Its not about a supposed offer, its about a Crook anbd fraudster called Warwick Brady , acting with Evercore, and Cyrus.
Flybe failed to inform investors that Laffin and engaged in Data theft and given Brady ???
Stobart will finish up with a 8 figure fine from US regulators, enough to send Stobart investors scuttling from cover when the Stobart SP hits 20p
I don't care, Debs chairman got voted out for poor performance and Flybe's chairman will go also.
Quite honestly I don't know anyone who think the Bods have done a good job.
With better management Flybe could have been profitable.
I'm not saying what's happened here is right, but as a small shareholder you won't change anything. Flybe has been sold, it's gone. You now hold worthless shares in a non trading business.
There was never an offer of 45p.... that's the problem, some PIs just do not get it Im afraid.....
Exetrchief- Im not sure if your agreeing with the over inflated wages that BODs are paid in general for failure.
But one thing I will agree on and it maybe a post you should read. Back on 2 Dec you posted that virgin was the perfect match for Flybe. And even sang the praise of Branson for what he had achieved in America. It looks like now we will see if your right.
If you vote to accept the scheme and take your penny, that's it, you are agreeing to all the BOD have done and accepting all their actions. I too can't afford to lose money but In all good conscience I can not and will not condone what is clearly morally wrong. We are all brought up to know the difference between right and wrong and I hope you all can respect those teachings.
Don't believe all the Bods RNS, they have to obey the stock market rules.
Also I will not vote for the scheme because I don't believe bods should sell all public company assets without shareholder approval; any chairman who turns down a 45p offer and then sells out for 1P needs to be gone; legal or not.
Bloch and Smithy two of the posters who mislead
Cow wages may be high, not as high a crook Brady and his mate Farell at Cyrus , or as high a Justin Oakley at Evercore.
You want high wages for doing sweet FA,, take a lok at what Tony Hayward was paid by Genel Energy to take to stock price from £10 to £ 1.00 an dload it with $800 million of debt, before leaving from Israeli backed Glencore who traded in ISIL oil
If Mr Khon is elected, then its a step forward, but be prepared as SEC will get Brady, Cyrus, Evercore, and Laffin, Branson Virgin .
Wonder what an ex dricetor who joined IAG as told regulators in the USA about Brady, Cyrus, Laffin and Evercore..
Bloch and Smithy two of the rogue crook who frequent LSE share forum
Why are people still buying this share!?
It will 1p soon and if shareholders don't agree to the 1p a share offer the company will be put into administration, then you'll receive AF for your shares. On the face of it 1p is a very good offer.
Point being. Share holders should be respected and the board should be paid for results not failures. Personnel greed and short term profit is a problem when you see a companies bod constantly changing.
COW s pay is high. But it is peanuts compared to what the previous CEO was paid for what ? Signing crippling lease agreements and setting out a failed business strategy. But who sanctions the pay the board, not just this bod but all of them, get ? The share holders.
There is a vote on removing a director and appointing a director. They are following legal niceties including the requirements of their particular articles of association.
Anyone else going to share their views regard to vote
So what are you suggesting, accept the offer? No way. Besides we would not have a vote on chairman if it was conditional on the scheme vote surely
encouraging you to vote their way is interesting. COW on 400k plus 125% bonus, almost half what they sold the company for. 5 times what the PM gets for running the country.
Speak with your broker but do it today as the deadline is today for the first two votes. Two more votes a little later. Decline decline accept accept in that order :)
Hi, I know the vote is on the 4th March. And I don't want to appear a bit dim,but how do I go about casting mine? Thanks in advance.

There are a few forms here which may be helpful to shareholders especially for those who might wish to attend the vote ??
I'm with waterhouse and seem to be able to vote over and over again on all 3 which eroded my confidence they have been registered. Anyone else have a problem as dead line is today?
That is what the current SP movement brings to mind. We know it is a trick and an illusion ....just not sure what is keeping it up there though!
Up 15% today Smithy, did you not notice it? You really talk nonsense.
Yes and I gave the reasons on Friday which I care not to repeat, if people don't understand it they shouldn't invest.
Read the RNS's and the communications from your broker. They will detail exactly what happens in march.
As to the share price rise, who knows, this has been a volatile YOYO of a share with a life of it's own.
possible outcomes following 4th March
- With many private investors scare mongered into selling we have a lot less voting power compared to when the announcement of buy out was not made thus making it highly likely that vote will be in favor of the new owner as they would have scooped up some interest far greater than Tinklers interest of 19%. Its all looking a bit scary for FLYB - my confidence has reversed here thus im going to revive what i have in capital and move on. Its been a pleasure guys and really did see a hopeful future here but looking like it will be months before we see any proper news on the deals as this will no doubt be stuck in litigation for many months to come whereas you could make more money from the capital here if sold and recoup losses. GL to those who are deciding to hold. Will you guys get angry if i say 1p here we come - sad to say it but reality is a painful thing
Victory and justice will come.. Victory and justice for the small share holders
Oh dear, looks like some folk bailed too soon ;-)
