Because 10% was agreed
Dont worry i did call 8p as the bottom a couple of weeks back i dont think it will go any lower.these oil shares are a bloodbath at the moment.if it carrys on it might be a blessing rkh are taking us over.i just wish the two "experts" who run fogl now were not joining rkh too.their business skills leave a lot to be desired.we have gone from being told we are fully funded to now next to nothing.
This will be a done deal,,
I have said it from the start, share is a dog, managed by bod incapable of communicating to the SH. They are an absolute disgrace and SFA should be looking into the "fully funded" statements and to establish what exactly has went on here. Dont give me the one about them being silenced by the Operators, fogl is one too and as has been said before the minute the ER was released from Hump they could have made a statement explaining one of the longest PandA I have ever known and I've been in drilling a long time.
I just telephoned tim,apparently he doesn't fancy a chat
We have just been picked up for a price equivalent to 11p a share.. !! Thank goodness the management set up the whole business model for us to be attractive for a buy out... But, wait a moment weren't we £2.50 four years ago.. !! Seems there might have been a flaw in the plan !!! Now under 9p a share, absolutely shocking management.. And as for all the "just wait for the results of Izzy 2" do people actually think they will tell us anything after they've spent all summer saying nothing of worth...
I just emailed tim and challenged him to stop hiding and engage with shareholders
At this pase of decline there be nowt left of Fogl !! To merger
There be nowt left to merger if this decline keeps happening !!
Its supposed to be 10%. Ocean probably still haggling re ER claims
Please post the response of your inquiry to the FOGL BOD on this BB. Perhaps we can organize a multiple SH response, if we feel their answers are incomplete? Thank you!
Sorry rong board
Yes the more robust well design being used will take the well from a likely 30 days to 40 days or so about the end of the year I think. Does your pet investment fund include any uranium producers. ?? I ask as when Japan restarts its reactors on 31 Jan 2016 nuclear will be well back on the agenda. China is reported to be considering up to 1,000 new reactors plus India about 200. The problem is that at $40 uranium is well underpriced and with a lot of producers closing over the last 30 years a very major supply problem is looming early next year. Worse still is that Kazakhstan holds about 45% of world supply and is now controlled by Putin so the problem may get worse short term. So Q2 2016 the uranium price may start to really fly. If you have the right Canadian uranium producer stocks multibagger doesn't even cover it. That's why Obama vetoed the Keystone pipeline recently as he wants US to go nuclear and my Saudi friends are talking of spending $40bln on nuclear power. Very sorry if I've gone off tangent a bit here but even big oil is looking at this. My apologies to all readers on here by the way but we all could make real money next year with a bit of research before the market wakes up to it
I am very sceptical about noble following the odd goings on re the humpback drill, my preference as a fogl shareholder would be to have nothing further to do with them, feel free to hurl abuse it will be water off a ducks back.
You never quite know what the next twist will be here. I note that if an offer of 10% more comes in then all the present directors share pledges get overturned. So another $10 mln is all that's needed. Maybe even PMO will think that one through. But I wouldn't like a straight cash offer at this price. On another issue it looks like Shell will get Chinese and Australian approval re the BG deal so then its a straightforward shareholder vote to make Shell overtake Exxon. Apparently Shell has persuaded its main shareholders that the gas and oil price will rise before too long so maybe their talks with the various Gulf oil companies will bear fruit within OPEC. Hope so.
I only posted on this board as it is essential all the Falkland companies work to a common purpose that being getting everyone's oil out of the ground . I am a small shareholder in RHK and Folg but admit a larger shareholding in Argos, but my only comment is that we must embrace Noble and Edison as they are the route to producing the oil. I wish everyone well in the next very exciting few months and hope the OPEc meeting on the fourth of dec will hopefully stabilise the POO.
See you've switched to RKH bb. Obviously confident that RKH/FOGL is the only game in town. You may be right but pre Isobel result. I think its a little too early as if that's good who knows what may come out of the woodwork.
Well said.
Stick to your own bb us folk on fogl bb might not always agree but we respect each others opinions and one thing i will say for eegbvi is his one of a few on here thats always kept a level head and a balanced view on his comments.
Don't bother, just read the latest Tuggy post on ARG. It looks as though he's the paid NBL cheer leader but I'm quite sure he isn't. Goodness knows what the reaction will be if Rhea doesn't quite come up to expectations
Everyone is entitled to state their opinion, but judging from your post and the fact I have not seen you on this board before then if I can assume anything it would be that you are an ARG shareholder but possibly not FOGL. If that is the case please can you explain why you are on here and what exactly are you adding to the discussion ?
I work with JRs all the time from Saudi Aramco so probably know a bit more than you do. And no I wasn't having a pop at ARG as you seem to think. And yes I am a main board director of an oil co. And yes I'm in the middle of an AIM reverse take over at present which if it goes ok will have an awful lot of very happy PIs so please don't waste your time any more with your totally unwarranted and often inaccurate remarks. I am well aware of your total devotion to ARG and hope it all comes off for you as the cheer leader. I really do.
If that is your opinion of the Americans you might as well pack your bags now, thankfully Eegbvi has stopped commenting on the Argos board , maybe his day job only allows him to spout on a selected few. I have listened to his pearls of wisdom and been amazed at how he has some form of following from other posters, being a supposed expert. I do think he has worked in the oil industry and sometimes says interesting comments , but making scathing remarks to probably the only hope the Falklands have of producing oil namely Noble energy it is plain crazy. We should embrace their know how and stop bashing the yanks. Roll on Rhea in Feb.
Good luck, you might just need it. Personally I don't trust anyone from that part of the world. Seen too many of them. If you go back to the 70s TV Dallas series little old JR typifies them.
eegbvi,... I'm holding ARG,.... I have yet to have a financially rewarding experience, when Texans are involved, hoping ARG will break this trend,..... although this FOGL situation, leaves me apprehensive. AntsPants,.... I'm not overexposed at BOR, thanks for asking. Tune, here is one of favorite artists: https://youtu.be/rYEDA3JcQqw BW
