IMO the 'Piper crew' are going over paperwork (as I type) that constitutes the formal offer that is legally binding and can be put to shareholders.
I've always said "sack the lawyers and just give me a pound a share and have done with it" , but it looks like The Piper crew are in on the action to the end, so I'll have to accept that.
Come on Eua!!!
Anyone remember that Harry Enfield character “I’m considerably richer the youse”? Reminds me of PRATT
Good job the pillock isnt selling it for us then!!!!
Before anyone chimes in yes I know they are all guesses but what I meant was a guess without workings out. Some have atleast done that and not just plucked a figure out of thin air.
@Purchaseatthetop, earlier in the day you mentioned you could see it selling for 750 mill max so 2 questions.
1) Is that £ or $
2) How did you get that figure, are there any workings out or is it just like nearly every other guess on here, just that, a guess?
Cheers
hmm Purchase says he came back Friday last week (16th) then corrects it to Monday (23rd). Wonder if Italy was removed from the travel corridor that weekend.
Not sure how many mines in Russia would be reported to the Australian codes?
We have state approved and bags of majors drilling data probably being worked up by absolute precision as we speak.
Thing is with drilling into rocks formed over millions of years is they don't tend to date in 8 years. It only really improves as extraction and analysis techniques do.
When national express goes bust or takes on even more debt/dilution I will laugh. Hoping revenues halve next year too and the councils stop paying them full price for services not rendered.
My guess about the cats was right lol
Same when you sell a house or any business once you have an offer you contact a
Solicitor to finalise the sale.IMO
Purchase, Putting all your bulls h i t to one side for a moment. How about sticking your hand in your pocket to help this young poorly boy out in his time of need.
Villa in Italy, and all the rest, £100:00 would be greatly appreciated by one and all of us....... and I’ll match it.
Regards
Ryan
4 green boxes in a row there, he clearly has no friends, i have no idea why some of you bother talking to him. Just green box it and move on. He would have been talking away to himself for a week now if everyone just green boxed it to begin with.
I bet you've learned a tremendous amount from talking to it, from the replies to it, i can see they're full of pearls of wisdom lol
GLA
House in Gerrards Cross???!!! Aaaagh, I gotta move!
PTT How many of Norlisk's other mines were reported to JORC standards?
Perhaps when you're over there you could ask your wife if she could try and get your head out your arris although I think it's so far up there you might need surgery.
When she said she wanted to go back to the villa did she actually say with you.
Villa in Umbria, oh how very special you much feel about yourself.
Umbria?..........That anywhere near Jubbria or just short of it.
Villa in Italy, green coffin on LSE lol
GLA
PATT,
Please read about James Nieuwenhuys in the Board changes RNS.
He has considerable production experience.
Thought you only just came back from closing up your villa.
May 27th djm1, around 1 month prior to the FSP starting -
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/EUA/appointment-of-nomadnew-ned-and-suspension-update-3cvv8t2qufyrhe7.html
There has been a lot of work going on, even prior to the FSP starting.

Nice late buy
Tomtwit, well said and he's not factually correct but we will ignore that bit.
Very true Purchaseatthetop, there are no guarantees. But the evidence suggests we are moving in the direction that most investors desire. I can only offer up my experience of these matters, as I have often been in the thick of it all, and when Counsel is engaged a figure has already been agreed by the ultimate beneficial owner(s) (or major shareholders). I certainly hope that is the case, as I have been in this for a year now and could do with some dosh to play with over the next two months whilst I am between jobs.
You would need to contact DLA Piper to check they were on for handling the sale as you saw it coming together as you wouldn't leave it until the last minute.
Do you define their appointment from when they say yes, we are available to handle it or at the point they actually start work on the sale process.
I was surprised how quickly everything went through for Highland Gold, can't seem to access old RNS's but 3 days after an RNS stating an interest in the company there was a proposed offer and mandatory cash offer.
Can't find anything to say if any dd was being done prior to that but may have been under a NDA.
When did Iain Rawlinson come on board, that's when we knew that a real deal was in the offing, at that stage numbers must have been discussed and agreed, i imagine he was on the phone to lawyers shortly after his appointment, maybe others were sounded out as well at the time.
What interests me is do we have to wait until the very end of the process to hear about any agreed deal or can it be announce pending final crossing of I's and dotting of T's.
GLA
Hi Mac
This makes sense - a couple of weeks prior to the announcement of their engagement
