buying?
Missed this one but well done everyone :-))
I was intrigued to see this mentioned yesterday on Twitter (couldn't access LSE for some reason). I did some limited research overnight and decided to buy in this morning. Will follow developments with great interest. Bit of a punt but I have great confidence in the ability of DL & DS to spot solid business opportunities, and this is a golden opportunity to get in early.
Read about EVO last night and DL, didn't take the plunge this morning, following the film quotes. In the words of Julia Roberts Big mistake..............HUGE!! ( I can't go shopping though!) Well done to all who got in early!!
.30 couldn't get in without negotiated trade. I know placements announced buy doubt they will all come to here more like big russian buyers or directors. All know what daves capable of so another one of his to sit and wait on
it's good enough for DL it's good enough for me, in with a punt at 8.30am. Cheers Troajan for the heads up m8 :)
Follow dl like fly to s h*** :-)
Wonder how many of them will go to the russian bird who buys into his ventures
Stand corrected!
where does it say DLis involved with evocutis
I lost on EVO of old, but DL made me loads on REM, so it's worth a punt to see what his cunning plan is. GLA
"The geographical focus will primarily be Europe".....DL has visited and dusted Spain , Malta. I guess south of Gatwick does classify as Europe but UKOG does not need finance.
Not a pump and dump by any means. Early birds bought in on the news before others caught on it seems. Who knows where this will go from here. Look at VMP cash shell announcement...yes AIM works in weird ways.
Oopps forgot OCT which invests in funds.. wait to see what he confirms I suppose. Profit takers gone so intrigued to see where this goes
Am not smart enough to understand why DL would resign as chairman of one investment shell, Polemos, to join another. Must assume Evo will support either AFRIAG or FASTJET. That said, he must definitely have a play in mind.
Look at VMP too for cash shells. Its what become of the phoenix companies that matter. Considering he has stepped down from other commitments then decide what's this company going to become then see where it goes. What's the company going to invest in who knows as he has covered gas, oil, lithium and africa
Same could have been said of those who invested in REM last summer. 1 year later they were sitting on a 3500% profit, and are now hoping for that to be turned into 10000% plus over the next year (or less) Of course it wouldn't be a big part of a portfolio, but Lenigas will have given long standing Remmers (sadly not me!) 100 times their money. He may not do it again to that extent, but it's a reasonable gamble surely for a small part of a portfolio just in case? Simply investing in the man. If he's a tenth as successful that would be OK!
That concludes this mornings pump and dump.
Bugger, there goes my break even
Why would any intelligent investor invest in a company which does nothing in particular, needs a placing so it can raise money to figure out something to do and is about to employ some new people for the purpose of doing something..... Or other..! ? This kind of numbskull behaviour is why aim has so many of these fictitious companies operating out of boiler rooms etc. This is why the general feeling of serious investors is to leave aim and look at other trading platforms. This is why the serious companies on here find it so difficult to raise funds and keep their share price realistic... This company needs to go bust and the directors need to be banned from directorship for a few years like any other crooked director of a ltd company that has been purposefully driven Into the ground
Surely this is just a cash shell/investment company now with DL at the helm? Not sure the history of the company matters any more? A brand new DL investment vehicle is as attractive a long term high risk play as I can think of. DL tweet last night: "You are very quick to pick this up. This one was stuffed. Felt inclined to rescue a stuffed Plc." The man has Ego, but success is what drives him....I'm saving up my pennies to get in after the placing has settled down.
Yeah, another 250% and I'll break even
Yep big rumours that Lenigas is taking over this as a cash shell investment company. Hence interest
