It'll come when it comes.
Did any of you notice the October we've just had in the markets? Who on earth thinks it would have been a good idea to release anything then.
LR may well have promised a certain date but I know half a dozen other companies who promised news by the end of September and failed to deliver. The reasons for the delay are sensible and have the long term interests of the company at heart. These guys know what they're doing (you may have noticed that the SP has doubled in the past year) and we'll be in a very much more commanding position by Christmas.
Just be patient and relax.
Can’t help but agreee 100%
Seems to me that with the delay of the SS all the momentum has gone from the share.
Just have to sit back and wait, I personally think LR let everyone down with his false promise of delivering by end of Sept.
Were now going into the 6th week having again suggested it was going to be in Oct.
Yep...my view exactly...why sell the goose that lays the golden egg ??
You may well be correct Bricks. Recent historical precedence has shown that many junior mining cos with a decent asset have always been shafted by their mining/ funding partners at the last minute, so why go down that route ? Take Dalradian (DALR), as a recent case in point and Duluth metals in Canada 3 yrs ago.
Was reading about the (relatively ) small Scotgold Mine (SGZ) at Cononish the other day, which they managed to fund privately with another well-heeled individual, who took a major controlling interest in the company. Wonder if that's what is going on here - esp if they could sell the Silver credits forward, as a further source of Capex funding ?
It wud make sense and you wudnt hav to give yor shirt away to the likes of Lundin etc.

Many of you feel the SS is being produced as a "for sale" advert or possible JV....
Here's my take and possible two cents worth :-)
The SS is already well defined imo to such an extent that it has knocked the socks off the EUZ management team.
I believe the ONLY reason why it is not published as yet is they are looking at self funding business models.
Why sell something at a discounted price when one can get a sustainable annual return ?
Think about it logically...The SS will always be "work in progress"....It will be added to as the Toral footprint grows.
My opinion only....
On NEX - 8,738,280 buy earlier today
Thanks. Thsts great
The Remuneration Report is included in the Annual Report, on their website.
This contains all details wrt remuneration arrangements, etc.
LR gets 75,000 per annum and MC gets 100,000, if that's possibly what you were after.

No Remuneration Policy exists that I know of. However in the Quarterly cashflow report there is a blanket statement ....Section 6.Payments to directors of the entity and their associates
Directors Fees $75,000, Company Secretarial and Accounting $21,000
I don't remember seeing this. Can anyone point me in its direction?
Results of the CB appointment vote are closely related to the ones on the remuneration policy - close ties ?
All resolutions passed.....one thing I noticed though with CB's appointment the voters abstaining were greater than those for...very different balance than all the others... :-)
Was talking to some friends, who live in Leon, over the weekend, where the EUZ Spanish Office is located.
Anecdotedly, there is apparently a lot of talk in the local business community about the success achieved by the new Euz Management Team to date, and local businesses are making enquiries and gearing up to try and get into the potential local supply chain. All this , in an area which still has quite high youth unemployment.
Still very early days, but shows that things have moved on a lot in the past 2 years since I was last there, in those terrible days of FCR !!

Sells start kicking in at 11.25

Commodity forward purchase agreement: an alternative financing mechanism for junior mining companies
They can forward elsell the silver credits to fund further work if necessary (MC).
One things for sure, there won’t be a raise until after the SS and the extension drilling results have been published, which should send the SP materially higher. Shares are as cheap as chips now, future investors involved in any potential raise will be paying more than our recent highs IMO.
Did you get that Sammy!
My post from the other day appeared to be ignored. The operating costs for this current quarter will use up almost all of the current available funds, so is a placing inevitable??? Comments please. DYOR. All in my own opinion.
Reading up on information you have all supplied i believe 1p+ is acheivable for the sp as to how far above that i am not sure but definatly 1p+ is achievable. Could that be our slingshot?
O and in addition that first vid by Justin I was sold when I also viewed this one:

Good luck to all!
Thanks for the message SwearinNige.
I was browsing around trying to learn about trading, specifically trying to identify some 10 baggers.
Think I prefer shares with high risk but possible high return, although I understand that in the medium term one needs to have a balanced portfolio.
I came across the following video by Justin Waite by chance, and it kinda seemed like a no-brainer:

At the moment I've got 7.5million EUZ shares bought at 3 cents ZAR. - in South Africa.
Wish I had more, but it's a lot relative to my personal finances.
Here's hoping that all works out and we'll be a happy bunch by Christmas!!
Did anything come out of the podcast in relation to short term cash flow. The last quarterly accounts showed a cash equivalent balance of A$1.479m with projected spending for this quarter (which we’re already a month into) of A$1.160m which in round figures only leaves us with a A$300k balance to move forward with into 2019. This is concerning and unless a deal is struck before Christmas, a raise looks inevitable?
