After the falls of the last 2 weeks this is no more then expected. Don't expect an RNS with any denial of reasons for it as the previous falls are still outweighing this gain, maybe if it goes over 25% in the day.
Válerian.. I hate AIM with a passion, like you having been the victim of many of the scams and boiler rooms which have thrived unhindered by the FCA for years.. Then to top it off the FCA publish below you or I are going to get seven years porridge if we do anything untoward.. If they went after the corrupt directors who run many of these scams they would have to build ten new prisons to house them all... nighthawk. your right of course, best ignore them. Ö
This was way oversold and everyone on here knows it. You will get the derampers and shorters here trying to get the SP back down because they missed a good buying opportunity and unless they buy in at this higher price they will miss the next rise as well.
Not much else to say...as these poster..always think its a pump/dump etc etc....so mostly doth even bother getting involved/started...imo Its that posts or Pounds me thinks....lol
No disrespect Andy but are you suggesting that AIM is an honest and respectable trading platform? They don't call it the AIM casino for nothing. I'm an ex Afren victim and I can confirm that pump and dump crews are real organised groups of people that operate over social media sites like Twitter. If I'm mental then it's because AIM has shocked me at the amount of corruption I've witnessed. How do you explain the frantic Friday of sept 11th. Pure pump and dump to let friends and family out before the impending share price crash.
49,000 posts and that's the best you can do.. !!!
Just the lower end of the food chain...imo...
The price has been thrashed over the last weeks, we get a minor bounce off an oversold position and people come out with "dead cat bounce", "pump and dump", and there will be an RNS to quash an 11.6% rise.. Really.. !!! I'm absolutely shocked at the mentality of some posters, yes we have all got some bad experiences of AIM, but when a chance to make some cash presents itself take it is what I say. !!!
Good shout. Expect an RNS to quash this rise any time now.
More like the resident pump and dump crew of September 11th getting some beer money in for the weekend. Well I'm ready for you this time - bring it on you corrupt bar stewards.
is it a dead cat bounce? or is it that Zebedee is full of oil and the CPR is finally imminent........boing.....
big deal 12p :-(
some months ago I posted that until the oil price is favourable we are going nowhere. Some prat who I cannot remember lambasted me for stating this. However I thank all the individuals for posting really good information about the technical side of the drills, Please keep them coming. I do believe that the future is bright especially with the oil finds and will continue to hold out for a very interesting future. Good luck to you all.
Looks as though recent top ups could have been well timed, gap up looks likely over the coming days before next spud. Next drill is to tell us how much oil we have, not have we got any at all, so the current price looks de-risked to me.. A more centrist president in Argentina after the 22nd could well be the catalyst for much more news. :+)
We appear to be getting a much more positive feedback from kingping1 and Robbie68's emails to FOGL than we got from the entire RNS. Send some more boys!
Seems to me that a lot of investors have woken up and realised there is still plenty to play for.
As we have seen NBL run a very tight P/R set up. Perhaps it would be useful to compare this E-mail with previous ones/RNSs they have put out following previous drills in other parts of the world which proved successful? The English language is a dream for the wordsmith but I think EEGBVI is close to the truth. GLA.
eegbvi Sounds good to me. It will all come out in the wash and a lot of investors here are going to be Pi***d off and angry .imo.
That reply is a typical holding one. The fact that the rig hasn't moved is intriguing. It may be the weather but I doubt. More likely they (NBL) are still doing more tests and samples. That looks like either all the information they can get now for another well later probably when the oil price is better or they really do have a worthwhile find which is simply being held back by the present oil price. Either way it doesn't point to a duster and indeed NBL didn't say it was but simply that it is none commercial. I suspect there we should read between the lines ie we need a higher oil price for SFB (unless much more oil is found there)plus we need to take this softly for now re Argie politics. If more oil is found in SFB it will reduce costs so it looks like this one may actually be the start of a larger game in future, hence all the analysis. I suspect the full picture when finally released will be much better than the market assumes.
They know now what they have at humpback. Withholding this info as cost some shareholders a packet, are they waiting for argy elections to conclude before releasing this info. Remember the spike last time did they strike oil then and released an rns to say they don't know why the share price as moved. Could they be complusive liers.
Rob, Thank you for your questions: FOGL and Noble work closely together in accordance with their partnership agreement, but there are many areas which affect commerciality of hydrocarbons in new basins. Once there is more information from the logs from the well, the partners will be in a much better position to advise shareholders as to how it will impact further prospectivity in the licence area Best Ed (fticonsulting.com) Questions regarding Humpback drill RNS As a shareholder in FOGL, please can you answer the following questions: - Have FOGL been told by Noble exactly why Humpback currently not deemed to be commercially viable? - If so, how and when will you advise the FOGL Shareholders? - Have Noble not told FOGL, or told FOGL not to communicate any further info? - Have the FIG been told any more details? - Will the results be analysed / assessed by Noble and FOGL together or seperately?
