to take health services to the doorstep of citizen, we are augmenting the National telemedicine platform of India and establishing telemedicine HUBs with dedicated doctors in all Districts. The HUBs will serve all facilities in their region, for both Covid & non Covid health care support.

Bleepa website ...
We have partnered with Sampurna Diagnostics centres in Indore, India, to pilot CareLocker for referring clinicians and patients to enable them to have more control over healthcare information by accessing medical imaging on their mobile devices.
I wonder what Digital wallet Modi is talking about?
Then this part, absolutely massive...
"What is Care Locker" ?
'SHARED across departments'
We know that carelocker can extrapolate and merge information from different I.T. systems and put it all onto one useable platform.
We want to free our citizens from the burden of excessive paper documents in every office. We want paperless transactions. We will set up a digital locker for every citizen to store personal documents that can be shared across departments.
Then he said this ...
When a heart patient in a remote hospital in Kyrgyz Republic is treated by doctors sitting in Delhi, as I saw in Bishkek, we know we are creating something that has fundamentally changed our lives.
The P.M. has seen the importance of Bleeps like technology ... Uttar Pradash today, tomorrow ...
The quote from that speech of Modi's is this one...
In India, a mother in a distant hill village has a better chance to save her new born infant. A child in a remote village has better access to education.
Bleepa could be used for both...
The pace at which people are taking to digital technology defies our stereotypes of age, education, language and income. - Narendra Modi.
Stereotypes are there for a reason...
Every agenda ends up on a poster.
Every poster has an agenda
Notice that the Nomad didn't make them issue a speeding ticket about 'no known news' when it was jumping up 20 - 25% per day, that means there is an opportunity of new news to be released i.e. India.
Jolly, it's not about me, i'm here to help the others.
Come on, coffee
pump harder
Bill,
The Bleepa & Carelocker are superb innovations, needed a bit more structured selling imo but looks like getting there.
Looking at the people in the linked in posts I think its a wider net been cast than just TB, but TB on its own would multibag this.
Or they could use whatsapp as in an emergency, gdpr or their equivalent goes out the window (much as it did with covid). I agree it's an amazing system with a whole host of potentials but I do think you might be getting somewhat carried away. Helping India with TB is their goal for the mo, in itself worth multi millions. That said it's lovely to see the positive sentiment has returned so carry on CC lol
In a disaster emergency situation, let's say earthquake multiple untrained or low level trained operatives can locate a buried person and using Bleepa relay the Information to a medical professional who can then advise on multiple courses of treatment immediately to stabilise each victim until rescue teams can reach them.
The rescue teams, ambulance teams, remote medical teams, fire, police etc can all interlock into this one system to give greater opportunities at saving lives.

same as in nhs their system #bleepa links to various other i.t. systems, picks out relevant info from each and collates onto one gdpr secure platform for medical and disaster emergency teams to work together as one unit!
Uttar Pradash population 241 million.
No wonder Tom got on his bike 16% of Indias population and we are in there!

I put on here a week ago about this could be used in schools.
Are they looking to widen the scope of application for Bleepa as a secure disaster emergency communication platform that would have medical as only part of its capability?
Looks good Dibs.
India coming online? NHS £3.4b digital infrastructure.
Am I allowed to ramp yet or will flotsam & Jetsom get upset?
Thanks for the info Dibs61.
Oh btw forgot to mention a Director of Grant Thornton Bharat LLP was involved too ;)
He has Management Consultancy and business transformation experience .
Hmmmm. Now, given all the talk of possible short term incoming Indian business what should happen?
We find that Tom Oakley is in India. Rohit Singh posted this on LinkedIn in the past hour (hot off the press)
“Yesterday, Dr Thomas Oakley and I had the distinct pleasure of meeting with the respected Mr. Naveen Kumar, IAS, Revenue Secretary and Relief Commissioner of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. His strategic vision for strengthening disaster management infrastructure resonated deeply with us. His dedication to this cause is truly inspiring, and under his dynamic leadership, we are confident that Uttar Pradesh is poised for a more resilient future. We also, extend our appreciation to Vibhav Shukla for his work towards supporting Mr. Kumar's vision.

Now why would Tom and Rohit going to talk to a top official of one of the Indian states.
Too much smoke around recently to be no ensuing fire imo. Tom is out there for a very good reason.
