"By Xmas"....then we have no money left.....does'nt make sense at all unless they want to announce it with the next funding phase.....this is starting to be more than a SS as you have all gathered....and from a strategic perspective and with share holders always in mind...I think its a very bad decision on managements part....
"By Xmas" according to Laurence Read.
Bit of Hanky Panky Spanky by MM's today I think , to loosen up a few weak holders and those on margin.
Overall, Global mining stocks are still pants too and NOBODY can raise money in the IPO mkts at present - so it's "hang on to your cash", if you've still got some !

What time scale are we looking at for the scoping study to be released??
Thanks
Sincerly hoped this wouldn't go below 0.1p, but it has. Scoping Study please LR...
thanks Jupitar … that allays but conspiracy theory for now :)
They've probably gone through on NEX which is why they're not showing here. There are buys showing there between 8.30 and 9.30am.
MMs are reporting sells but no buys which I know is not true.... what is going on ? Anyone?
strange no trades showing since 08.10hrs but I bought a lot more just now whilst it is off people's radar ….AIM sentiment seems to be focussed on narrow stock choices atm
I guess it gives them some "optionality" if Toral dusnt work out, Johnson, but I really do hope they keep it "Clean" and at full arms length from the likes of Galileo, Jubilee & Xtract Res, all of which look pretty pants to me, compared to EUZ. I had enough of "Counterparty related transactions" with that total beatch Melissa Sturgess (Dwyka Diamonds) - none of which worked out well for ANY shareholders - except herself.
I know that LR & MC read this BB, so lets hope that message gets through , loud & clear !!

And I fully agree. It's CB with the history of linking his portfolio of companies together. This is a stunning opportunity to do everything above board and retire. GLR doesn't appear to have the cash to stsrt a mine so im hopeful it remains nothing more than a nagging doubt.
I'm more optimistic than ever before for the simple reason MC is on board, no one wants to due backhanded deals with other struggling companies. Given all the recent news, they'll want get the best price for this or as someone else suggested do the mine themselves (which I can't see happening). They got a growing asset worth a shed load of money
why not bank it and retire.
I do have a nagging concern that at some point we will see a tie up with GLR & JLP. Even if both are currently involved in zinc plays, they have decimated share prices. GLR is on its a1se. I don't think this is a good time for the usual blatant nepotism. Just my opinion. Maybe it won't come to pass. Gla
I'd never actually heard of African Pioneer , but see that it is a £1m mkt cap, IOM Regd company, with an Investment Brief in African Resource Plays, via Equity or Debt Ownership.
The Exec Chairman is one Colin Bird, who also has 37 Other Directorial Relationships, according to Bloomberg !!
I guess that is all part of his overall Investment in EUZ and adds to explanation as to why the JSE listing didn't get cancelled ! Dusn't give me a particularly "warm" feeling below the plimsoll line, I must admit !
IMHO. DYOR GLA.
Oops..my apologies. Martina :-)
Yep..I somehow agree Marina however African Pioneer is one of the larger shareholders in EUZ and one of the companies brought in by CB with the previous fund raising exercise if I remember correctly....they are also listed on JSE...so whilst it may be irrelevant to the SP in London or Sydney....there are still a large number of share holders in SA and the SP is definitely relevant to them :-)
Sadly Bricks, JSE is now completely irrelevant to EUZ share price.
The only reason the Company haven't closed the listing is becos it was too expensive to close, due to the exorbitant exit fees demanded by the JSE.
Ditto ASX really, all of the meaningful trade is now in UK: either on Aim or NEX. One wonders why the Company dusn't delist from the ASX and re-register the company in the UK, which would make more sense, but I guess there are cost issues there too. Perhaps that will happen when Toral is proven to be the mighty behemoth that it undoubtedly is !!
IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
I was referring to the 58% who abstained to vote the Adoption of Remuneration Report , and to the 58% who also abstained to re-elect CB as a director (source: last RNS).
quite new to investment and stuff, so trying to read between the lines ...
Personally I am not a big fan of major updates on a Friday although this one would be an exception as it would give potential investors the weekend to digest the information.
The sooner the better really as is human nature to not like seeing thousands of pounds dripping away on your portfolio, although of course it has not really gone unless you sell, but would be nice to see a couple of blue days, just for a morale boost.
ATB
EUZ twice as expensive on JSE....04c = 0.00217274...definitely something happening....:-)
Gut instinct says Friday or Monday
Unusual activity....4,730,000 shares traded.....high .04c low...02c....news imminent ?
It’s on the NEX exchange
I had a £5000 buy about 2pm it has not even shown up at .11
I agree Amaretto. The delay has changed the landscape temporarily from Rainbow to Investment. Things will change again soon as peoples expectation of time to announcement changes. Nice to be some where the shorters can't cause their damage though.
