Stretch we also know from the 2022 accounts filed at Companies House that we made a £7.2 mil loss mining product with a gross value of £3 mil, that’s before the product is transported and processed. We will sale at some point but how long will it take for the value of the product to catch up with operating costs? Iris in there interests so do you ever wonder why itstakeb almost four years to sale the assets?
We know the metals are in the ground and their value is increasing exponentially... we also know that the directors have massive holdings and it's in their interests to have a successful sale just as much as it's in our interests... the green crap are well aware of these facts but ignore them as it doesn't suit their twisted neghead agenda... remember the facts and laugh at the fiction... goodnight to genuine holders....
If Platinum were at its long-term average premium of ca 25% to Gold its price today would be ca $2800. How much longer can the price stay this low, I wonder?
All this tangle for the share certificates two parties spending vast sums on legals as they want their part of the action here! EUA is oversold and now ridiculously oversold! Back and forth the MM pass the stock seems to me at some point there has to be a TR1 on a worked trade whilst it’s quiet remember this with GGP it went on for weeks and then finally massive buy filled and stake revealed. Seems the same being played here passing it back and forth between 1.40-1.60 region so buy stake must be 1.55 I reckon as they won’t let it go any further than 1.60/1.65 when it tries to break free. Take advantage and top up time. I’ve got quite a holding here and value wise our assets are increasing day by day. So tired and bored of the daily b*llocks from the usual spreadbet crew worried their beer money for their 2 weeks in Benidorm is in jeopardy at the sign of any rise! IMHO DYOR
Bill they hardly stood there ground they recieved no indemnity and acted as they were advised by there legal. team.. They smelt a rat... I remember you taking a very negative stance on the matter.
Well I just bought another 5.5k under 1.50 to add to my holding thank you sellers! Now 1.54 to buy it’s all smoke and mirrors on the spread so when opportunity knocks it lasts seconds! IMHO DYOR
A lot of rats on these boards, i just been blocked on one stock for telling it like it is.
It won't affect a corporate action, and we do not know what legal directives there were, with regarding to informing shareholders. Just because you think it was price sensitive information means diddly squat, I would love to know every action, thought, and reasoning behind every decision that Eurasia make, but I don't run the company, I'm not privvy to the detail, and can only trust the Board to make decisions based on what's best for all invested, naive or what 😂
Hi Leno, apart from the BOD keeping shareholders (I was one at the time) in the dark about the multiple legal cases....which I personally considered to be price sensitive information, I think that the BOD did well standing their ground with Q+M and also the Russian tax authorities......I'm not sure how this current situation (with the legitimacy of a 10% stakeholders ownership being in question) would effect a corporate action.
Cheers.
B1ll, it's impossible to answer all the points on here, it would look like War & Peace. I'm not being obtrusive, I've done my homework, and just very pleased that Eurasia handled this claim in the way they did, by protecting shareholders, and standing firm against a dubious claim at best. The courts will decide final outcome, and Eurasia are now exempt from any further court dealings, plus their cost covered, nuff said.
Thanks Crypto for your reply
I wish and hope that you make really good profits on your hefty investment here. I'm just like many others are heavily invested here and hope everyone makes good returns on their investment
I must add Crypto (I actually posted the message before I'd finished).....that certain posters have never gad an issue with posting information or opinions before....
Sharebel, please don't be silly.
HI Crypto, that's a fair comment.
Bill, I get why some people don’t share their own research or due diligence especially if it has cost them money or a lot of time in finding the relevant information. I thought it was worthwhile reposting my question and hoped for a definitive answer but there was an element of laziness in my approach too.
Richard, yes I’m invested to the tune of £30k. My primary focus is crypto which is going extremely well at the moment but I wanted to throw some profits at some high risk potentially high profit stocks. This ticked those boxes for me. I genuinely believe there are a couple of factors that could see big gains here, but as things stand I’m down roughly 50% and don’t intend averaging down. I only hold a few stocks and can’t claim to hold a balanced portfolio
This is going to Oracle Power and Baron Oil SP levels
It won't be this year as the company have funds till end of Q3 and perhaps not next year if they happen to sell the concentrate, but mark my words... In 2026 when the company have completely run of funds and concentrate then they'll do a massive fund raise to stay afloat and keep their gravy train running.
That's when I can see the SP hitting under 0.1p
Leno, why not just answer Crypto's question if you know the answers?.....my response to you isn't a way of trying to start any sort of confrontation....it's just a straight question.
Crypto
Are you invested and how much?
Crypto,
If you do your due diligence the answers to all your questions are there, it takes some time, but well worth it.
I’d say DB1 is probably correct in what he’s saying but not having read EUA’s Mem & Arts I’m unsure of the actual percentages required
I don't think anyone cares as it doesn't affect us?
An ordinary resolution only requires over 50% of shareholders to vote for it.
A special resolution requires 75%
So Q&M's 10-11% will not obstruct an asset or full sale
The 10-11% disputed would be held in Escrow.
Very good question Crypto, it's one that I don't know the answer to.
It has been said by some in the recent past that the ownership of the shares issue does not or will not affect asset(s) sales.....I personally don't know if that is true, but surely any corporate action can't be signed off when a 10.73% stake holder technically won't be able to vote on anything because of ownership legitimacy issues?.
I asked this question the other day:-
So do Q&M owe PJSC NBT money or used their shares as collateral hence they’re claiming their shares, or are they claiming that Q&M have sold the shares to them?
Does anyone know the answer to my question?
Something that stops the Chinese returning to Bejing with broad smiles on their faces. Mind you, if they paid 2.5B they would still be grinning.
