?
The Interactive Investor AGM resolutions appeared on Saturday Morning but the date supplied when the voting had to be completed by was Friday, the day before!!
I managed to vote despite that date shown and before the scheduled maintenance closure on the Saturday morning.
The website is open again so hopefully you will also be able to vote.
Hopefully contact with II will not be necessary for you but please do not forget to vote.

Hitting over the 5p mark I would be over the moon, fingers crossed !
