Agreed with second part , cheers
However first bit I see plenty of camouflaged signs
BR since the 12 th May RNS FSP ended & non disclosure started the stock has slid obviously on the chart , & the dark pool trades ( BR experts )
, toxic disruption when shorts open all looks like BR tentacles, shorts , opening / closing , loaning stock , longs ,hedging but all cranked up as no disclosure required .
Will be interesting to see who the undisclosed USA ii is who tossed 20million in BR or an offshoot of BR & if BR have increased there position since the 12 th May
Cheers & Rums all Round

Yes I've been looking but I just can't see concrete evidence as to how BR have done this though...I can't deny there have been some odd trades and the UT nonsense though.
Even if BR does have their tentacles on the stock; no news, lack of patience and FUD between PI's will also be playing its part.
Caw, thanks for the correction.
There should be more @0909 0925 1035. Below was from one of the t212 team member when asked about their execution policy and trading venue/broker they use.
"Yes, since IB is our intermediary we provide direct market access execution. We don’t rely on RSPs or market makers to handle our flow - you trade directly on the exchanges’ books."
*have you not
Apologies to much grog
Pink
Totally disagree have not been watching the orchestrated stock shenanigans & obscure trades ,
Forced or manipulated lower is more of a term fitting
BR have there tentacles all over this stock since 12 May as noted earlier.
All in my opinion

If we're honest nothing has actually happened for this drop; the share price is just drifting down on no news, lack of patience and a bit of FUD. If the company have the resources it says it does and continues to develop, EUA's future should be just fine.
I believe if there had been no FSP everyone would have been a lot happier right now and be much more patient.
Hi mjs94,
AC was the person to highlight the potential of the Federova Pana area which held 21moz of the 40moz in the wider area and watched as someone else moved in there by buying up 13moz of it in the former Barrick area so he might have been a bit miffed at that and so walked.
If you go back to the 14 Jan RNS Update on the FSP, "have to date received non binding offers in respect of both a possible aquisition of the company as well as other transaction structures".
At the time the feeling was the "other transaction structures" might have been someone JV with EUA, when it now seems it was EUA JV with Rosego.
The Sinosteel deal was something EUA needed in place to gain the mining and production licence at MT, you have to prove you can develop the asset to production via financing and having all offtake agreements in place etc before the licence can be issued. At that time EUA had used up all the funding from the AA JV and were diluting massively to continue drilling and needed to come out of it with something of value as in the MT mining licence.
I don't believe they intended to action it because MT hadn't been proven up to the levels needed to really action it in terms of booked reserves which are the only things you can mine. I think they hoped revenue from WK would provide money to carry on proving up MT reserves but WK went wrong with permits etc.
Rosgeo deal was a masterstroke and injected technical, construction, financial and geopolitical capability and de-risking to EUAs Kola Projects, so that any buyer has confidence they are essentially protected and backed at state level to unlock the district's potential. Rosgeo is no stranger to working with other miners in Russia so this is also tried and tested.
Monchetundra and immediate flanks alone has a stated target of 1Moz Pd pa, putting it second only to Norilsk.
Whoever buys EUAs assets owns and controls PGMs and could run at lower cost than even Norilsk. There's plenty of Ni and Cu in the resource too.
ON A POSITIVE NOTE- the- POTENTIAL SPECIAL DIVI- is still on the cards - RNS & on vox interview
Divi Dilemmas for those who own stock , if no stock then unfortunately it’s the plank & no chance of a potential divi . ( naysayers & Bots included )
5p @ below - lob a Kebab through Pipers head office window
5p- 10p - buy a bag of pork scratchings & a pint & half hour with Septic Lil in the medieval jacuzzi
10p-20p - take the Mrs to Whitby for a weekend & slap up Fish n Chip supper washed down with Grog
20-30 p - Take a couple of Randy Russian sea wenches on a mud wrestling weekend with gallons of Grog
30-40p - Bring aboard a full platoon of Randy Russian sea wenches for a weeks Musket polishing for all the crew & bathed in Barrels of Grog .
50-£1 - Take the full crew of invested scallywags sailing to the Algarve to be waited on by Naked Russian wenches wearing nothing but a lick of goose fat & obviously unlimited Grog .
£1 & over - The World is your oyster & would even give the Bots a glass of Rum ( obviously after they have given the ships latrine a once over )
Piper currently licking the envelope containing the finer details & packing there budgie smugglers in the Ocelot Fur Suit cases & slipping on there Alligator skin winkle pickers .
Roll out the Finest Grog
BR maybe manipulating this magnificent beast with its army of toxic hatchlings swimming in dark pools ,
However they don’t control what Eua have in the ground & what special DiVi will be paid ,
So they can kiss my leathery , hairy spotty krevis when this concludes from Piper !

