Just a matter of time before the sp is sat at 1p again.. Ian Price will make sure his Bread and Butter Clients ( Lenders ) will have a superb return for their money in the recent placing.... without a doubt
IAN isn’t naive or stupid. I’d expect a qanda shortly.
Yoshie... a Q&A is a great idea but Ian isn't naive or stupid so won't agree at present. Even if he did nobody would confront him with killer questions they'd be subdued by the room or just back down... it happens all the time, for some reason PI's put these people on pedestals.
IP’s had a chance to prove himself & look where we are. Stratospheric rises rarely happen & thats requirement to get a fair few to break even. People have been mugged with this one.
Applegarth,
I agree with the sentiment you expressed but am not prepared to cut him too much slack. I have often said he's trying to break in to a difficult market where most of these projects will rely on external (possibly gov't) finance to get them off the ground. Honestly, you only need to look at the past ramblings (for nearly 3 years) re. USK...then suddenly dead. Billingham and Phoenix are nothing NEW. All the research I have done points to these project s being talked about for SEVERAL YEARS with different partners. I do recognise the hurdles and have come to accept Ian's time lines with a pinch of salt. He's enthusiastic, a newbie, but naive imo
However.... I will not forgive him for two fundamental false information....as some would call it, misleading statements (or lack of rns), namely, from constantly saying near term, soon, advanced stage and words alike, he categorically stated Phoenix purchase order by end of JUNE. He's hasn't come clean on the reason for the delay except that he will keep us informed. Secondly, he KNEW full well Ebioss were dumping and trashing the SP (has to be internally known) and yet no TR1 when they conveniently dumped over 200 million shares.
We don't have a choice, unless want to take a hit and move on, but to wait for the next update. Surely all the talk about how much there's been an increase in interest and several projects at advanced stage.......let's hear about them. We all know what happens longer the silence goes on.
GL, DYOR.
Spelling glitches...fat fingers except the one i pick bogies with....lol
Marshares.....i think we should calm down on chiding IP and give him a chance to deliver. I realise he gave us 'false' hopes, yet no one is prepared to say thatn maybe at the time he really believed it. Big contracts were most probably on the cards and still might be but he may not of anticipated the huge debt would result in carnage. None of us did either, did we, althoughy most of us knew that at some stage it would have to be addressed with the resulting dilution. Most of the 'naysayers' were predicting aroundv 0.75p when we were trading at 1p and a bit but even they (mostly) did not come on here shouting... "Going down to sub 0.49p" Not only did they get it wrongv but the sp has gone through the 0.5p and halved again. Maybe, sometimes with the right research we could all benefit if we double check what some are trying to tell us. I'll give IP a chance to prove himself and if you are still holding, then you should all get behind himb for the unexpected news of a real contract. GL
IFFY BUY but HOLD
Couldn’t agree more. More than one misleading statement from him in the past few months whilst the money men are at it behind the scenes. Probably the most blatant bum steer I’ve seen on this market.
Yoshie Ian's mates have probably been selling since the 1.84 high.. and earned them selves some more shares in the placing this wk @ 33...so Ian will push up the price with some fake news soon for them to get out....
Ian has gone into hiding, the man is a snake, pure and simple.
Should be done for market manipulation but I'm sure they plan carefully enough to avoid that and the FCA rarely care except to make the occasional example of 1 in 100 dodgy companies
I’m not surprise d, Pelham. We loyal shareholders learnt the hard way. I’ve been here since last year buying at 1p days. Am sure some others even bought at 3p days (they might been out since).
Wonder if Ian will do an evening investment event like some other companies & good for shareholders to attend & question him. Or do a Q&A session. Maybe shareholders can suggest they do a Q&A session. - wonder if he got the guts to do that.?
Yoshie.... Can you imagine being the CEO here, knowing the tech has value, knowing there is a high probability of the sp will dramatically lower... what would you do?
If Ian can put himself on camera and lie then he is capable of shorting/ CFD short and then also buy back at the all time low through a proxy along with all his buddies
.... don't underestimate the value of inside knowledge in a corrupt environment! 555
smokin, I thought Ian's mates already forwarded sold when the sp was above 0.37. So they already have had made some gains. Again agreed with you he got to also makes another higher one to let then gain more or out.
Ian Price will make up a story or 2 to get the sp to spike to please is lender friends..... they will not be happy with the present sp.. and IP will be feeling a bit silly that he has made big promises to his mates... to give them an excellent return for their money
