This merger. If the share price offered is 10.7p is that what we would get irrespective of the price at the time of completion ? or if not how does it work ? I have not been involved in one of these "deals" before. Thanks.

If nothing positive comes from OPEC meeting this week can POO avoid falling to $30 infact even lower ? There is nothing to hold it up is there ? Or is this too pessimistic ? I have said it from the start, share is a dog, managed by bod incapable of communicating to the SH. They are an absolute disgrace and SFA should be looking into the "fully funded" statements and to establish what exactly has went on here. Dont give me the one about them being silenced by the Operators, fogl is one too and as has been said before the minute the ER was released from Hump they could have made a statement explaining one of the longest PandA I have ever known and I've been in drilling a long time.

Rigs Both Ocean Rig rigs you mention are of a spec more than capable of these operations. Ocean Guardian is an old rig but mey have better crews and simpler equipment to operate. These more modern rigs are mostly automatic this, electronic that, therefore more to go wrong and longer or more complicated to fix. In any case if delays are the rigs fault they will not be paid for any downtime caused.
