Lots of people have alluded in the past to Nyud licenses being key to moving forward.
Lovely boy your analysis/opinion crystallises this view and makes it easier to comprehend.
Hopefully you are correct.
Either way, thank you for the effort.

Good post Lovely boy. On the issue of warrants expiring on Nov 2nd (sorry if this has already been asked and aswered- I've bgreen boxes all over the place), whats the process of re-issuing or extending the date? I think if us as shareholders have any power we really need to utilise it over the warrants to get some answers.
Great thank you! Much appreciated
@porkyboys. I'm planning to keep it updated for as long as I'm invested. Latest update was attached to my last post if you want to see an up to date summary.
To be honest it's getting a bit cramped now with a 2 year time span - might need to split in two if they don't announce a sale soon :)
Cheers

Hi, I think you did a chart a while ago with various updates on it, pinpointing news etc on it, it was brilliant! I was wondering if you were going to update it? Hopefully all the way through to the sale! The reason I ask as I would love to print it and have it framed, the Journey of EUA, the ups and downs... Thanks!
Great post. I've learned more from it than any other post. Thank you LB.
Agreed a great post! Just returned from Greenland J(massive icebergs ,and huge mining potential, both caused by global warming).Met a previous director of British Coal who travelled the world marketing coal .Now to the point.....The most problematic nations to deal with were Japan, China then Russia in that order. So that rather explains, together with the deep analysis by lovely boy,the challenges our BOD has faced.
Great post
A Lovely Piece by LovelyBoy. Thank you. Hope you all have a Lovely Day!!!
Well done lovely boy- best post I’ve seen on here for a while- maybe ever.
Excellent post LB and I agree that the NYUD license is the key and also that we’re looking at November at the earliest to hear any definitive sale news.
Evening TreadingCarefuly and anyone else about. The delay in sale keeps getting posted about. The time line is super frustrating, but the Rosgeo JV wasn't even about when the FSP started. It was just MT + WK. We didn't even have certainty of the flanks at the start!
Personally I think the delay is all down to the unexpected inclusion of the JV and specifically now Nyud. Taken in context the delay is not that great IMO. Still frustrating!!!!
The licence for Nyud (a JV area) is the missing golden key. The rationale for this - (important bits indented)
- - - FSP started 10th July '20
August WK Typil licence and MT flanks approved
Piper engaged in October.
Jan 21 Alexi sale (perhaps he didn't like the extended time frame as JV was been muted internally)
Almost immediately Wardell's engaged to work on the JORCs
- - - 7 weeks later FSP ended and there was an update on the sale
Almost immediately there was the 1st HCW raise for JV working capital.
3 weeks later an update on the JV progress
Then Konstantin (Ex Rosgeo drilling dude) was appointed to manage MT assets
Mid August (just 5 months into the JV) there was an update on Nyud
September MT mine plan came out followed by second HCW raise for JV cash.
- - - End of October infamous 'DD completed' RNS
December NKT CPR comes out (took WAI around 8 months)
Mid Jan 22 Kola Nickel sub set up
Feb Draft Nyud CPR announced (fits with 8 months lead time from licence application)
Also Feb Kola Mining PGMS sub set up
- - - I think it was all ready to go here - - -
Not much has happened since..... Suspension, Artem, AGM etc
So DD was completed AFTER JV was announced. AFTER FSP ended. AFTER the first and second HCW raise executed. Crucially AFTER Nyud licence was applied for and subsequently announced publicly via RNS, and soon AFTER Mine Plan was released.
IMO Nuyd is the key part of the asset sale to the DD buyer and possibly now a wider MT asset sale (hence the DFS planned for Nov).
Current situation:-
No Nyud licence -> So no JORC CPR can be released -> so total resource base is unknown -> so DFS can't complete -> so deal can't close because the key sale asset is not yet owned and has not been formally valued.
I wish they'd hurry it along. But if you consider what's being added it could be sweeter the longer it takes. DFS will almost certainly add value to the MT assets.
Since the annual report dropped my personal expectations have shifted, my time line has moved out to Nov 22 plus.
A surprise licence drop before Nov however could be a catalyst for more immediate action. But Nyud data will need to be compiled into DFS.
A visual might help with the above...
