Could be. I think EPC contract might have been negotiated for MT to get it a higher bid price as well. Sinosteel signed it with ZAO Terskaya Gornaya Kompaniya, so if EUA sells TGK to anyone, that same buyer can trigger the EPC contract themselves.
Oct RNS -
"If the Company was to dispose of both of its Assets, then AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Changes of Business) would apply."
Dispose, buyers, execution seems to have been the run of things. We'll just have to wait and see exactly what has been/will be sold.

I was always here for MT being mined with sinosteel, the RNS last OCT was a bit of a shock tbh, as i was waiting for them to start the sinosteel contract as were many other LTHs.
But things have changed since last oct and high value deals have been put out left right and centre, the whole time hinting that it's a sale in the works.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if it's not a full sale of EUA, but only a sale of MT whilst keeping WK for our own to mine.
You might be right that there is probably some M&A activity going on wrt to MT, but DS needs shares for his hybrid coin as stated, and the only way I see Digital Metals going forward is if EUA exists in one form or another, or in the event of a full sale, a partial return in equity in a bigger company like NN.
As an aside, I don't understand why people don't like the idea of mining MT to our own or in a JV. We're always going to get less money from selling the asset outright than laying the groundwork for it, and keeping an equity stake over it.
No i don't thrift, sorry.
April 9th -
"This Company's discussions on its projects have continued with potential buyers at and after the global mining conferences of Indaba and PDAC, "
May 27th - We are also delighted to welcome Iain to the Board, who as a qualified lawyer and M&A practitioner will strengthen our execution team, while we are making progress on our M&A plans."
We're at the execution stage, legal paperwork stage imho

I'm of the belief that EUA will be in a JV over MT, possibly being in a situation like GGP where they retain a minority stake of Havieron. But that means a selling of a big part (or half?) of MT in exchange for equity and for the stuff that they need to trigger the EPC contract for initial start-up.
The Lybrion blockchain has seemed to update itself to claim that it'll be a hybrid rather than a stable-ish coin, where stock equity is involved. I have a belief that DS might want to tie part of his holdings in EUA to it.
DS holds 7.2% of EUA directly and the rest via Deloan, which is shared with AS and AC. Even if he's using all of his 7.2% to create his hybrid coin (since he probably can't touch what is under Deloan) for an investment of 50m USD, that gives the company a rough expected valuation of 694m USD or 565m GBP. And I don't think DS is ever going to part with his stake wholesale. I'm not sure what the intricacies of Digital Metals will be but if it involves EUA equity, it might be telling of what they expect progress will be with MT and WK.
Mac - do you have a throw away email address through which I can send you a note of import?
Cheers

I believe the new NED is just here to put together the legal paperwork on our side, of course the company is not officially sold until such a stage where all the paperwork is signed. But if a company is sold then it can't co found something else, that's what i was trying to get at. AIMHO

Would it need to be changed if eurasia mining is now in effect SOLD?
GLA
But then there are other companies called 'Green Metals'
The eurasia link was there the other day.. https://lab.lybrion.com/project/green-metals
now ''404 Not Found''
Things that make you go hmmm!
Although i do agree that they seem to have just changed the project name and removed the eurasia mining link, as it reads as exactly the same project just with a different name.
GLA
They aim to get funding for the projects through investors, it may have been pulled off because the 50 mil USD funding required is now secured.
If funding is secured then there is no need for the ICO which was scheduled to start on monday!

Seems to have been renamed to Digital Metals on the Lybrion Lab page, and EUA's name is removed.
Public sale date got pushed back to 1st December as well.
