More phonetic I think, so the K works best. Happy 22nd everyone.....our latest chance for take off!
Apart from strang who is overpaid....how do the BOD create value for themselves without getting the SP up?
Can't believe it's August already. Again Lying little c...
Does anyone really think the BOD are doing nothing? If I was Kiran on a fairly small basic but had his options where 10p share price would make me a multi millionaire I'd be working my butt off!
10 o'clock news predicting that Budget will have incentives re Electric cars and batteries....roll on Wednesday
You left the neodymium at the top of the Bald hill. Next to a Lion's Ear just round the corner from the Monkey's forehead.
Love your posts Jenny. Never a word wasted! Wish the same could be said of certain others...
Ditto And Spadger....looks like LSE have decided to wind you up by making up a pre-opening price :-) Doings etc....
My comment was going to be exactly those words. Pity he couldn't raise money to end the original deal but hopefully renovations and sale will happen quickly and this will all be conconsigned to history
Yep, but we now have a cloud hanging over us.....justified or not. I wish Ronald would hurry up with renovating the new house and get on an sell the old one and buy his shares back. Then we can draw a line. We'll be all good here long term, just a bit demoralising that something like this has knocked us back just when news was getting better and better. if i could afford to top up I'd be pleased this has happened as I'm very confident long term...but i can't, so i'm not! Sort it out Ronald. Complete transparency needed, and sadly you need to convince Winnifrith, he's the one who "uncovered" this so the best way out of this is to convince him he's wrong, but he does have a very acute BS detector, so don;t go and make it worse!
Assuming everything he says is true then yes, or at least, as soon as it is available it won't be held back!!
Well done Pete It's a question of trust isn't it? My biggest question after that would simply be why did they buy a small amount of shares each just before announcing the EF loan?? But as he says, significant news should overshadow all this eventually.
I agree this isn't the sort of disruption we want, of course, but IF we have been told the truth about contracts, and IF they produce anything like the numbers they might, then this is still a long term winner. If so, RD will definitely be wanting to buy his shares back in 2 or 3 years' time, and he will "only" have been guilty of (perhaps) a minor market abuse (which IMO just makes him stupid for getting caught....as they are all up to it!). Obviously there may be dips along the way because of this but unless this is one big scam, and the contracts are worthless we'll be OK in the end. Keeping a close eye on Shareprophets. Not their biggest fan, sensationalist, massive egos, and not always well researched/giving half the story. But they already have done a lot of work on this same subject of Equity First re QPP...so they are probably pretty knowledgeable on it. Certainly will use them as part of my own research to form my own judgement in this case. If, as Winnifrith contends the shares have already been sold into the market before the announcement (the chart does support that view) then it is now down to sentiment on this "scandal" vs any real results that RD can put before us to see where the SP goes. I think this BB may get a little busier than normal soon!
I can actually see this getting more people aware of CBUY, helping get the word out there (which feels like it has been a bit of a problem so far), and leading to much more interest and increase in buyers in the not too distant future, strangely enough. Wish i had funds to top up at the moment!
It's not very complex. He borrows money at cheap interest and the shares protect the capital. There is an element of risk for the lender but not that much. Of course it COULD be exploited, but if it is used properly then it is much better than a share sale which puts genuine doubt in shareholders minds AND he will have to buy back in the future at (presumably) a much higher price. If he thought the price wouldn't be higher he WOULD have sold....
Yep....for a long term buy this is a great time Problem is the lender is mixed up in the QPP scandal and Shareprophets have linked us into it. BUT there's no reason why R&LD can't be using it legitimately (that sort of borrowing via mortgage would be tricky if they aren't taking big salaries), and no reason to disbelieve them regarding their intention to buy the shares back. At that price they should be buying back at a fraction of their market value of the time if any of the contracts we are hearing about pay off. Don;t think this share will make us rich this year, maybe not even next, but 2 to 3 years this could be massive. Nothing has changed on that front
Market taking some notice.....let's hope we get on a top risers chart to start to get the word out there. $100m a year PROFIT from those 2 deals alone if it gets anywhere near the numbers.....MC of £50m Potentially MASSIVELY undervalued
"can deliver $150 to $200m per annum" "step up our contract size" Subtle, but significant change in language there I think. Always been "up to" and such like. "Can" is obviously not "will", but it's also attached to a range rather than simply being an "up to" which is "anything between zero and....." Just wish the wider world was seeing this.....or that I had cash to top-up!! Ho hum, patience......journey of a 1000 miles starts with the first step. I reckon we're quite a long way into that journey now
Ronald Duncan, Chairman of cloudBuy plc, commented: "The Company previously had four potential routes to reach its short term target of £50 million revenue pa; this contract in Hong Kong, plus the SYNISE deal together can deliver USD$150 - $200 million revenue per annum alone. We have managed to step up our contract size to this new level and we have a number of similar sized opportunities in the pipeline.