Parfett123 - concur with that Sir and still 'Rockin All over the World' :)
They haven't been silent, they have released details on the Rosgeo JV etc which was outside of the original sale of MT or WK. They just have not released indepth details on a potential sale etc which are very likely to be covered under NDA's.
Yes every company uses them, but they don’t go silent on what they are doing they protect the detail and security or secrets.
If you go down the Sinosteel route then that to me would be a huge failure of negotiation and waste of 2 years of time, if SS were actioned immediately we now would be full steam ahead working MT and WK?
As for the SP that would plummet don't kid yourselves it would not given the games we are seeing ATM they would annihlate the SP and hoover up with the SP in single digits.
Given the points above, placing at 26.5 and institutional buying I think go it alone would be seen in a very poor light IMO.
Ever heard of 'None Disclosure Agreements'?
Why doesn’t EUA just say what the plan is in detail I wonder.
I think the issue people are misunderstanding is the real goal is to unlock the potential of the whole region, clearly Eurasia and their subsidiaries are in a very good standing with the state as seen by the awarding of licences and the Rosgeo JV.
So by buying Monchetundra, you aren't just buying Monchetundra and the 2m Oz, during the FSP you were either going to be buying 'Eurasia Mining PLC', or outside of the FSP, 'ZAO Terskaya Mining Company'.
There might be geopolitical advantages by even having a subsidiary in Russia that has potential to develop PGMs at the scale being discussed as long as you throw a bit of funding at it, especially the way the world is going with green energy.
And if the Russian state are happy in the transfer of ownership and don't block it, then its win win for everyone.
To me, just purely my opinion, it's pretty clear what has happened, someone was interested in Monchetundra, more parties started to get interested and there were informal discussions about buying the company outright, the BOD used the suspension to protect themselves against a hostile takeover, during that period they encompassed the help of those with M&A experience and brought UBS onboard and started the FSP in July. Pretty sure with the introduction of DLA Piper, they were starting to move to an agreement with a party.
But something changed in December, whether that was the interest from the buyer tapered off, or whether Eurasia saw an opportunity to further maximise the potential value of the company (Rosgeo JV), either way, something changed and I guess you could factor that in with Alexei's share sale, he may have just seen better opportunities for his money compared to the time scale for any deal here, where as Veles may have seen this as a medium term investment.
Wow. What a thread.
You certainly know your stuff.
The FCA need to act on this kind of stuff.
If they don't then they might as well close down as they are clearly not fit for purpose.
Interesting LB.
Must admit, the subject you are talking about is beyond my knowledge but I do appreciate there's lots of shenanigans at the professional trading level. Even the largest banks regularly get fined for bad behaviour but they don't really care - its peanuts vs the profit they rake in.
Despite EUA coming on leaps and bounds and making all the right moves, the sp has gone south in 2021. It'll jump quickly without warning when enough PIs have been removed from their positions. But alas, the window is closing on this deal and I'm pretty confident shareholders are going to be pleased with the result.
To me it always looked like a fallback. Be interesting if they go down the sinosteel route with updated figures if an asset sale doesn’t materialise.
Lb, caw, JT & all
As always superb graft unraveling these financial viper nest of dark pools is like platting fog .
Manipulation on a biblical scale & BR holding steering the beast .

Probably right.
The Sinosteel deal was first discussed nov 2018.... possibly earlier.
To me, the Sinosteel deal was always seems like it was seen as leverage, you just need to listen to the interview with DS and the way he referred to the possible activation of it, plus the yearly production output of the SS deal wasn't great.
