In the current situation the BoD cannot buy or sell shares, but does that apply to a rights issue?
Is there definitely going to be a rights issue?
Good luck Shezer!
Mannamead, had to laugh at the bit about the new scripts. Part of me hopes they bash it down some more so I can pick up extra stock.
Anyone in direct contact with Tilly? Is he okay?
Hi Hsez
Thanks for th green button tip. I have been filtering, but god, its a job in itself.
To answer another posters question:
I gather of the 9 additional licences only four have been proved at 104Moz combined(Inferred.....your guess!) The other five have not been proved up yet.
This arangement with rosgeo, makes me lean towards a full sale of EUA.
More guesswork.

"Formal Sale Process
On 1 July 2020 the Company announced that following a strategic review of its business and in order to maximise value for its
Shareholders it was launching a Formal Sale Process under the UK Takeover Code. The Board appointed UBS as its leading
financial adviser to assist in a review of its strategic options including asset sales or a sale of the Company. Non-binding offers have been received and are being progressed."
The share price does not reflect the progress EUA have made since FSP started and that's all down to the MMs.
EUA don't give a ';'' tho as they know the offers peeps have put on the table and what the final deal will be worth. You don't see EUA ramping. They just keep making progress, closing deals, adding value . The prices for our metals keep going north. All they ask from us is patience.
That Rowka £3.50 seems like a deramp at current rate :)
It's, win, win, win, from here simples, & back Bristol de Mai this afternoon @ 28/1 ew. class act
To be honest, there isn't much left to say now,
They are left scratching their heads, the best I saw from MadStork or TBTT was why isn't the takeover panel all over this.
The Takeover Panel have to be satisfied with statements officially released and they specifically state that any false leading statements must be removed as soon as possible, EUA continue to refer to non-binding offers that are being progressed and or progressing strategic options with UBS as their advisors.
The Takeover Panel haven't intervened, and they won't.
Arrogance and ego are terrible traits, at some point, you have to just accept that you got it wrong, you missed the boat, your short got burnt, whatever, move on with your life and accept the L, saw on Twitter that even Jub can't hold it, they are still posting about EUA, wonder if the post was accidental? :)
You see the BOD are also shareholders, they can take certain rights up themselves but also sell some to the Japanese investors if they wish. It's a very secure position to inevitably arrive at if it does go down that route tbh.
I wouldn't like to play the BOD at a game of chess, that's for certain lol

Not just Japanese.....
“Tamerlan has introduced Asian strategic investors to Eurasia who are committed to the move to hydrogen and fuel cells using PGM as catalysts and have active interests in PGM mineral deposits after being hit by the PGM supply disruptions”.

"I am curious as I have not seen this before - how do we sell our rights if we don't want to take them up - who to, and by what process?" - Japanese investors, the clue is in the new director who opens the door to both Japanese investment and potential off take customers.
GLA
bbtablet, you can buy, ignore or sell rights.
if you ignore you will lose the small % dilution. Not something you should do.
if you buy, you stand to make more from it in the future
if you have not got the money to buy, you can sell it to someone else. You can do it via the nominee account/broker. GL
Totally agree with both of you. I used to just value things on what was known at any given point, you know, the normal way of trying to do things, but, let's be realistic here, Eurasia's development to date has been far from normal. These latest developments knock everything clean out of the park, it's home run time and we still have no idea whether this is the end of the juicy news drops before a FSP conclusion or not. Imagine a RNS dropping which states that we've also got Volchetundra back, it's definitely not out of the question now is it, 5km from Monchegorsk, the hub of the PGM and battery metal district that the gov is fully behind developing, the potential of the whole area is absolutely mind boggling.
We've all hit the big time with this one, no matter which route it takes going forward the result is massive for all involved.
Sunbathing in my hammock time.

Ethio - agree with your tgoughts here. You say "IF (agreed IF) they raise via a rights issue, we lose nothing. Nothing as we can buy or sell our rights for the difference."
I am curious as I have not seen this before - how do we sell our rights if we don't want to take them up - who to, and by what process?
Evan yes, hard to call the sp on Monday but reading the rns does point to a cash raise, which could mean some volatility. Extract from the aug agm resolution where they didn't pursue the resolutions but are now on the table again:
"Due to COVID-related delays in processing the votes held in nominee accounts, special resolutions 8 and 9 have not been passed and the Company does not intend to pursue these resolutions having fulfilled its funding requirements as announced via RNS on 18 August 2020 (General Update and Institutional Placing at 22.5p"
It's hard to predict share price, esp here as the MMs have been doing what they like to get cheap shares but, why would the share price go down on that news????????
Words like transformation, expansion , world class have been used.
We've just got a new non-exec director with terrific credentials and contacts. Companies with multi billion $ revenue knocking on our door.
Yet more proof given that demand for PGMs and green metals is SKY HIGH!
The FSP is ongoing.
Do you want to sell on that new? Hahahaha. If you do, good luck to you making money in this game.
If you're crazy enough to short us, go for it. You'll be bankrupt just like JUB Capital.
If anything, peeps will add. EUA continues to prove its a seriously good company with fantastic support from Russian government.
Our last placing was at 0% discount.
IF they raise via a rights issue, we lose nothing. Nothing as we can buy or sell our rights for the difference. They may not raise and this move may be tactical for a whole company sale.
I can only see the smart money buying more. I can't see PIs selling, may be rainbow chasers might but EUA is so close to the big news, they won't risk it.
Have you noticed how we have very few derampers since the RNS?
Share price could go either way on monday initially but you have to ask yourselves is this company really only worth £700m right now?.
If you look at whats going on, the increasing assets and the interest then those crazy £3.5 a share predictions are looking less crazy with each RNS.
This is massive and getting more massive every day, metal prices and the EV revolution just knocked it up another notch.
Current value £700m, actual value in the £ billions.
