It’s been a long and, I was going to say winding, but it’s really a descending road to where we are now. Six years I think people have trudged downhill with a few upslopes along the way. A bit like Dante’s Infierno and full of many characters along the way. Some evil, some just a little evil, many bemused and some mad. Long gone now though.
Delisting soon
Thanks to sellers Solenta (possibly) buying all the shares cheap! zzz

Then we will know , big risk as every day gos past
A 15% stake would have secured either the 'yes' or 'no' vote.
It's not a foregone conclusion that Solenta are behind these buys.
this will de-list or go bust - crystal clear in RNS. Dead cat bounce without a shadow of a doubt.
When Solenta RNS drops in this week on holding , that’s when you will see it drop like a stone as they have got the vote .
up 20% on the day any thoughts
At this price it’s only £1.89M cap. Assets?
I’m just wondering how many shard the mm’s are holding
what is the likely hood this is going to have any sustained rise. Seems like nothing more than a dead cat bounce now?
big buys at the background Could it be Solenta?
Bid is 0.0581
As well as approval of the Cancellation, the Share Reorganisation and the amendment to the Current Articles, the Directors will seek continuing authorities to allot and issue shares and to disapply the statutory rights of pre-emption. Specifically, to:
· grant authority to the Directors pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 to allot Ordinary Shares or grant rights to subscribe for or convert any security into Ordinary Shares up to an aggregate nominal amount (after the Share Reorganisation) equal to £1,500,000, being up to a further 15,000,000,000 new Ordinary Shares; and
· disapply the statutory rights of pre-emption contained in section 561(1) of the Companies Act 2006 in respect of the allotment for cash of equity securities with an aggregate nominal amount (after the Share Reorganisation) of up to £1,500,000. This amount represents 394.65 per cent. of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital (3,800,824,884 Ordinary Shares).
The above authorities sought under the Authorising Resolution will continue for a period of five years and expire on 12 August 2025.
NT now for 1m shares to buy ?
Nai/DYOR
Here she goes.
Solenta got 10 trading days inc today to try and get over 75% of that is their aim. That’s about 600m shares they need to buy isn’t ?
Nai/DYOR
Thanks Riddler.
They are bidding 0.0491 now so this is bout to go up.
Nai/DYOR
This is what I’m holding out for. Solenta need to purchase a lot of stock to get to over 75 pct and I hope this shows some recovery in the price. Simple market economics might come to play here: supply and demand. Fingers crossed
Solenta don’t hold enough cards or shares !
Regardless of the decision there will be a squeeze here either by buyers or shorters having to close.
I can see 0.2p fairly quickly. Punt money only but worth a punt imho. 0.05p downside versus what upside ?
Nai/DYOR
" I think it depends on what the institutional investors do."
At 0.0475p and 3.8 billion shares ...who exactly is left in terms of Institutional Investors ??
Can anyone tell me what benefit FJET actually has being on AIM .... I cannot see any.... it is a ridiculous idea that a tiny company like this should be paying out all the costs of being on AIM ..it is nonsense
What exactly are you voting NO for ? .... What exactly are you expecting from voting NO ?
